Such great staff at this store! The woman who checked us out with so kind, sweet, and professional. Selection was varied and we were able to leave with two high end leather bags. You never know what you'll find here and it's worth a visit!

This used to be the best Goodwill. It’s really changed though; the floors are filthy on a regular basis. The clothes themselves are often dirty too, and the book section is really disorganized. Many of the books are stained with food or dirt/dust. It’s a shame

I just have to say this store is absolutely amazing! The manager is just wonderful! All the employees are so friendly & great to work with! Store is kept clean and organized!I worked here for few months and just loved it!

I came a few minutes before close which I get is poor planning on my part. But the old lady with short hair rudely came out and kicked everyone out unless you were actively checking out. I am not from the area and I was really excited to shop. That’s fine I won’t come back, I work in retail and I close often, I don’t kick people out right at closing time I let them finish shopping then leave. They don’t stay more than 5-10 minutes. The store was dirty anyhow as far as I could see. So maybe I wasn’t missing out.

This store is huge, clean and very organized. Shelves seem bare as the merchandise moves quickly. Name brand items at a fraction of the price. Easy to park and to navigate with a wheelchair in and out the store.

First time i went there and i got disappointed by one of the ladies who works there ( the blonde one with a French accent) . She changed the price of something I got and didn’t even politely say that was a mistake. When I asked her why she acted like that she just got her stuff and moved in the back without saying a word . That was really unreasonable!

The items they have are really really really nice, and the prices really low. But make sure you check all your stuff well before you buy it, I found some questionable substance on the sole of heels. That is the reason it gets 4 stars instead of 5.

We got a wedding gown for $6.99 and a tablecloth and napkins for $5.99. Otherwise, selection is limited. (No plus size section.) Staff are super friendly.

We are appalled to learn that Goodwill uses Steri-fab to spray the inside of their stores (including our location in Great Barrington). When you really do your research you find that this "safe and effective" chemical brew is extremely harmful to your health. Sadly, we will not shop at any Goodwill store again.

I’ve tried stopping in at this location multiple times but the selection is quite limited. Not much that seems to be recent in terms of clothing. Do not attempt to donate toys, they are not accepting most.

I went to drop off some items. I was immediately offered a receipt (to be used on my taxes). The worker was polite, friendly and seemed happy in his job.

Too pricey! Never seem to have the non-clothes items on sale and nothing is ever under $2... ridiculous! Some of those items were under $2 when they were new!
