We worked with Greg Corcoran in sales and he made it so easy! By far our best dealership experience. We shopped online and communicated with Greg via phone calls and texts. After coming in to test drive he ran the numbers and presented several scenarios. By the time we came back to the dealership all the legwork was done, we literally just had to sign. Made the mistake of getting my car inspected here. They're far too strict in order to get you to have them do the fixes. Failed for tires they quoted were almost twice as expensive as elsewhere as well as a couple other things I can replace myself.Got new tires at another place and did my own bulbs, paid for an inspection somewhere else and still saved $400. Never again.

I’m a female disabled veteran and had the worst experience with Mark Caloon. He was extremely pushy in trying to make me buy a vehicle I couldn’t afford. My friend Dave came with me and was helping me because the deal on the table wasn’t a good one. When Mark realized he wasn’t going to make an Easy Sell on a girl, he abruptly told us “ we need to leave “ I looked @ Dave with a confused look and then Mark said it again “ you need to leave right now “. When I asked for my keys he threw them at me across the desk. He then proceeded to push Dave out of the door. I have never been treated so poorly in my life. I will definitely never come back again to this dealership or recommend it. This has affected my mentalHealth 😢

Just to tell my experience--I went in for a state inspection for our car and was told that there were 5 issues that needed immediate repair so it would pass, totaling $3600. We took it to another shop locally (who, btw, mentioned to me that a lot of folks go there because the Toyota service folks quote them very high prices.) They checked the issues and found only 3 of the 5 needed repair at all, and in the end the total was $850. So we went from maybe considering trading in to paying for some routine repairs. And in the end the car did pass inspection even without repairing those additional 2 issues, one of them being a pretty expensive one. Will not be bringing the car to Cartelli again unless absolutely necessary.

My mom and I contacted Jenny Weeks on a Friday afternoon explaining that we needed a new used car by the following weekend. Jenny asked for specifics, and my mom described her budget and her car specifications, including a sunroof, and 4-wheel drive. 6 days later my mom sat with Jared Johnson and he explained in great detail everything we needed to know about our new car then he accompanied my mom to our car and again explained all the bells and whistles. Before she drove off in our beautiful new used car her gas was topped off and we had everything we needed to get her registered. It was amazing, within a week we had the car that my mom always wanted, and it was within her budget!Furthermore, my mom returned two weeks later, and Jared gave her a refresher on all those bells and whistles. Shane, Trish, Craig, Jim, and the entire team at Toyota of Greenfield treated me with the utmost respect and kindness. They did not argue or patronize me when I explained that I dislike gray cars and really wanted a red one; they just worked hard and found me a red one instead. I've been driving my new all-electric BZ4X for several days now and I love it even more than I thought I would. Shane gave me a driving lesson before I left the lot, and he was right--it was much easier to get used to the new style of controls than I thought it would be. DO NOT SERVICE YOUR CAR HERE!!! Went in for simple service bulletin for my mirrors on my BRAND NEW RAV 4 Hybrid and replace my exhaust tips (they were supposed to save those and give the old ones back and didn't do that either) . They told me they didn't realize that the adhesive for the mirrors needed 24hrs to cure. Even though it says it right on the bulletin in bold red lettering!!! while that was inconvenient that's not even the worst thing. I get my car dropped off to me the fallowing day and I go out to check it and my mirrors are covered in adhesive and there is adhesive all over my white paint and on my trim pieces and window. There was even a hand print smear where some genius tried to wipe it off with their hands!!!!! I had to bring my car back not once but 4 times until it was delivered to me in the condition I left it in months ago. Guy tried to argue with me that the chunk of adhesive wasn't adhesive!!! They did replace my mirrors but will never bring my car back here. Terrible terrible service. If I could give negative stars I would.

I have bought seven new cars in my life and Shane Barbato is without doubt the best car salesman I have ever had dealings with. He was always pleasant to talk to and always helpful every step of the way. He was upfront about everything including price and wait time. It was a lengthy process due to supply chain issues of course but I could always call for updates that he would provide and not make me feel like I was being a pain. Our experience at Toyota of Greenfield was so enjoyable! Shane was our salesman and we’ve left with a friend! It’s a tough time to buy a car and he went above and beyond to make this entire process as easy as can be!
