So I went here tonight and I’ve gone here for years but tonight I had the best waitress named Amy. She was so sweet and made my terrible night a bit better. She deserves the best in life and I’m really sad that I didn’t get a chance to wish her a good rest of her night as I was in a big group and in a rush as my night wasn’t the best. If you read this Amy, my group of 8 others and I thought you were great. I was the one with the blue hair :D

I eat at this location before or five times per year. Always pleased with the food and the atmosphere. Service is generally pretty good. On this visit though we were ghosted by the waitress for 15 minutes waiting for our check since our tabletop check out device wasn't functioning properly. Not sure if she was in the restroom or out back getting a smoke but it was off putting to an otherwise pleasant experience. We asked another waitress to get our check and she refused and said to find our waitress. I would definitely recommend this place for good food and good atmosphere, and hopefully good service.

We stopped here for some dinner after an afternoon of leaf peeping. The food was good. We chose the outdoor seating, but they also offer indoor seating as well. During the pandemic they are using social distancing in their seating. Their sanitary facilities are sanitized every 30 minutes. The wait staff are friendly and attentive. Overall a good experience. They are located on route 2A in Greenfield Massachusetts.

I came in after getting a promotion very close to closing and they were accommodating with food and beverage very polite very professional very considerate. I have gone to other places where they have no consideration they have no politeness they literally don't give anything about you then your money and Danielle was my waitress and she made my drink faster than I could even think and she's ordering my food so I can take it home this is seriously a top-notch experience and if you have the opportunity to come here I highly suggest that you doParking: Plenty of parking which is extremely well it and safe this is not a place where I will go where I would not feel safe parking my car anywhere in their parking lots. Which is a change from Greenfield because there's so many places around here where you park your car and you worry about leaving if you're gonna make it to your car back OK or not not here at Applebee's they got you covered with lots of lightsWheelchair accessibility: I have been in a wheelchair often on throughout my life and they are definitely wheelchair accessible there's also plenty of seating which is wheelchair accessible and all the waitresses and all the staff here are super professional and very accommodating.

My son loves their corn dog. The other picture is the fajita chicken rollup. It was good. I’d say most of their food is good. Not great but not bad either. Cook was having trouble the night we went cooking steak to the right temp. We saw two steaks that were not cooked right. Waite staff is always good. If you go in the winter wear layers. It is always cold.

Despite not being assigned to our table, this server made it their personal mission to sabotage our dining experience and ruin our evening.From the moment we sat down, it was clear this server had a chip on their shoulder. Instead of offering a warm greeting or taking our drink orders, they shot us icy glares as if we were intruders in their territory. It was evident they had already made up their mind to make our experience as unpleasant as possible.Throughout the evening, this server made every effort to ignore our table. Requests for basic amenities like water refills or condiments were met with disdain and eye rolls. It seemed as though they took pleasure in withholding service, relishing in our frustration and discomfort.But the pinnacle of this server's despicable behavior came when they deliberately mixed up our orders, serving us dishes we hadn't even ordered. It was a blatant attempt to further inconvenience us and cast a shadow over our dining experience. Their malicious intent was unmistakable, and it left a bitter taste in our mouths.In all my years of dining out, I have never encountered such blatant hostility and disregard for customer satisfaction. Applebee's should be ashamed to employ individuals who derive pleasure from making their patrons miserable. I urge anyone considering dining at Applebee's to think twice and choose a restaurant where professionalism and respect for customers are valued. (I asked the server her name and it was Izzie, ask for a different server if you can!)

Not only did Doordash screw up and deliver to the wrong place, I ordered a salad and exra dressing, didn't get the extra dressing. And the breadstick was inedible, it was hard as a rock.Don't expect me back, your food sucked.

So far this place is great came out for a nice nature vacation an this area is the best place to do it in. There food was amazing waiter was great an on point. Fast service warm food an good drinks. So far so good give this a 4 star rate

The food there was terrible. My burger wasn't cooked enough so I sent it back went to eat it but check it first (picture included) they put the part tht I had started eating back in with the burger they sent back to me Looking at the picture you can tell it's 2 pieces put together old and new......Disgusting! Then a family member ordered a sampler meal and it was dry and not cooked properly. Sent it back they said it was new but nope the food was still dry and definitely not a new one.

Good food but was told the original meal I wanted I couldn't switch out the broccoli for something else even though I said I am allergic to broccoli. Was told it strictly had to come with broccoli and mash potatoes. If that is true then why when you order online to take home you are given options to choose your sides from. I did not make sense at all.

I came in and ordered a burger with fries and an additional side of onion rings, and the three cheese chicken penne, I asked for pink in my burger, and I got it burnt, and the chicken penne had 2 different kinds of pasta in it, pretty disappointed

There were 3 adults in our party. We had cocktails, appetizers, and a meal. Food was very good and service adequate since we like to sit in bar area at a high boy table. Loved their margaritas but don't care for the presentation in a martini glass. My chicken n shrimp plate was especially good since the chicken was cooked perfectly and very tender. We enjoy Applebee's and frequent it often.

I recommend you never visit on a Friday night. I went there because it was late and I was hungry and it's open late. OK, it was crowded but you don't have to be nasty because I wanted a table. I felt they don't need my business. I went home with an empty stomach. I have visited many Applebee's before and I met such an attitude like here.Kid-friendliness: I've seen children in these restaurants so I can only assume that they welcome children here too.Wheelchair accessibility: The entrance is on street level but you will find plenty of short staircases inside which can make it hard to reach your table.
