Absolutely pitiful Pharmacy Staff, rude, will straight up ignore the line that’s at the desk to stand there and chit chat amongst each other about their kids sports games, and what their spouse is making for supper. It shouldn’t take several hours for an URGENT ORDER to be filled. The older gentleman who works in the pharmacy is a complete idiot and needs to work on his bedside manner with customers when they ask for help picking out cold medicine.

I am impressed by how clean and organized this store was. We came in to use the bathroom (which was open to the public, incredibly nice!) and the staff was friendly and helpful. Bought some cold products and everything was well stocked.

Tonight is Thanksgiving, and I am so thankful for the sales associate Lynette. She went above and beyond to help me. She even went looking for a snoopy plush in the back that was not on the floor. She did not have to do this, but after I had said I searched at a few other CVS for it, she wanted to help, as I desperately wanted to get it for my daughter. CVS should consider themselves so lucky to have a kind and nice employee like her, I know I am so grateful for all her help tonight.

I can not complain about cvs’s actual store part because it has never given me any trouble. I go in and grab what I need and check my self out at the self check out. BUTTT THE PHARMACY is a whole issue in its self. I have never spoken to such miserable, rude, selfish, negative….etc people in my life!!!! I dread even calling or going to the pharmacy!! They just talk and treat you like your trash and a waste of time. I mean come on!! People go to pharmacy’s to get their prescriptions for their medical care. This needs to be dealt with…actually dealt with because I know tons of my own co-workers who have experience the same issues as me and have called corporate and clearly it’s still happening.

The store itself I can’t comment on due to never shopping there but, the pharmacy is a whole different store! This pharmacy is by far the worst one I’ve ever had to deal with. I’ve went to many Cvs pharmacies with no issue. They are always understaffed and rude from my experience. As a customer we have certain medications that we need on time and this pharmacy hasn’t ever given me the medication I need on time or without issues like waiting 5-7 hours forThem to fill it. I tried to stick it out but it’s not worth it, if you want a reliable, easy and friendly pharmacy this isn’t the one!

Thieves! Would not refund money for a product I had just bought. Said they needed an I.D. to complete the refund. I didn't have an I.D. with me. I literally never left the cash register. I then asked for a manager. She also said she would not refund my money without an I.D. Not everyone has an I.D. This can only be described as theft. Will never shop there again.

Fire the old man working overnights. I encourage this location to check the cameras for how the old guy was talking to me 3/6/24 at 4:45 AM. Giving me a hard time about split pay just because the computer froze? I’ll make sure he gets fired for talking to me like I’m an idiot. Sorry I should’ve known you can’t split pay between 2 cards without the balding old man having a problem. I’ll tell corporate to check the cameras too.

This store is consistently understaffed. This leads to there constantly being unstocked items littering the aisles. More infuriating is the consistent long waits to check out.These are just a few of the reasons we now use Big Y for our pharmacy.

So I'll start by saying. What is going on?!Why are you guys out of meds so badly? Especially the IMPORTANT medication.You have people missing doses, missing things they need to do because your company isn't well stocked up AT ALL.Y'all have been known for the worst attitudes first off, stigmatized staff members and seems like you guys should of warned all your customers personally about this before their medication gets called in and get told we need to find an alternative or no meds for you! It's been going on for 3 months now, even more.YALL ARE GOING TO CAUSE SOME PHYSICAL AND MENTAL ISSUES TO FLAIR UP AGAIN BECAUSEWE NEED OUR MEDS!!!!While I see all y'all care about is what it looks like behind the counter. Used their services as a 3rd party UPS drop off and their associate stole my package. Dropped it off at the front desk and never received confirmation or tracking via text or email like they had said. Called the store and said if their associate stole it than there is nothing they can do.

It's nice that CVS is open 24 hours. They have the usual selection of drug store merchandise and snacks. I feel like there prices are a little high but that's compared to the grocery store. Sometimes you can get a lot of things on sale. Especially over the counter medicine. The pharmacy is good and usually has prescriptions ready in a decent amount of time. Overall not a bad store. Just try to do your regular daytime shopping elsewhere.

If I could give no number, I would, for the pharmacy personnel alone. Most are constantly rude, unhelpful, bitter about being overworked and won't help you get discounts on your medications. I've found a much better pharmacy. They have less workers, are friendly, helpful and I ALWAYS have my meds when they say they're going to. Shop around people!!

CVS pharmacy is beyond frustrating. You try to plan ahead, request refills versus going to the store last minute, and are penalized by not getting the refills in a timely manner, yet if I go to the store and hover, I can get it in 15 mins. What’s incentive do I have to plan and be proactive?The inventory is also a problem consistently. I do not understand this when we have refillable scripts in the system, yet 3 out of 4 times I go days without a refill due to poor inventory planning.

This is a terrible place to go for prescriptions. I ALWAYS have to go a second time because of some screw-up on their end. Once they gave me 1 of 2 prescription bottles so I had to go back. The pharmacist herself took to my order for COVID test kits but there was no record of it when I went in 2 days later to pick the kits up. Their website said my prescription was ready, but when I went in they told me it was really on order, and not ready. Their website also tells you to contact your prescriber when really, it is just too early to order. The line is usually out of control and to ice the cake, only a few of the customer facing folks are friendly.I've had it - my insurance gives me other options and I'm going to switch pharmacies.

Seriously the worst staffed pharmacy around!! They all seem to absolutely hate their hate their job or just life but they sure take it out on their customers. I have been hung up on multiple times, told my script would be ready at a time and not ready for hours later, the eye rolls... the list goes on. The fact that some of them still have a job is unbelievable to me!!! I will be switching pharmacies immediately and I suggest others do the same.Note I had to give this one star just to write a review they don't even deserve that!!

Terrible pharmacy. Almost every time for a year now when my partner goes to get their meds they say they never received paperwork from the dr and it will be sent twice even three times and they will still say they never got it. Once or twice I get but it’s been almost every time now and just glancing at the reviews I see we are not the only ones with this issue. Same thing happened when we switched insurance the claimed they never got paperwork from masshealth up until we one of the leads on the phone with them and then they finally admitted they messed up. But they’re messing with peoples lives could potentially kill someone because they don’t give a chit about their jobs and either lose paperwork or on purpose don’t fill scripts, I’m leaning towards the latter as a previous CVS pharmacy tech I know left because their super yelled at them for filling scripts they had ever right to fill. Also this didn’t happen recently but years ago I was attending cleanslate and a pharmacy tech called them and tried to convince them I wanted to unenroll in their program, I was well acquainted with people at cleanslate so they told me about it when it happened. Makes me sick how many of these people don’t care about their jobs or act in prejudice ways. I wouldn’t be surprised if they did it on purpose just not fill peoples scripts to watch them suffer it seems it only happens with import medication, I’ve seen old women weeping leaving the pharmacy before. If you want your medication don’t have your script sent here. Rated one star but would give zero if possible.

Worst service I've ever had. One older blonde woman in the pharmacy here is incredibley rude anytime I've gone for the last year or two. Doesn't matter if you try to be extra nice, she's still miserable. Do not recommend this one if you'd like to be treated like a human being. Over the phone and in person you get treated the same. Go to any other CVS for a better experience.

This place is absolutely horrible. I’ve had to deal with Tatiana who is a pharmacist and she flat out refused to help, horrible manners and rude, unprofessional! They charged me for 90 days of a prescription and gave 50 over charging by $75! The lack of competency and being honest overwhelms everything else. Over charged on testing strips when the insurance verified all was covered and wasn’t sure why they gave 50 days of medicine but charged and submitted 90 days. Tatiana needs a lesson on professionalism before she speaks with anyone. Today was the last straw and I switched all my medication to a different pharmacy. Don’t ever expect your medication in a timely manner either! Expect days of a wait and even when they say it’s ready, it won’t be.

What an absolute nightmare this place is. Rude pharmacy staff-one woman in particular is especially rude no matter how sweet you are to her- she always says it will be “2 hours” and then it’s ready in 10 minutes. And she intentionally will not run a script through on the one day early you’re supposed to be able to pick it up, just says “nope, tomorrow” even when another employee has told you to call that day. She gets personal joy out of screwing people out of the medications they have been prescribed by their doctors- and even THEY complain about these issues?!?! Just flip through a few of these reviews- she seems to be famous in them, doesn’t management ever read these??? How she still has a job is beyond me- probably because they’re so desperate and short staffed.And how about a little compassion when you’re telling someone you are OUT of a medication they need to survive?!?! Or better yet- keep the medications stocked up! What a disorganized mess. Every single time we have to come here there is a problem. Get it together!

If you don't want your meds then send them here. It honestly seems like they don't fill any prescriptions until you come in and ask for them. Everytime I show up it's a 20 minute wait. Even when the script was sent days before. The staff seems friendly and helpful but there is something systemically wrong with the way this location is ran. Most likely really bad management.

This place is getting worse every day. They say a prescription will be ready and of course it isn't. I asked a pharmacist to show me how to use a insulin pen, they were wrong had a friend help me. Please get some qualified people that know how to do the job. Please!!!

I switched all my scripts to Riteaid due to rude staff members in the pharmacy but I still have to get my 80 year housemates prescriptions there. The woman "helping" me was the rudest I've ever encountered. I will make sure all prescriptions for my roommate go to any other pharmacy besides CVS, regardless the cost. I work in customer service as well and I would NEVER treat anyone the way I was treated.

They're terrible at filling prescriptions when they say they will. I had to transfer to cvs because of my work insurance, and they tried to charge me $80 for a singular pill when I was out of that prescription. Hate them to the core, go elsewhere if you can
