The Great Barrington Aubuchon has the most knowledgeable staff—despite being very busy, they will always take the time to answer questions and give advice.We recently did an online order with in-store pickup. It was ready promptly and we picked it up without a problem.

Google GPS sent me up the wrong road near Becket quarry leading me to get stuck in the mud. By the time I extricated myself, the car and headlights were encased with mud. I drove to the car wash next to Aubuchon hoping it would be a hand wash since my rooftop cargo box can’t handle a drive through. It wasn’t and it was late and I needed to make the long drive home. Although the Aubuchon manager had a long day, apparently a considerable stretch without any days off, and it was closing time, he allowed me to use their hose to get the car safely drivable. He didn’t need to do that and wouldn’t take any money for it. We both seemed to be having a bad day, but he still went the extra mile and saved my butt. I hope the right person will give him a big hug and acknowledge his efforts. If I lived closer I’d be a loyal customer. Thanks Tom!

Rude, lazy and worthless manager and staff. Called another Aubuchon and have reported incident! Will be escalating this to upper management within the company. Looks like my review is a common one in the Great Barrington store!

Wife and i stopped in to get some deck stain. The sales person was wonderful and was trying to provide good customer service dispite the fact that the manager was rude and disrespectiful to his employee, he could care less if we bought stain because we were an incovience to him. This dude dose not deserve a good worker like that. Hope he finds work else where.
