This is a fine Dunkin. The food is good if they haven't run out. It's a good back up if the other Dunkin Donuts on federal street is overrun with people. The drive up is really fast at this one. The food is fine.It's inside a gas station. There's some parking out front.

I like a very specific coffee a latte from Dunkin donuts and I get it hot I always get a large but I asked for it in an extra large cup for extra whipped cream and I always get it just how I want it I've never been turned down or told that that I'll have to buy an extra large in order to get the cup and that's what keeps me going to Dunkin donutsParking: Greenfield Massachusetts Federal Street and Mohawk trail I do use both however I prefer the Mohawk trail the coffee is usually hotter I get a specialty latte, caramel craze and they never have a problem making it just the way I like it so thumbs up 👍Kid-friendliness: They are always kind and friendly to my granddaughter whenever she is with me truly appreciate that at every location I've ever been toWheelchair accessibility: I'm not sure if it's worth your accessible as I wasn't with anybody with any handicap but I will look into it next time

I am a regular so I may be a tad bit bias.I gave 3 stars for food because I don’t like Dunkin’s food in general- no matter where I go.Service is always great! They know me by name and often go above and beyond to assist me with whatever I want/need.3 stars for atmosphere and that has nothing to do with the employees. It’s in a Sandri’s gas station so it’s a bit small, but there are a few small tables. It can get a little crowded during a busy time of day. The other reason is because there has been an on going issue with condensation on pipes (I’m told from the A/C) in the ceiling causing water to drip to the floor. One area is right by the straw/napkin station and where people could potentially be standing in line, so it drips on people. And the other spot I’ve seen is behind the counter but at least it doesn’t drip on any food station or coffee stuff.Parking: If you park right along the sidewalk which is pretty much where everyone will park PLEASE don’t pull all the way up so your bumper ends up over the sidewalk. It really makes walking traffic difficult and worse those with a handicap that have a wheelchair will not have much room.Kid-friendliness: My kids are always a “hit” when we go! Super friendly staff always making them smile/laugh.Wheelchair accessibility: No automatic door to get into the building and the only way to the door is to go to the far end of the sidewalk that has the lowering/ramp end.

Lowering from 5* to a 3* rating. In the time since my last review this establishment has had some new hires, some of which are okay, but many are impatient, unwelcoming, and in some instances downright rude (in my experience). I went from always being content with my order, to constant dissatisfaction. I am always polite, and understanding that some days are harder than others, but I refuse to be treated with anything other than basic human decency when I enter a place of business.

Go to Dunkin in sandries gas station on federal st gfld ma everyday for my mocha ice coffee and half the time it's not made right, plus half the staff is rude always have friends hanging out inside store distracting teenagers from their job, always a long wait for just coffees! Can barely here drive thru attendants over noise in back ground like a party going on inside everyday! Plenty of staff on hand so not sure why takes so long for one coffee!! Being a regular everyday only few staff member's know my voice, get my drink right first time and are pleasant clearly like their jobs! I appreciate the few friendly employees but can't stand a few ignorant employees. Out of all Dunkin in our area this is the one I refer to go to how sad.

The staff is very friendly, but several times now have messed up my order. I routinely order fruited ice tea, and end up getting coffee mixed in. I wouldn't be too upset, if it hadn't happened at least 5 times in the last couple months. On the plus side, these mistakes have helped me break my Dunkin habit.

Save yourself the potential loss of money, time and sanity and don't order ahead here. More than once I've ordered on the app and gone to this location only to find my order A) missing B) missing items C) just completely wrong D) someone else's order or E) the items I ordered were out of stock. It's so consistent here that when I go to other Dunkin locations in the world I'm blown away that my order isn't in some form, wrong. Drinks are prepared wrong half of the time, I have meat dietary restrictions and regularly I find meat in my sandwiches, and sometimes my food and drinks are just outright cold. I understand that working in the food industry is not easy, it's stressing and sometimes things get crazy; but it's such a regular occurrence at this location that I've given up. This used to be my go to Dunkin in town, given that there are 2 other locations, because this was the best one. But recently it's fallen by the wayside. Oh well.

First off all, im very loyalt with dunkin donuts I love the coffee and I go every day.However im feeling discriminate becouse i have ascent,but im America citizen and have the same right that everyone as consumer.its been the third time I go there and they say didn't here my order,they don'tdo anything for help and make me leave without my order. One time the manage went outside to give me my order and walk away and sad fukoff,thats so disrespect as human ben.

My coffee is always made perfect, however this is the second time that I have gotten good from there and had hair in it. I have long curly black hair and the hair in my blueberry muffin was long and blonde.... I'll stick to my coffee here and get my food elsewhere

This particular Dunkin' can be awesome or frustrating depending on when you go or who is working. Often there is almost no lines and the staff members are amazing! Others it's sorta busy and the staff members seem like they don't even want to talk to you let alone take your order. This definitely effects the quality of your choice beverage. The only other issues I have with this place is that it's very focused on in and out service or drivethru. There is almost no place to sit down and the inside store is very very small.If you figure out the best times to go, this place can be awesome.

Usually really good service but this morning instead of getting an Americano like I ordered I either got some sort of mocha latte or hot chocolate type of thing. Wasn't even warm and I unfortunately didn't try it until I had driven too far away to go back. Wicked disappointing and now I'm tired AF at work, I couldn't drink that thing at all. Might have to start hitting up another place for coffee if this happens again

Being a routine customer at this location, I'd appreciate there being some training to have the counter help ask the customer if they'd like a receipt. I may be the minority...but i like receipts when I make a purchase. Also...some consistency with the honoring or not honoring of senior discounts. I regularly purchase for a senior relative...whom is not always able to accompany me to the establishment. Don't be inconsistent with your policies. After honoring the discount both when the person is with me, and when they are not....for quite some time...and now making me aware this is against policy...is ridiculous.

Been working in the area and this Dunkin every morning has an issue with the system. A Better Dunkin is not even a quarter mile down the road.

Very pleasant customer service. Extremely busy. Very long wait. Food was not thoroughly cooked (still partially frozen). Went there at 8:30am on a Thursday, though, so I expected busy.

Doordash menu is not great. If you go there keep in mind drive thru is priority, inside is the longest wait. Still it's dunks so it's good

I use the drive-through regularly when picking up my nephew after a class at GCC. Orders are usually handled accurately and in a timely fashion. The only problem I have had was with their not receiving an "on the go" order sent from the Dunkin donuts app. Staff is friendly.

They have very good service every time that I have been there it is open 24 hours except for Sunday. They have gotten my order right every time. The other night I was short on change for my coffee and the lady that was working threw in the extra change from her own pocket. very excellent service and thank you guys and keep up with the good work

Inconsistent. I usually order Avocado Toast with Bacon from here and it’s a mixed bag. Sometimes it’s toasted perfectly and the right amount of Bacon, but sometimes it’s slapped together and barely toasted. The quality depends on who’s working so luck of the draw here.

Everything I order comes out correct but it takes FOREVER for them to fill my order. Even if they're not busy and its just a coffee. Slow to the point of ridiculousness.I've been late to work more than once because they are so bloody slow.

This is typical Dunkin, but one time in 2007 they confused the sesame seed bagels and the poppy seed bagels. I adapt to the times, but I ordered sesame seed bagels so many times my wife was surprised to find out I loved poppyseed. Apparently she never paid attention to what I actually got.

Love DD but Greenfield store I use several times gives me coffee that smells like cigarettes. I really wish the people would wear gloves. Also if they go out for a cigarette they should be washing their hands before handling our food.

Best Dunkin in town, except the older guy wit brown hair, I ask for caramel swirl with cream and sugar and he seems to think sugar and caramel swirl is outlawed because he just gave me a cream coffee but other than that everyone else here is awesome
