Highly recommend very surprised on the low cost of the items I bought. Two pairs of jeans two long sleeeved shirts and two king sized bed spreads for $160. I will be returning. Plenty of on sale items and friendlier staff than the Marshall's in Lenox.

There is an employee named Beth who is beyond rude and nasty to customers and fellow employees. Her lack of customer service and treatment of people makes me never want to shop there again.

Overall, a very decent store. Good selection, friendly staff, and very good prices. However, at checkout, I find it very bothersome how incessantly the cashier will harass you to sign up for whatever credit card/rewards program they promote. It happens so often that I wouldn't be surprised if the management is in some way or another forcing their workers to do this. I'll often run out of kind ways to say no thank you and resort to "mmm" and by the time I leave the store I'm a little bitter. Marshall's doesn't strike me as a very ethical company.

Terrible service, I bought shoes and they forgot to put it in my bag but yet they did scan and it’s on the receipt and I called there and they said that I didn’t buy them…very shady questionable place.Came back, the manager of the store was very professional and took care of everything professionally and timely as well as well as she was very apologetic, as the gentleman that made the original mistake. The coordinator that was on has less professionalism and customer service skills. She has 0 professionalism and customer service very rude…

I had a very inappropriate and discriminatory experience at this location yesterday. An older lady was working at the fitting rooms and told me to put all my items on the fitting room rack so that she can count them. While I was trying on clothes, I overheard the lady talking to another woman, who WAS NOT asked to put her clothes on the rack. I finished trying on the clothes and asked where to put them and she gave me attitude and told me to put them back on the rack so the she can recount to make sure that they were all there and continued to give me attitude when I told her that I found two of the items without hangers. I spoke to one of my colleagues about it. And not surprised the same thing happened to her around Christmas time. They should really reevaluate their business policy if they’re going to hire people like that at their company.

I love shopping at Marshalls. Their assortment of items is terrific and their buyers have great taste. Yesterday, I bought a small wicker stand for my bathroom to add to 2 wicker baskets from Marshalls. I use them to hold the things I use frequently, i.e. vitamins, cotton balls, Q tips, etc. The basket assortment looks great on the vanity and shelves. The prices are amazing....affordable.

Clean, well organized. Fairly quick checkout. Good variety of items from cooking, bedding, clothing and more. Like all Marshalls, sometimes the inventory is better than other times. Worth a visit just to look around...you never know what you might find.

Decent, average Marshall's, usual random items that couldn't sell in smaller stores and is heavily discounted. The employees are kind and some of them know where stuff is, like completely random products: "yeah, they're in that rack next to the Viking helmet made if cheese!" Baffles the mind...

Edit: Store manager called and apologized, and fixed the issue we were having. Definitely made the experience much better!Employees treat customers horribly, and my one and ONLY visit to this store was a huge disappointment! I would recommend avoiding this store at all cost and driving to the one in Lenox. They need to re-staff the entire store, or do a massive training on customer service.

Always find something interesting and funky here! Love going in to just look around. Prices are typical and store set up was also very typical of any Marshall's. Will return over and over, never know what you might find!

I just had the worst experience in this store because of someone named Laurie. In short, she was talking to my daughter about makeup, and suggested that without makeup she "honestly doesn't look good", and that she would look better with some "touch ups". Maybe to Laurie that was constructive criticism, but that's not how we operate in this household. I will be coming back to confront her. Good day.

A favorite for many seeking bargains, Marshals is one of my least favorite stores. I have gone in to buy socks twice without success. Frankly, I prefer not going in at all. The household items are of a quality and design that do not tempt me at all. Food items are strange except for the jelly beans.

I've never been in a better Marshall's. This store is organized beautifully and well kept. Sometimes Marshall's is disordered & messy, so it's stressful to go in, but this store is great. Way to go!
