Purchased an item, got home, was damaged. Took it back for a refund, was charged AGAIN for the return, meaning charged twice, refunded once. Waiting to go back to get the real refund. Will see how it goes. May change rating. May not in that the manager seemed irritated I was refunded. This tells me she didnt know ehat she was doing...obviously.
