POOR customer service! Elizabeth was very rude to us, we came 10 minutes before closing and asked for sample paint, she said ” it’s not the best time I have to ask my manager for overtime”. We still got the samples and it was 8:02 when she was finished , two minutes will not pay her more.

Drove up there to buy a door. Told the employee which size, he went up in a lift to get the door, then handed me the wrong size door... I didnt notice until trying to install the door. Store wanted to charge me $80 to have the proper door delivered. Have to drive almost 2 hours again to get the right door.

I go to this Home Depot even though there are 2 closer because it has more items in stock and the employees are very helpful. Plentiful parking, not too busy and looks brand new. Often times in these box stores you can never find someone to help you. Shout out to Josef who helped me even though it wasn’t his department. He got someone to get the hydraulic ladder for a product I needed and stayed to the end to make sure I got what I needed. 5 star service.

Everyone there is super helpful. I gave it 4 stars because they didn't have what I needed Bell & Howell rodent plug ins... the shelf was empty but a JD associate said there were more in the store but likely in back. I didn't have time to wait, as it's a long drive there and back from my home. They should have all that stocked during this time of year and kept up with.

Yesterday evening I went to PiNZ in the Hampshire Mall to enjoy a night of bowling with friends. unfortunately when we got there were told we could not bowl because the Greenfield Home Depot had rented out all the lanes. It was extremely disappointing and may impact my future shopping decisions. Thanks

This was my first time shopping at Home Depot in Greenfield and the experience was super cool.As a designer, I am always looking for ways to improve our fashion boutique. I had an idea for a new-multi purpose shelving for display. I was able to find everything we needed with ease and was in and out in about 30 minutes. This is a great store, it's very spacious and well laid out.

The store staff is friendly however each time I go I need to find someone to help. When I do find someone if they can't help they immediated call to get it. It's my go to store fr alot of things, has been for years!

Misguided company political affiliation asside, I came here on a work errand to buy 20 gallons of barn paint. They had plenty of red and white in stock. With the nursery display and the hills in the background, this is the most beautifully located home depot I've seen.

I was told my screen door that I bought from them was too old to replace the opening mechanism. I found something that I thought would work, the packaging was that molded plastic that you have to cut to open, They wouldn't let me return it, said the packaging was ruined. Well, if it was packaged to open....

Would give 0 stars if I could. Chad the “manager” is useless. Doesn’t help or offer any compassion. Had an issue with an order and he refused to transfer me to a supervisor. Tired of giving my business to Home Depot.

I would never recommend anyone to buy an appliance from home depot. They delivered 2 broken dryers and it took a month for both to show up atvmy house broken and now in the process to get a refund and its been a week and still no refund. Like i said i highly recommend going somewhere else

From 1 yr to 2-3mo.ago,I would’ve given 1 star.I’ve been going to HD for many years & approx a year ago,things flipped,80% of floor employees I asked for assistance were either clueless or rude.I asked a guy where something was,shrugged his shoulders & said ”I dunno where it is”w attitude.And then started laughing???HD must’ve done a major overhaul.Since Jan.’23 ALL of the employees I’ve engaged w are are genuinely kind & helpful.

Had an amazing experience at Home Depot. Oftentimes being a contractor you find yourself readjusting orders regarding material list due to what's on hand. Had amazing help from Mark S. readjusted my order with ease. 🙏🙏🙏 overall experience extremely pleased. Even showed me how to streamline future orders through text to confirm. 💥 Will definitely be returning to this Home Depot in Greenfield #2619

I ordered a Whirlpool range from Home Depot in Greenfield, MA during the first week of August, 2022 for a delivery to a Vermont residence, promised on August 16th. I received information by text message that day that they were two stops away from delivering. They never showed up that day and I called them on August 17th to find out why. The explanation I received was that they were running late and trucks were not supposed to be on the road after 7.00pm. The merchandise was returned to the warehouse. I asked for another delivery date that week and my request was declined. The next delivery date was August 27th. Had to deal with 2 agents on the phone for more than 1/2 hour and sent 4 emails so far with responses from 3 different people that did not address my complaints. Also, by reviewing the invoice, noted that I was overcharged by about $40, sent another complaint and received an email that the charges were correct. Followed up with another email detailing a discrepancy of $40.00 and waiting for a response. Home Depot has not taken any initiative to correct the situation as of now.

Went to pick up a new patio door no problem at all. The sales man helped me out with it. I went back in to get some twine to tie my hatch down on my Subaru. The box was outside, no problem but I had nothing there to cut it. I went back inside the store. I asked the one lady at the checkout if I could borrow something to cut the twine with? She was very rude to me, very , and ignored me? And said a rude remark to me. Lucky she was a lady because I would have smacked her face off her body. That store needs to hire better checkout people. Wow 😳

Update: TOTAL AND COMPLETE TRAIN WRECKI ordered a Clopay garage door in March and it still hasn't been installed and won't be until January, ten months after I paid them in full! Never have a dealt with such a backwards process with such lack of communication.Buyers beware when purchasing a garage door from Home Depot. Your door will not go into production until a site visit from the installer is done. Home Depot neglects to inform you of this. This can lead to costly delays in your project because a garage door can take many months to fabricate. Why they don't make this clear is beyond me.

Definitely one of the cleaner home depots I've ever been to it was a little cluttered at the time I visited but everyone was friendly and polite and that makes the biggest difference

Home depot, not bad for having most of your product, however the last few trips i've made in i've had some issues with things. I don't understand if the store can have am online deal why i cant go into the store and get that deal especially if you have said store set as "your store". I've also have had trouble a few times with it saying they have the product at the store but when i get there they tell me they only sell them online. Lastly, i have just bought a car, i made a trip to home depot parked as far away from other vehicles as possible and i come out to one of their carts smashed into my car and now my passenger door is dented in... I complain to their customer service and they just tell me oh it happens to me all the time... So normally i would rate the store 4 out of 5 but 3 just seems more appropriate considering..

Joe the new store manager is amazing. I had some problems with a large delivered order placed with the Pro Desk and when I called the store to report my issues the first assistant manager I talked to made it a much worse problem putting all the burden on me to fix the stores mistakes.Upset about that I drove down from Vermont to the store and talked to a second assistant manager who was a very nice guy and together we solved the original problems but because of the large order, I did not discover until later an even bigger issue with a very bad batch of unusable 10' studs delivered to me.I am not one to complain about every little thing and have realistic expectations but after trying to work with what was given to me I gave up in frustration and took a few photos and headed back to the store and this time asked for Joe.Joe took one look at the photos and after a very sincere apology and without me asking for anything, Joe said "I will have 40 new 10'-2"x 4" delivered to your job site in an hour." This was on a Saturday morning just before Christmas. It takes a special manager and person to respond in this amazing way to solve a problem on such a busy day.He then immediately got his team working on it. When I got back to the job site I got a nice call from the Pro Desk giving me an update and soon later the lumber was delivered by two of the nicest employees who would not even let me help unload their Load and Go truck. At least one was a department head. Joe took a bad situation and turned it into the best customer experience of my life from any store of any kind.I am a pro contractor and shop with 5 different Home Depots between Rutland, Vermont and Pittsfield, MA and although the Greenfield store is on the small size, store manager Joe is making shopping there a big time experience. After my bad encounter with the first assistant manager it was a great surprise and pleasure to meet Joe and the four outstanding employees that helped me that day.
