A great little store for the most part - a bit overpriced, but not egregiously so. They have a good selection of dry goods, frozen dinners, produce, etc. and the staff are always quite friendly and helpful. They also host some great community events. It loses some points because it's not actually a co-op in the traditional sense - it's owned by anyone in the community who can pay enough to become an "owner," not by the employees. Also, the cafe and hot bar are ludicrously overpriced and chronically understaffed, and lately the hours have been unpredictable. From what I understand the "owners" have decided that the cafe should be run by one or two people max, leading to long wait times and poor service. The staff are fantastic, but these days I mostly stick to their great selection of premade foods in the cooler.

I have to share that I miss the old store. The service remains stellar and there are lots of new items, but I'm now missing items that I used regularly, and prices have gone up, which is difficult for a person on an elderly, locked income. Nevertheless, I keep coming back because I value our purpose. I do hope the very best for all of you.

The Co-op is the BEST! It's my neighborhood meeting place, and the daily prepared food is great! And on top of it, I can also buy healthy groceries--no negotiating super markets with their rows of plastic containers and impersonal checkout. Everyone has a smile.

Our hometown food shopping place. Excellent fresh organic produce, lots of good, healthy, packaged foods, nut milks, plant-based refrigerated and frozen foods, what’s not to like? And then there is the staff, friendly, hard-working, I feel like they’re my friends. I always look forward to going to the co-op, having a cup of coffee, and perhaps a scone or a cookie, I always see a friend or neighbor. So a fun place to hang out too.

It's great. Pricy, but great produce, meats, cheese, and dry goods. Nice wine/beer/cider selection too!

I love the Co-op and have been a daily shopper since it first moved to Bridge St. So, maybe it’s my familiarity that allows these criticisms. The hot bar and salad bar need big improvements. The salad bar is boring and repetitious, sometimes even lacking a suitable protein. The hot bar is what needs serious improvements. Vegetables that are too it hard to cut with the side of a fork, soups that are unappetizing and often way too salty.I know that you’re understaffed and appreciate how difficult finding good creative's help must be but perhaps some professional retraining of the current cooks would do the trick.Lastly, along with everyone else, the overuse of plastic containers for prepared foods has to change.Thank you for listening.

Great selection, super quality especially at the meat and fish counter, super helpful, friendly staff. Perfect alternative to large grocery stores with an emphasis on local products.

The food co-op has a great selection of healthy choices for the discerning palate. Store is clean and the meats and produce are of a very high quality. My only complaint is that the americanos sold at the coffee bar are weak by my standards and the requirement to pay for them first at the registers in the front of the store is very inefficient. Ample free parking.

Gotta love seeing an employee on the sidewalk paying ZERO attention to their dog running into the road as cars go by. Grade A pet ownership!!Hold the leash a little tighter or maybe don't stand on the very edge where the dog has room to get into the road. And to get mad that someone told you to get the dog out of the road? The entitlement is outstanding!!

Pretty cool little grocery store. Prices are a bit high (but it's a co-op so I'll look the other way on that). It's clean and has a varied selection for a store this size. Lots of interesting items. The only complaints are that there were more than a few empty shelves, though this is somewhat understandable as I went on a Sunday and this store has lots of local goods. Also, while most employees were very friendly and helpful, there was one that I felt was quite rude. He wasn't directly rude to me and as such I won't name names, but it certainly did impact my opinion of the store, especially considering he was one of the first employees I encountered.

I love the co-op! They have a great selection of foods and I love supporting their mission when I shop there. It can be a little pricey, but that is to be expected from a local food co-op. Just something to be aware of if you’ve never been or aren’t familiar with the concept. Their hot bar is great and they have vegan baked good (although those can be hit and miss). The folks who work there are super friendly and helpful. Definitely worth a trip if you’re looking for a great local grocer.

Great food, plus it's a CO-OP that gives back to many local organizations in the Berkshires. Lots of locally grown food, delicious sandwiches, as well as a juice and smoothie bar. Their website is also very helpful.

This place is perfectly curated and designated to help shoppers feel elevated. It is the place where wealthy white people go to feel good about shopping responsibly. Shoppers are buying a lifestyle but let's be honest it feels so good. Sadly it lacked diversity but had good pastries so it evens out I guess.

This place is fabulous! Very clean and the staff will always be friendly and courteous. The food is organic and healthy. Shall I say more? I had a family member that worked here, so I really got the enjoyment of the place. (Back in 2007) The area of this small restuarant is very beautiful to enjoy the scenery right outside, while enjoying a healthy meal. They have a parking area right outside, if I remember clearly. Than down alittle further is an amazing hiking trail. Love it!

For a baby guido's wannabe they do a nice job and are centrally located right in town. Their staff is helpful, their sandwiches are yummy. We supplement here as they carry products that others do not. If you have a large SUV, the spaces are tight.

Awesome independent source for amazing healthy grocerys. wow! the same great, healthy focus and passion for quality , ideas that started whole foods before they shifted gears and just became became an expensive gourmet food store (I shopped at bread and circus in my youth). Support individual small business this place is great.
