This dispensary has lots of discounts and community involvement, including a Food Drive on Wednesdays, 15% discount for industry workers, and veteran discounts. Everyone on staff is super knowledgeable and they always have LOTS of Buzzy & Pine + Star options every time I go.

The beverage selection was great, but the vape I bought was less than a month from expiring, and died within the first week I had it (3/4 full). Check the expiration dates before purchasing!Also, FYI they don’t have a bathroom!!

Went to Patriot Care for the first time. All the staff was great. My bud tender was Sadie. She was super helpful, seemed very knowledgeable and clearly explained all my med discount options. Great experience, will be back

Was in town today and decided to stop by, From the security guard greeting me at the door to the nice lady behind the desk, It was all smiles and good vibes. Prices were SO GOOD. Richard took the time to explain the benefits patriot care offers for shopping with them... I usually go further away to a different dispensary but he took the time to show it its worth it to shop clsloser to home and here. Always friendly service and everyone's always in a good mood! The vibe is amazing here I just will forever wish there were more edible options at a more cost friendly price. I usually go travel further because the cost is cheaper and I have more options... hoping they add more items in the future but overall amazing

I got terrible customer service here today. I’ve been a medical customer of Patriot Care Greenfield since it opened. As a veteran with somewhat limited resources, I use the veterans discount they offer on the 11th each month. This month I purchased a vape cartridge that I use for sleep. Within a few days there was a mechanical failure at the end that connects to the battery. I took the cartridge and the broken piece to the dispensary today. The receptionist directed me to a manager. I explained what happened and the manager asked me if I had saved the packaging. I said no but I told him if he looked into the computer system it would show that I bought it last week. He said that since all cartridges looked the same, he needed the packaging to know that I bought it there. So at this point, he’s calling me a liar and I’m a bit shocked. I asked, “so you're calling me a liar?” and he said no but he doesn’t believe that I bought it there. I started to lose my cool and just decided leaving was the best option.To my fellow veterans, Patriot Care is just a name. When given the chance to do the right thing, they called me a liar. Spend your money elsewhere - I know I will.

Chemo meds make my body rot. Cancer sucks. I don't need the crackhead "security guard" at the front to let me know everytime to remind me of the side effects of treatment by making giant rude gestures to me about how I smell. My skin is rotting off bro, I'm well aware.

I've been a customer for several years. I recently received my medical marijuana card. I have a temporary card, good until tomorrow. I presented this card on my phone as I don't have access to a printer or my email at the moment. I was told it has to be printed. I was told this in a dismissive, nasty manner by the woman at the front desk. (12/2 at noon)This exchange made me think of all the other dispensaries in this area and where else I can do business. I get that rules are rules but customers are customers and congenial attitudes can go a long way.

Like I’ve said before Carlos is the best and is my favorite. He always has a smile and answers my questions, no matter how ridiculous they are! 2/25/2024I adore Carlos!
