I stoped in there- I asked some questions about the product, I left because I wanted to go to others to see what they had also, before spending a lot of money. They don’t have a huge choice for the “ Flower,” that’s why. I came back later because I decided to buy 1 product I liked from them, when I showed my license at the door it took them a longer time then usual to open the door, ( they had no one in there for customers. I got in and purchased the one thing, and asked about 2 flower they usually have in the menus. I explained well, but he would not go on the computer& help me. Instead the man said “ Well I need more info then that!” And he refused to help me. I think they got angry because I left, he has an attitude problem with it. I will NEVER step in there to get “insulated” again. Horrible service . I give them 2 because of that.

Beautiful dispensary in a beautiful location that lends a touch of style and education that I haven’t seen in any other dispensary. Friendly and extremely knowledgeable staff help to make this an exceptional place. There’s an amazing range of products. Great hands-on tactile experience. My favorite dispensary in the country and I’ve been to at least two dozen.Rebelle raises the bar.

Staff are knowledgeable, patient and their positive attitudes goes a long way to have a pleasant experience. I did have an issue on my last purchase, called the next day and was handled so quickly, Rebelle truly understands the meaning of Customer Service. Their location is perfect, clean, easy to view everything and highly recommend.

Wonderful, friendly staff and a good selection! Went in to grab a few items that I've used previously and ended up leaving with some other recommendations as well. Fair warning, the majority of clientele are middle-aged, upper-class, and rude as can be, so don't be surprised if you get cut in front of or pushed out of the way. Says nothing of the staff though, they were impressive! Would definitely go back!

Ordered online, one of the prerolls was listed as one gram online, but the one in the bag was only a half gram. Another preroll pack had incredibly loose joints that canoed like hell when they actually stayed lit. They are unsmokable as is, and I will have to cut them open. I went for a special on a strain I knew I loved by a grower I know but wouldn't shop here again. And yes, overpriced.

Their pre rolls are disrespectful to costumers. Stop using shake and stems in pre rolls. All does it does give people headaches. I will never buy from them again.

Everything about this place is amazing!!! 😍🤩😍After visiting quite a few different dispensaries in Mass, i realized that the quality of the flowers was never really there which was very disappointing to me coming from Canada but then, I discovered Rebelle Dispensary and I am so very thankful for it 🙏🏽 First off, the place is peaceful, charming and pleasing to the eye. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The choice of strains when we got there was a little bit more limited to what I’ve seen on their web site the day before but we were told that they had a big week-end because of the SUPER BOWL and I was however able to find most of what I wanted 👌🏽They even gave me a tote bag! 👜❤️When, back in my car, I opened the jar and saw the quality of the buds, I instinctively knew that Rebelle would be my go to from now on 🏹On an unrelated note, it is located right next to the The Great Barrington Bagel company 🤤 Which made this sunny Sunday afternoon even more perfect!

This was my first visit. I pre-ordered online from the delightful menu for easy pickup at Great Barrington. Alexis adjusted my order of the two $5 individual discovery pouches I had included because my order entitled me to four discovery pouches at $.01 each! I also had reached out with questions before I traveled and got clear and courteous responses by cell and text for clarification. The shop is clean with convenient parking. Alexis was charming and helpful and the rest of the staff friendly and professional. The incense was great!

Genuinely have no clue how these reviews are so high. These have got to be the worst prices in the entire state of Massachusetts, seriously. 90+ dollars for a gram of distillate, or 65 an eighth is ridiculous. Staff are kind but that doesn’t mean much when end up walking out empty handed.

We drive up to Theory bout once a month but I came across the web site for Rebelle and they had something I like that Theory was no longer carrying so thought I'd check them out. Quick service and Joshua who checked me out was wonderful. Thank you Joshua and Meg of course. Whom I had met in Ct last year and was pleasantly surprised to see her as well. James was all around amazing he was very knowledgeable when I asked what types of “strong” strains they had, and he gave me a wide variety and described every strain so well he also went in depth about the effects.

What a wonderful experience… Having been a customer of the competition for quite a few years I decided to give Rebelle a try….. why was I happy! There were no lines and my order was ready as soon as I walked in the door. The shop is nice and welcoming and the sales associate was extremely helpful. She walked me through my questions assisted me with product inquiries and offered suggestions had me on my way lickety-split.highly highly highly recommend!

A great store in a great town. What a wholesome n organic atmosphere. The best customer service experience ever! A few companies should be taking notes! Secure, clean, friendly my Service dog and I were made to feel very welcome there and I am thankful for the great hospitality. I’ll also add it was a great experience to walk into an establishment and treated exactly as a service dog team should. No one, not even other customers; tried to interfere with Denny and I, we are use to that but man it was refreshing and relieving not be on guard, thank you. I highly recommend them and I look forward to returning.Thank you.

Halo is amazing. I love the control I have with the dosage. It absorbs quickly and is very discreet. Perfect product and the twinkle is soothing and relaxing. Just a wonderful place for cannabis supplies! I’ve tried most of the other dispensaries in Great Barrington, but Rebelle is the best! They are consistently very helpful, friendly, and super knowledgeable about all the products they sell.Kat was the young woman assisting me, and I couldn’t imagine anyone more helpful and pleasant! She cheerfully spent as much time as I needed in guiding me to what best suited my needs, and how to fine tune the strains to my medical and recreational needs.What a great place, with an equally great cannabis advisor!!

I came early in the morning of 8/5/21 and there weren't many people there. Tyler and Dean both gave me their undivided attention and answered my (many) questions with patience. They are obviously passionate about their work, but more importantly they are very welcoming and kind people. I never felt pressured by them, like they were upselling me, in fact they even saved me money by providing me with cheaper alternative options, to try small before I buy larger. They really wanted me to get the best experience and I truly appreciate them for it. Thank you both so very much! I will definitely be back and will spread good word too.

Fabulous place, fabulous people. I've never been to a dispensary before, but goodness knows, I'll be coming back to this one! The place was beautiful, the goods were top tier, and I instantly wanted to befriend all of the employees who work there. Dean was particularly helpful when he wrung me up; making sure my first experience was a welcoming and warm one, and answering any and all questions I had. Tyler, also was fantastic on the assist, making sure we had everything I wanted from the back. Truly a fabulous experience. HIGHLY recommend.

Been there 2 times over past 2 years . Drive from there from the Catskills and takes less than a hour to get there. Your in and out of store in a matter of minutes if you order online and 5 min if you pick what you want there . Very comfortable environment. Quality products . Relatively expensive but your getting the cleanest products out there

I have only one other time been to a dispensary where I felt pressured and rushed. Jessica clarified some questions for me and made me feel confident. I will definitely return.

I’ve been to Rebelle several times and found their sales staff friendly and informative but last Thursday I bought RSO oil, cost almost $100, something I had never used before, bought it because I’m dealing with chronic illness. I realized that I really can’t on good conscience ingest that kind of oil, it just didn’t sit right with my body to think I could digest something as sticky as tree sap. If I had really known what the sales guy meant by “sticky” I wouldn’t have bought it …When I called to ask about their return policy, the woman speaking with me was curt, impersonal, cold, and rude when she told me I should do my research next time- how about YOU provide a return policy and not be a jerk! All of my positive experiences at rebelle are outweighed by that negative phone call, and I won’t return, and if anyone asks I’ll steer them somewhere else. Glad to see other reviewers’ recommendations on more affordable dispensaries too. Thanks but no thanks rebelle!
