Went inside the pharmacy to pick up rx after getting covid because I also needed to get some over the counter medications. The pharmacy tech that help me was incredibly rude about the fact that I didn't use the drive through despite the fact I was double masked and the most up to date cdc guidance allows it. I would've been fine to get my rx through the drive through if I knew it was the expectation even though there was no indication that it was. I heard her continue to rant about me to coworkers as i left, loud enough i could here her aisles away as i gathered my other needed medication. Incredibly rude older women who has soured me from returning to this or Any CVS.

CVS doesn't care about you, their customers!!Why are there SO MANY 1 star reviews.And they don't do anything, because they don't care about their customers.....Customer service hit rock bottom when you moved the RUDE CREW from Belchertown down to Granby!The RUDE CREW is why I left Belchertown!And now I will be leaving CVS and moving my prescription and business to Walgreens.POOR MANAGEMENT and MANAGERS at your local CVS!

Scheduled a COVID and flu test due to exposure and experiencing symptoms. I wanted to have a test ASAP in order to receive Paxlovid, as I’m high risk, and I trust CVS because of consistent positive experiences with my local branch. This was the closest CVS with availability, however. Although I received multiple confirmation texts and emails, even including a Google maps link and a YouTube instruction video, I was informed when I arrived that they “aren’t doing those today” and that they must have “tried to call” me. I did not receive any such call, so while feeling ill, I have now driven an hour round trip needlessly. I don’t know if CVS is running a skeleton crew to save money so a single absent employee throws everything off, but the pharmacy and minute clinic are dealing with sick people. When things fall through the cracks, it has an impact.Update: I later discovered that my original appointment was not even canceled, causing further issues for me when I managed to reschedule later that day at a different branch, because CVS does not allow two COVID tests in the same day. I would think that someone attempting to contact me implied that they canceled my appointment, but I find it more likely that every appointment simply showed up that day to be turned away and then unable to reschedule. The dismissiveness, rudeness, untruthfulness, and incompetence were extremely frustrating and ended up taking 4 hours out of my day in total traveling all over trying to get tested when I was sick and exhausted.

This has got to be the worst CVS that I’ve ever had to deal with. This is my second time having a bad customer experience which is why I’m finally reviewing this horrible location. BLM 🤔 The first time they had to do with UPS management and customer reps have no clue how to speak to customers. Very rude manager refused to answer my questions because I wanted large bills on this time around when I use money gram. Very snooty and have an attitude like they should not be working in retail.

store and pharmacy is great. However, the pharmacist are overwhelmed. Always calling for staff to assist at the pharmacy....many times throughout the day. One issue i experienced is the CVS fax machine has been down from Tuesday Dec. 5 till current. This has hindered an important scrip that i needed last week and never received it until my Doc sent it to CVS in Fairview. Think about it, A week for a fax machine to be down is absurd.

Love the pharmacists. They're extremely helpful.The pharmacy and store employees are great. They're always helpful and polite.I don't understand people who give bad reviews because the store was too busy when they were there. It happens.

Pharmacy opens too late in the morning for using before work or school, and closes too early on some days. Never open when our busy family needs it to be open The pharmacists do not seem well trained on their own computer systems, as we have consistently had frustrating experiences filling and paying for subscriptions here. The store is a typical cvs otherwise.

My wife had a reaction to the Flu shot, everyone in the Pharmacy was very helpful.The gave her a bottle of water and call EMS.She was feeling better and I took her home.This happened last year @ Oct 2017.I was on the web site thought I should mention it.Kevin Mahoney

My favorite CVS around. I will drive out of my way to come to this one. The people that work here are always friendly, and they have a huge beauty selection here. Store is always clean too, keep up the great work.

Waited in hold for over 20 minutes during which time I was hung up on. Prescription ordered on a Tuesday, was unavailable and told it would come in the next day. Called the next day and told it would be there in the afternoon and would receive a call when it was in. Now it's Saturday, I've had no call and can not reach anyone. The medicine is for my 1 year old.
