We called Dips N Clips as we were traveling through the area and they were gracious to squeeze our two girls in. Even though Karen had a big day the next day she made a point of helping us keep our girls in great shape. They are clean and pretty and ready for their next adventure. Great customer service! I would use them again.

Although groomers are very good and friendly it is a very clumsy, and potentially dangerous way to drop off animals....not to mention nasty if raining or snowing. Also very frustrating that you can not get ahold of anyone during the day. I left a message today and after 3.5 hoursstill no response. Someone should be checking messages every hour - 1.5 hrs. Quite frustrating.

Just had my puppy’s nails done and the woman clipped his quick! He was shaking and scared when he came out. His nails are sharper now than when I brought him in. They are cut uneven too! I told her he was scared and wouldn’t even let me do it. For an experienced groomer they should have done a better job! I will continue to bring him to my vet to have it done from now on.

We had our cat groomed there today. Very short pick up where the lady barely gave my wife time to say what he needed done. Didn't ask my wife's name at all. Didn't ask about his temperment or anything. We had them trim his butt area, trim his belly, brush out, and trim his nails.Wife picked him back up, they'd put a pink bandana on him, assuming he was female. They gouge trimmed up the left side/base of his tail and left the right side base of his tail full length. He looks lopsided now. Belly is shaved real short now. He has a mat under his front leg still that we've been trying to brush out for weeks and couldn't get and the mat is STILL THERE. I guess they didn't brush him much.The only positive from the whole experience is that they trimmed his nails for us.Do not recommend.

Becky did an amazing job on our two girls! She was wonderful with out Shepherd who has lots of anxiety (one of the reasons we haven't tried grooming yet). They allowed us to have both dogs go in at the same time and be groomed together which helped ease some of her anxiety! Price was also very affordable! We will definitely be going back in the future.

I bring my dog there to get her nails trimmed. She is a rescue and I learned very quickly she had a deep fear of her nails being trimmed. Even her vet office can’t get them done. This place is the ONLY place that I have found that my dog allows to have her nails trimmed. They are patient and kind with her. I highly recommend!

They always do a great job with my Osita! I brought her there the day I adopted her, 2 years ago. I didnt know her vet record said she needed to be muzzled but they never had a problem! Always an adorable bandana and doggy perfume. Love this place.

I only went for a nail trim for my little monster but the groomer was great! Zoe can be a handful, but she got her nails as short as they could go and never heard a peep!

The staff there are very friendly. They also always make time to clip my dog's nails even if I don't make an appointment. Their pricing for cutting Nails appears to be the best in the area.

I love this place! They love what they do and it shows. Chiqui not only gets her nails clipped and filed, but she gets kisses on her head while it's happening. Great people, great place!
