This was a decent Dollar Tree. There was a frozen foods section and a good bit of school supplies. Store was decently clean. Friendly cashiers, but we had to wait in line for a few minutes. Paper bags, which was odd to see at Dollar Tree, but it must be a Massachusetts thing.

I got to the store at 8:35 and the doors were locked already. The time on the door and online said open until 9. If closing early it would be nice if you could put a note on the door. I've never had issues here until tonight.

A clean store, friendly, helpful employees. Tons of items available. Good place to go if you need a few items at a low price. Check out is usually fast, so you are in and out quickly.

It's a fairly standard Dollar Tree. Nothing particularly better or worse than any other Dollar Tree I've ever been too.

I just went there today at 3:45 pm on 8/7 and the cashier was very rude. I would recommend that she gets retrained when working with customers...otherwise the merchandise selection was good.

Yesterday..December 13. At Dollar Tree in Great Barrington... At around 12:30....Special Thanks to my Cashier ..a Tall thin light haired young man. I had given him what I thought was 10 one Dollar Bills in exchange for a Ten. He quickly said. "Mam...wait you gave me too much money. I had handed him the wrong money and it was ones.,tens..and fives. I thanked him for being so honest and he replied "no problem,,that really would have messed up my drawer" (l like the way he thinks) . I replied that some people would have put it in their pocket. And in all sincerity he said "Oh I am not that person" I wrote this on my Facebook Page. Many people wrote very positive comments.....and so far 31 likes.😀😀 Dollar Tree.....you can't Pay for this kind of advertisement.

Bring a bag as they charge .10 for a paper bag and the shelves are full, staff are friendly and the isles are not junked up as it is easy to maneuver with a carriage but I like to get a hand cart and when it's full is time for me to check out.
