Went there with my wife to have supper around 6 o’clock at 4/18/24 food was cold and not cooked enough,potato skins were burnt. The only thing that they had going for them was the popcorn 🍿 the service took forever waitress was nice but for what we had to pay it was definitely not worth it specially for a raw bacon Cheeseburger when you ask for medium well🤦‍♂️ oh and I had to ask for the fries that come with it waitress stated that no I ordered coleslaw and not the fries. See slip where clearly says fries french and burger medium well. Take the extra drive to the Brattleboro, Vermont location it’s worth it.

Very relaxed, basic place to eat but lots of character. Menu offered many options, food was plentiful and cooked as ordered. Portions were generous. Popcorn was a fun surprise.Easy on and off from 91. Staff was pleasant. Will go there again on our way up north .

Love it! The experience was awesome. Our server Alexis was the best. She was friendly and attentive. When she realized that my wife didn't like her food ( she thought it was too salty) she advised the manager and the made thing right. Both the manager and Alexis went a ove and beyond to make us feel welcomed.Next time we are up in Northern Mass. We will make sure to stop again.

I recently stopped at the 99 Restaurants conveniently located near the Route 91 exit during my 6-hour drive to Vermont. It's a perfect spot for a relaxing break with a diverse menu that caters to the whole family. The Cheese Moon was a hit with the kids, and the Chicken Wrap was a tasty choice. The friendly staff added to the positive experience. I highly recommend it for a break to stretch your legs and enjoy a satisfying meal.

Jackie was great server. Seafood trio was very good. Asparagus cooked just right but they left the hard un-edible stems on them.My girl didn't like the topping on the trio, she said it tasted burnt, but I thought it was fine. That is simply a matter of preference not quality. Drinks were 10/10!

I don't remember what night of the week it was it was after the typical dinner hour. I sat at the bar the host was not readily identifiable so I just picked a stool and sat down. The bar tender was wonderful very friendly and polite. I ordered an Old Fashioned they made it with Bullit Bourbon which would not have been my first pick she may have asked I honestly don't recall. I know what she used because I asked when she brought I was expecting something a little sweeter but she definitely asked if I like them and I replied not too so she definitely was trying to make me a good drink an it was I just should have asked for Markers Mark I like it much better. As for dinner I ordered the fish and chips. I am not known for being a huge fish fan but for some reason this particular Friday night I am now remembering more as I am thinking (it's been hard to do my wife recently died) Fridays are fish nights when my wife and I would go out. It was very good two nice sized pieces well battered and deep fried the oil was obviously hot and reasonably clear because the batter wasn't greasy like it can be. The fries hot and crispy with soft potato center again well made so often disappointing at national chains. I usually try to avoid chain restaurants for this reason they can be very inconsistent. I know from prior experience with 99's the one in Charlestown MA and this one in Greenfield MA I had the same quality of food and service. The price was reasonable as well considering I did have a cocktail which I think was about $11. I will give them a little more business because I was so happy with the meal and overall experience.Parking: Handicap parking is right in front there also regular parking in front and down the left side of the building as you look at the front door.Wheelchair accessibility: The parking lot is flat to the threshold of the building the doors are wide and if I recall correctly there is a power opener for those that need it but don't hold me to that I may be confusing places. I don't use a wheel chair but I notice unevenness because I had a stroke and my right foot drags slightly as I walk. People in wheel chairs should have no problems.

This restaurant is conveniently located in the same compound with Days Inn and Hampton Inn. One minute walk from either hotel. Restaurant was a good size. Indoor and outdoor seating available. Menu had a few good selections and the draft craft beer selection was pretty darn good! The BBC Pilsner is a must to try! Overall, this place was decent. The food was good, the craft beer was better and our waitress was phenomenal! I’d give them a try 👍

Oh my . This place ( NINTY NINE 99 ) IS EASEY IN EASEY OUT . CLOSE TO INTERSTATE 91 IN GREENFIELD MASSACHUSETTS . I DINED WITH MY PARTY OF 5 . Family . Our waitress Desiree was such a blast . She made the whole experience, I give her a 100k ++++++ . We had a wide variety of iteams from the extensive menu . The staff is awesome, friendly and clean . I do recommend the salad menu iteams . Very fast service at the time we showed up at 5 : 00 .

We had the nachos and I had a gluten free all star burger. It was delicious! Our server was really on top of my food allergies as well. The manager came out to discuss the nachos as well because they're fried in the same oil. Very knowledgeable! We will absolutely be back here!!

I used to go to the 99 in Gardner all the time because it was great. This one was not so good my steak tips were actually a flat 8oz steak cut in three pieces not chopped and grilled like steak tips are supposed to be made. my son had a burger and they are no where neare the size they were and both the steak and the burger was cooked well done not medium and it took 35 minutes for our food to arrive the table was sticky from the previous customer and they forgot our potato skins. Not a good experience.

I ordered a steak medium. It arrived medium rare/rare. After come convincing from my husband, I had the cook make me another steak. This one came back medium well/well. The strawberry daiquiri tasted like coconut and I had to ask someone else to try it because I wasn't sure there was even any alcohol in it. Date night score: 2Update: manager apologized and took the meal off our bill. Kudos to him.Update #2. I received a response from 99 asking for my contact information because they wanted to follow up with my visit, so I gave it to them but they never did reach back out to me.Update #3. Darren the manager called me! Thank you Darren. He invited my husband and I to come back for a wonderful experience. 🤔

I had the Fiddlehead IPA. Golden cloudy, hoppy and tangy.On the road all day, so a steak is always a safe bet.I went for the 12 oz sirloin, and it was cooked exactly as ordered.I got the obligatory 🥦 and 🍟; they didn't distract from the main event!I like to sit at the bar when alone and the staff were all super efficient, warm and friendly.The only criticism I can come up with is that knife. It's a damn shame to have to saw through such a nice 🥩. If I had more energy I'd have gone out to the truck to fetch my Opinal!Enjoy

I was traveling in Western MA and needed a quick lunch. I decided to stop at one of my local reliable favorites, the 99. Once there server Nicole and Manager Dino were great. They helped me pick out a tasty quick lunch and a decent beer. They atmosphere felt welcoming and friendly. Though I was surprised they didn't have pub cheese like they do closer to home, Chelmsford, MA. Overall, a great experience as usual.

Good service. However, the food is not so great anymore here. Their menu has lost many good items. I ordered a margarita, and it was watery with ice chunks and no taste of any alcohol in it. If you want Chowder, get it when they open. If not, it will taste sour.

We came in with a large group. The waitress seem annoyed. We asked if we could do seperate checks or if it would be too much of a bother for her. She said she could. But then only split it for half the group. She forgot a whole meal. She forgot drinks. We expected for things to take longer because of the size of our group. But she just totally forgot. Never brought more napkins, condiments or anything else we asked for. We were polite and not in a rush. She seemed genuinely annoyed that we wanted to have food and drinks.
