Just brought my big male German Shepherd to Kim’s. I was not certain that anyone could handle him without the “chill protocol” that the veterinarian requires… I was reluctant that they would be able to trim his nails. Well, they absolutely did! They did a wonderful job!! I can’t begin to tell you how relieved I am to have found this caring place. Thank you so very much!!

NOT POSTED ON THE WRONG BUSINESS.My dog, formerly with no fear towards groomers, came back shaking, exhausted and we can barely brush her without her trying to run away. We never had this problem before. She's 10 pounds and not violent at all, only scared. And just to find out from a friend, another persons dog's leg was broken around the same time we took her here at the same place.Edit: This wasn't posted on the wrong business. This is where I and my friend took my dog. Kim refused the day of that friends dogs leg had been broken saying it was fine despite it clearly being broken, just to reply to my comment saying they've never seen my dog when I didn't even say my dogs name. ???

Not many groomers bathe cats and this was my first time at Kim's. My ten-year-old boy, "Kitty" AKA Odin, has gained some weight and is finding it harder to clean himself after urinating. I was nervous about leaving Kitty as he only likes one person, me. I was expecting a phone call asking me to come back because the groomer found it too hard to groom him but, when I called after an hour Kitty already was bathed, had a sanitary cut and shampoo and was getting dried. I was happy to see Kim cleaned Kitty's ears and clipped his toenails too without my even asking! Kitty smelled great and although he is jet black I could even see a faint outline of stripes on his tail! Wow! This place is great! I will definitely be back with Kitty. Thank goodness there is a groomer who is apparently a Cat Whisperer. I'm very happy. Thank you Kim.

Overall was not satisfied with this place. Scheduled a groom for my golden retriever and came home looking like he didn’t even get his hair cut. Not so cheap either. He was gone for 4 hours and came home pretty anxious. Not sure what happens there but he didn’t want to sleep alone for two-three nights after. Only scheduled a visit because my original groomer was out of town. Will not have my dog groomed by them again.

Who lets a dog leave the groomer looking like this? Ruined my Pomeranians hair and puts the blame on me and my lack of direction. I was very specific before they cut her hair. They cut everything down to one length except her tail and half her head. Unbelievable! The hair on her head was cut diagonally! Save yourself the bad experience and avoid at all costs. I brought in my 8 month old double/triple pawed cat today for a first time nail trim. Home nail cutting has proven to be difficult and I’ve been worried that his extra nails will grow into his paw pads.I called around 9 and was able to snag a 10:30. The only thing I would mention is for any new clients I think it’s important to mention they only take cash or check on the phone. There’s a sign on the door but I just personally don’t ever have cash and I don’t carry my checks around. But I know now so no big deal. Thanks ladies!

Kim is great we had our rescue cat groomed for the first time with a lions cut I was more nervous then Whiskey she was amazing Thank you so much she loves it.

We brought our 2 labs in to be groomed. They looked absolutely marvelous. Kim and her employees are caring, knowledgeable, patient, and do a fabulous job. Highly recommend them.

I have an elderly Himalayan cat who has been having trouble with her back legs and can be very moody. After having some difficulty getting her in to other groomers, I was able to get her into Kim's. They did a very nice job getting the extra "quarantine" knots out of her by giving her a nicely done lion cut. Some others have cut the fur a little too short, especially when knotty, and nicked the skin. However, that wasn't the case here. She wasn't able to give her a bath, but that was mostly due to my moody girl not having it. I was just grateful she was able to shave her!

This was my first time getting a cat groomed. Miley had lots of knots in her fur and we tried everything to get them out. Kim's took great care of Miley. She is even more wild now then she was. She also looks so cute with her lion cut! I even wanted to make sure she still has her beautiful fluffy tail and that's exactly what she came home with! Thank you for making her feel better ❤️

I brought my cat Charlie to get groomed and she did a wonderful job. He was a big furball before I brought him and she gave him a nice trim. Great place. They are so loving and caring towards their pet clients. I'm sure I'll be back again.

I didn't know getting a cat groomed was a thing you could do. Obviously I'm new to taking care of cats. My cat sometimes has trouble cleaning up all the places. I have wipes that she hates, so I took her to get a sanitary cleaning and a cut. She looks fantastic and you can tell by her personality she feels better. Spa day is good to her and everybody here at Kim's is great to us!

I brought my 2 cats to Kim's. Both needed nail trims and my 16 year old now gets frequently matted fur so she needed a lion cut. I was impressed with the expertise always appreciate a groomer who can handle cats. The Saturday appointment was also helpful to me.

The groomer was attentive, helpful, and asked for how I would like my dogs hair to be cut and made sure we were on the same page. I went in with a matted pup and they took great care of her. The whole grooming only took about 2-3 hours and my dog came out beautifully. She is no longer matted, smells beautiful, her nails were trimmed correctly, and her teeth were brushed nicely. They even gave us a free bandana which is always a nice touch. I will definitely be returning after this job well done!

I was apprehensive about bringing my cat Bear in to be groomed but I am so glad I did. His fur wa quite matted and he desperately needed a haircut and Kim's did a fantastic job. They had to shave him and he looks so regal now. They are wonderful here and I will highly recommend them. He's a shy, sweet boy and they handled him with kid gloves. If I could give more stars I would. Thank you guys for taking such good care of him. You guys are absolutely the best.

I got my cat shaved here and was scared she would be hard to handle but the two women who worked on her were very fast and not even a hiss from my cat! Very nice prices too compared to other cat groomers I looked at; Definitely will come here again.

I fell in love with this grooming spot. Went in for an overdue nail clipping for my yorkie. Just as sweet as can be and Lucy is a very anxious girl, it went very well. She will be going back in a few weeks for the complete grooming!!😀

We have been taking our 2 two yorkies to Kim's for at least a year now and it is always a pleasant experience. They are very good with the pups, do an excellent job cutting, the conditions of the store is always nice and clean (not smelly). I also love how they put the cute bandanas on the dog's necks when we pick them up.
