I have been going to Petco for my dog's grooming for a few years now and I couldn't be any happier! The store and grooming section are always clean and inviting. My dog loves seeing Jacquie and knows just where she's going when we walk in. Jacquie expertise in grooming is above all the best that we have had! Jacquie is professional and I value her knowledge and suggestions. I have left messages for booking whenever the staff is busy and Sabrina always calls me back in a timely manner! That also is quite helpful. Petco corporation and Gloucester are very fortunate to have such a wonderful person working for them, Thank you Jacquie! Thank you Sabrina!

We've had our dog groomed once at Petco, and we would've loved to have brought him back again, but after the groomer has cancelled on our appointment for the FOURTH time, without even a courtesy call, it's time to move on from this non-professional, third rate operation in Gloucester. Don't waste your time coming here, they don't care.
