I had the delight of being taken to Ice Cream Alley in Greenfield this weekend! It was near closing time, and there was a line of people down the street. Be aware that this little shop is very popular and you may not be served immediately.There are a few options to choose from, all of which you are able to sample. We’d recommend the lemon meringue pie if it’s available.

Cute little place with delicious new flavors from local ice cream makers everyday!! Very friendly employees and nice outside seating space. (Lemon poppy and black raspberry are my favorite!)

I ambitiously tried to deliver three delicious looking milkshakes several blocks away. I somehow got them into the car just fine and sat them on a flat surface and made it all the way to the street before they all toppled over and made the biggest mess our car had ever seen... Sadly not one milkshake survived, I could almost taste the cold creamy goodness!Beyond Disappointed, I called Ice Cream Alley and spoke to the management who were a bit shocked by my claim that not even one milkshake survived this fiasco. They also informed me that they did not provide me lids because we'd asked for whipped cream on top but they would be willing to provide us with new milkshakes upon my promise that I would bring a helping hand to ensure successful delivery.Thankfully I was able to return shortly after we performed a major passenger seat cleanup effort and retrieve the 2nd round of milkshakes. We pooled together what cash we had remaining to show our gratitude in the form of a tip cup drop and then all rejoiced while sipping some VERY YUMMY MILKSHAKES!Thank you @Ice Cream Alley for your patience and understanding! We look forward to returning in the future, perhaps for a dish next time...

My boyfriend and I were on a long drive through the state checking out new spots and decided to stop for ice cream . We could not have picked a better spot!We each had 2 flavors and my ultimate favorite was the grasshopper pie, although they were all delicious and creamy.

I have had great ice cream, and this place, despite its size, is SO big on the flavor and vibe: the varied, changing choices keep every visit unique-- The counterperson was so inviting to try different kinds -- this typically vanilla guy found several he liked- it was hard to choose.... they ended up "splitting' one scoop so I could have two flavors--. What really was the kicker for me-- is the dog version of a treat...that my dog, so carefully ate--so out of character--he was over the moon-- I cant decide whether the help I got--or the ice cream-- or the vibe is on top but they all were top notch for me and Bruno!

Super cute shop with friendly staff. Prices are fair and the ice cream is always very good. They go out of their way to stock unique and appealing flavors with clearly labeled ingredient info for anyone who avoids dairy, nuts, or gluten. There's a limited selection of flavors but they do an excellent job curating a menu with something for everyone.

I enjoyed my ice cream a lot. This was definitely to their use of super local products and their selection being pretty well picked.Due to their incredibly small size, I totally understand why they have such a limited selection of flavors, but I'm glad to see they're really good.Prices weren't terrible but are higher than local averages.The place gets cramped very fast due to its small size so it might be best to only send one person in your group in to order all the ice cream.That Graham cracker ice-cream was incredible and I'm dying to know who produces it.

Very cute place. Is a tad bit spendy but worth it as I dont know much places like this around main street area. Sucks that their working times are pretty short for the season. Wish they were open all year round.

Greenfield is so lucky to have such an excellent ice cream place! They even have vegan options which are really good. I enjoy the rotating selection of flavors, there is always something new to try. 10/10 hot fudge!

This place, without a doubt, has the best ice cream in the whole city; locally sourced ice creams, fairly priced scoops, and positive interactions with all staff are pretty much a guarantee here. While not a vegan myself, I also appreciate that they always offer vegan-safe options, and even without being vegan, I can say that those options are as incredibly delicious as any of their dairy counterparts.

I absolutely love this place!All the ice cream is local and there are always vegan options! Everything is super high quality and sooo delicious. The space is clean and bright, and staff is always so friendly and cheery. Couldn't have imagined a more perfect ice cream shop for Greenfield!

They always have unique flavors of high quality homemade icecreams piled high on a cone or in a cup with various toppings available. Their prices are fair and they do have outdoor seating. They are often open into the evening.

This place is the cutest ice cream shop I have ever been to. And they have VEGAN options!!! So blessed to have this spot in our town. My daughter and I walk here to get a scoop at least 2 times a week. If you get the chance stop here and have a cone, they are always so nice and will let you try the flavors.

It's a nice space and much needed in downtown Greenfield. I however was sadly disappointed by the small variety of different types of flavors they have at one time. I'm also not a Vegan and so I'm not a fan of coconut-based ice cream which most of theirs seem to be and they are so very pricey.

This is a hidden gem in Greenfield. Flavors rotates regularly and the menu clearly marks gluten-free or vegan items. Gluten-free cones and vegan shakes are also available!

Hours online said open til 8pm, got there at 7:30, sign on door said open til 8 - it was closed and dark and deserted. Annoyed since it was a 1/2 hr drive to get there. Oh well. I'll bet the ice cream would have been good though.

A mild selection of entirely local flavors that look almost as good as they taste, with a quaint step-in/step-out, "good vibe" interior, pleasant staff, and somewhat higher prices that reflect the quality of the service; altogether an excellent afternoon quick-bite for a frozen delight.

That coffee flavor might be the tastiest ice cream I've ever had. Obviously locally made with attention to detail. Just regret getting the kiddie size.

Got the reg size n it was plenty as far as I'm concerned got maple cream sooo yummy&my husband got khalua brownie. Had huge chunks of brownie that were soft and chewy. Rly good will be back=)
