Don’t go to the grooming salon. I had an 8:15 AM appointment this morning and there is no one there and I did not get a message of cancellation and I drove 20 minutes in the rain. I understand there are emergencies, but I left my email address and could have been told of the cancellation. No one picks up on the grooming salon phone. This is why I order pet supplies from chewy because these chain stores are not reliable or well-managed.

Pretty good this visit, not always consistent but the price is right. Just give very clear instructions & expectations up front. The last groomer I has was really good. Can't recall her name, had lots of tattoos. She was wonderful with my dog

The groomer (Amber) was very sweet and very gentle with my dog who’s a Beagle rescue who had never been groomed.

Jayne is a wonderful groomer. She does a great job with our little stinker! Our dog hates getting his nails cut (he was a rescue and his little paws are deformed because whoever had him before us, never cut his nails. Very sad) she does a great job! We love her.

The stylist did an outstanding job on Allie. She can be a little fussy and sometimes hard to groom. Her style looked perfect. Allie my dog was very happy as well, wagging her tail, she really liked the groomer.

You have no bird gravel - essential for healthy birds. You have chosen to offer expensive cat foods (at all your outlets) that my cats don't like and, reading the ingredients, don't offer anything special for which I should pay more. Therefore I do my shopping for cat food next door at the Big Y and I buy gravel from Amazon. Your employees are very pleasant and I regret I can't do all my shopping from Petco.

This Petco is the best I've ever been too. The girls in the grooming department are the best and Bernie in the retail store is a true pleasure. Very efficient, friendly and helpful.

Didn't stay long enough to have a Petco experience. They host a monthly vet clinic on Sunday. One should call just before making the trip if they decide to cancel it. It's a managerial shortcoming for that store, not an eval of the chain, the store itself or the very apologetic employee tasked with delivering the news.

The employees were extremely friendly and nice and they did and amazing job on my dog. He looked even more handsome when I got him back ! I’m most definitely coming back to see them do their magic on my dog ☺️

Bought large parrot zupreem, got home, mixed it with already purchased seed, then noticed zupreem was expired. By now store was closed. Left email. Next day manager calls, but im away from phone (prompt response). I go to store. Manager John VERY apologetic. Says will give me 2 bags zupreem plus refund amount of bag i bought expired. I said Id be satisfied with new zupreem and seed to replace my loss. John said that was ok will also do refund because he wanted to exceed my expectations. You did John, you did. You exceeded my expectations. Thank you. I will remain a customer. Mistakes will happen anywhere, John you handled this problem with class and style. I hope your management appreciates your value.

The ladies who work at this store are so friendly and helpful without being overbearing. It is always a pleasure to visit this store in Great Barrington.

Marie is an excellent groomer, seems to really connect with the dogs and they come out looking great and happy. Taking dogs to the groomers can be stressful but this was not.

Parrot food but Paco is very fussy & the gentleman who helped me was very helpful in listening to the problem I have with Paco 'cause he doesn't like seeds; just human food. Paco was very pleased with the choice the gentleman give me.

I almost had my puppy groomed until I found out that they kill their dogs in a hairdryer by suffocating them, and they're cruel and I've heard of dogs getting strangled on the table while they was left unattended. glad I did not get my dog's haircut there.

Petco is always lacking personality, selection, and the feeling that anyone gives a damn. But than who else does really when they are working "for the man". I only go here if I am desperate. Still usually disappointed

I have been at 3 stores in 3 different states this was by far the best experience ever, Barrington Massachusetts the best next Orlando FL and San Juan Puerto Rico in that order.
