Stopped in to pick up saw fuel and I was impressed at the huge selection of pre mixed non ethanol fuels. The store overall was clean and organized. It’s my new go to for saw fuel and small chainsaw items.

They have a lot of stuff but I just came in for mouse traps. Was browsing to find a trap that worked best for my needs. When asking the cashier if he knew about them, he said yes. I asked if it was a trap or just bait. He essentially told me it was both which is not the case. It’s just bait with no trapping mechanism. I would’ve bought a more expensive item if I had known this wasn’t what I wanted. It instead he just said yes and sent me on my way. Then I get home to find out it’s the wrong thing. What a waste of my time. Quite annoyed. Don’t ask if I need help if you’re gonna give me false Information. 🤦🏻‍♂️

It was easy to place an online order at Aubuchon’s. My order was quickly put together and ready for pick up within 30 minutes. They even made sure my can of paint primer was shaken before I got there. I found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. And a major plus, the store was very clean and organized.

The staff here is always so great! Ray and his team do an amazing job. A times I could possibly find an item a little cheaper elsewhere--and I'm super frugal. But These guys have convinced me that truly great customer service and a personable experience is very much worth supporting in my community. They're a resource I want to keep.

This is my neighborhood hardware store.... and yes, thank god, these still exist!!! It's not huge and overwhelming like a Home Depot, the staff are all knowledgeable, friendly, and are there to help, which is great especially for those of us who are not so handy or get intimidated by tools! This is a treasure, and I sure hope they stick around for a long time.

I ordered $2,000 worth of paint and was given exceptional treatment by the guy who runs the paint dept. But was also helped by another employee who did everything he could to get my order ready on time and made sure it was correct. He was also helpful with design ideas and even brought another associate over to discuss my idea of a monochromatic look using different finishes (semi-gloss, matte and satin) instead of different colors to differentiate walls, ceilings, trim and cabinets. The outcome is pretty spectacular, dont have a pic yet, were still finishing the home for sale. Thanks Hunter. Very impressed.

The pool shock I ordered on line was not what the store held for me. When I noticed that it was the wrong product ( a much lower priced) they replaced it, but not with the one I ordered. I could have bought the same thing for $3.00 a lb less from another source. The product they gave me was not even on their web site! Not happy

Prices are a bit higher than the big box store but quality of products are too. Their Midwest Fastener selection is unmatched for variety! Any obscure fastener or part you need to fix something, there's a good chance you'll find it here! Very friendly and helpful.
