We celebrated our daughters birthday party with 7 small friends of hers at Hatters Tea Shop, the atmosphere was great and the hostess (Rita) was quite nice. The spread for the small party was good (Pastries and Tea or Lemonade) and the hired Alice entertainer was great and fitting of the atmosphere. The only reason for the 3 star review is because of the invoice. I had asked in advance for a quote and was given a much higher price when it came time to pay. The suggested gratuity was 20% of the entire bill (which included the outsourced costume entertainers entire fee plus their gratuity) along with the extra ‘birthday’ fee of $5 per child. When we pointed out the difference the owner (who was our hostess) corrected the bill but was reluctant to do so. Again it was a nice spot to celebrate but just check your bill before you leave.

Hatters tea shoppe has a relaxing and calm atmosphere along with a very welcoming vibe. I ordered the hot chocolate and my partner got a small hot coffee, both were very delicious. We both were in love with the atmosphere and the Alice in Wounderland theme of the shop.If your in Georgetown,ma I Highly recommend to stop by Hatters tea shoppe. Will definitely come back again.

Really nice small town coffee and tea shop in the middle of Georgetown MA. If you don't look carefully you may miss it as it is tucked away in a block of shops next to Salem Five Bank. I popped in for an afternoon coffee (right before closing) and the coffee was still fresh and hot. Barista didn't have enough for a large so charged me for a medium but offered to make a fresh carafe (a nice gesture). If in the area stop in and support this small business with an eclectic flair.

Eclectic little 'Alice and Wonderland' themed tea shop hidden in downtown Georgetown, and attached to a cute vintage shop. I was pleasantly surprised to find that not only were there several standard tea and coffee selections to choose from, but there were also boba and popping bubble options to add as well. The staff was friendly and enthusiastic. There is a nice collection of books to read. And according to management, there are options available for high tea, events, and parties. Don't know what to order? The salted caramel mocha chai latte and the orange hibiscus tea with coconut and popping bubbles are both on point! If you're in the mood to add some sweets, I suggest the raspberry pinwheel, lemon rose cookie, or any of the rotating gelatos.

Was spending the day with my bestfriend and she suggested going to this tea shoppe by her house. She kept telling me how much I would love this place. I really didn’t know what to expect since my taste is kind of eclectic. However, she did not disappoint! The moment I entered I didn’t even know where to begin looking because it was all so beautiful! It was so COZY! Every little nook of the place was filled with beautiful treasures! The water fountain sounded so relaxing and I can’t even explain the coziness of the furniture that is there. I carefully, read the menu and selected the “Thai tea latte” I will never be able to go to Dunkin Donuts again. It’s was honestly the best thing that I have tasted in YEARS! If you do decide to go, 100000000000% try this drink! If I didn’t have to run errands after leaving there, I would have definitely purchased the gelato to bring home. I also purchased two bathtub teabags which I can’t wait to try out tonight! And a very reasonably priced smudge stick. Now let’s get to the owner, I will admit upfront that I am not a people person and my anxiety makes me avoid small talk at all costs. She was so friendly and warm. That I couldn’t help but talk to her. When we left, my friend said “Who tf are you? You never talk to anyone”. That is exactly why I am writing this review. This place is AMAZING! The only bad thing is that I live 45 minutes from there! I wish I order a gallon of that Thai tea latte so I could drink it every morning 😩 Honestly though, I can’t wait to go back and try some of her other specialties!

We had a girl’s coffee date here, and absolutely loved it! The shoppe itself is so adorable, whimsical, fun, and cozy. The coffee and muffins were delicious. Staff were beyond friendly, knowledgeable, and sweet. This is my new favorite coffee place, easily.

This place is already becoming a regular for me. Friendly conversations every time, both with the awesome staff and other customers. It's so cute in there! Things are extremely reasonably priced (and extremely yummy!) and they have a high standard for quality of ingredients as well as a genuine care for sensitivities so I would feel very comfortable bringing my mother or roommate, who share an array of sensitivities from artificial sweeteners to lactose. Once the woman at the counter even altered a drink to be more accommodating for my GERD If you ever want a good atmosphere to hang out with friends I can't recommend the place enough. Plus it's also attached to a really cool thrift store!

Great local spot with a laid back welcoming vibe. Very cute spot with a thift store attached. I enjoyed my chai tea latte with oat milk tremendously. And I would rather give my six dollars to a nice local family run business then to Starbucks.

Great unique little spot for iced coffee and many other drinks as well as great pastries and Gelato. My fav is my daily honey iced coffee. Pricing is super reasonable and there's a really cool preloved womens clothing store attached which I love as well. Great spot to frequent and there's ALWAYS parking right outside and cute little tables and chairs outdoors as well which is great if unique have kids like me! 👍🏽 😊

Terrific aesthetic, great tea, lactose and gluten free options for cookies (try the lemon ones their soooooo good) and the nitro cold brew was really good to! Alot on nitros are bitter but theirs was very smooth.The staff was friendly knowledgeableand accommodating for food alergies! I will be coming again, cant wait to become a regular.

Stopped in for a quick drink. Really cool vibe inside. Drink was good and the staff were really nice.Definitely going to stop in another time to look at everything. There are so many interesting things for sale, and curiosities to just look at.

Adorable shop filled with whimsy and imagination. Delicious teas and pastries with an extremely friendly and accommodating staff. Also sells beautiful tea cups, gourmet candy, gelato, and yummy gourmet coffee. Highly recommend!
