The people working in the pharmacy are SO overworked and understaffed and still manage to be friendly and helpful despite the fact that they are clearly drowning and dealing with frustrated customers on a daily basis. They work super hard and always help my family and I whenever we need a RX or have Qs.

The worst run pharmacy. There is no sign on drive thru telling customer's that they need to walk in. I waited 15 minutes here before I decided to walk in. Walked in and there were 15 people waiting in line. They had one register person while 4 other CVS personnel are talking or putting meds away that come in bins, all while they have 15 people waiting!! They could open one more register to help with the long line. It's called basic customer service 101. Never ever again.

After spending most of the night at the AJH ER with my sick husband, I drive all over the county to find a CVS with a pharmacy that opens before 11 am. I’m sitting here in Georgetown, waiting for 3 rx to be filled and listening to the 2 techs complaining about a prescription of another patient that shouldn’t be on a auto fill and how they “hope the insurance denies it.” What horrible people, to hope a person is denied their medication!

This pharmacy has been a lifesaver many times over. The pharmacist goes above and beyond. I had an issue with a hospital not calling in my medication and she stayed late to fill it. Seth is always really helpful & advocates for patients. He also remembers you, more like a small town pharmacy. There are long wait times sometimes and they do have to close early sometimes due to staffing but that is a corporate issue and not their fault.

Very appreciative of this CVS. Pharmacy staff is always helpful and pleasant. Needed antibiotics called in very last minute, I made it two minutes before they closed. Staff was still so welcoming, helpful and the pharmacist still took the time to make sure I understood the medication.

Pharmacy staff helped me find the best price for my medication. Even during an extremely busy day, Seth went the extra mile to check 6 different discount cards to find the best deal for me. Really appreciated his positive and friendly attitude.

I honestly vow never to use this pharmacy again. On multiple occasions I have gone to CVS Georgetown and received horrible customer service. Usually, it's just a long wait but more than once I have gone there and the staff has been bitchy, I'm not acknowledged and multitasking is absolutely unheard of. Is it so hard to just acknowledge people in line and tell them you will be with them soon or if not, provide them with a solution? I never write reviews but today was the last straw. I was waiting behind a women and there was a glitch in the computer (not anyone's fault). However, not once did anyone say, "Thank you for waiting," or "I'm sorry, we're having technical difficulties, I will be with you as soon as I can," or "Hey, you can go through the drive through, it's will be faster." I noticed the drive through line moving fast but had never used it before so I asked if it would be faster (I was unsure if was a special app that I had to order my prescription through like Curbside pickup). The response I got was, "It doesn't matter." So I went to the drive through, drove right up (was faster) but then got a rude response from the person working the drive through window. I was then told me my prescription was no longer being covered by my insurance and would be $69. Since it's $20 over the counter I said no thank you. However, given the amount of texts and phone calls I get for my one prescription, you would think they might have notified me that my insurance was no longer covering it. This would have left me not even having to go down there in the first place! That being said, that part wasn't really my issue. Having worked in customer service for over 20 years I find the service here absolutely appalling. Please someone get the staff some training. It's really unacceptable.

Worst CVS I have EVER dealt with in my LIFE. The general staff are too incompetent to do their job, miserably failing at doing money orders DO NOT EVER TRY AND GET OR SEND MONEY FROM GEORGETOWN CVS. Then their pharmaceutical staff are just as uneducated and ignorent as the general staff. When getting my non narcotic medications they have my script ready within 15 minuets, however when I fill my one narcotic medication there, they take HOURS to give it to me. I do not abuse my medication, I have no signs of abuse, and if they educated themselves on mental illnesses I KNOW THEY WOULD NOT ACT IN SUCH A TASTELESS PETTY WAY. Over all, Georgetown staff are all incompetent, useless and worthless. I have had better service dealing with people who didn't speak English working as cashiers, among other possitions. Be careful if you deal with them.

I do not use CVS because Rite Aid is 100% cheaper and competent.They called my phone, left a voicemail stating they had a prescription ready for me. I returned the call, gave my name & birthday and they hung up on me. I called back, they put me on hold, then hung up on me. The RUDEST Pharmacist and Pharmacy in the North east. I would also put the at number one for incompetence! I hope they all get treated as they have treated others.Go ANYWHERE but HERE!!!

This is my Pharmacy. I go there for all my needs and shopping from vitamins to cards, to toothpaste. All Service Personnel are great, always very helpful. My family depends on CVS to have their prescriptions fast, either by drive up or at the counter. The service is great all around.

I had an appointment 4 a Covid.Vaccine-&was basically passed over &lied 2 by the Pharmicst who took another person ahead of me,whom I had given my seat 2 as we waited 25mn-the Pharmicst(who had just.had.an.incident.w.another person over lack of documemtation 4 their Covid shot),I can only guess thought I was trying2 skip the line-said No I couldn't get a shot Until he "personally checked me in- keep mind-.I was watching no other person was checked in "personally"-by this pharmicst="Andy",..needless.2.say ..I have ni shot-due 2 his ineptness&attitude=THANX OnAndy the high&mighty!!!---=RIDICULOUS

pharmacists here are awful. not knowledgeable or quick.... except one guy who's good. ive really only had bad experiences with the younger women here. if you dont have customer service skills, dont work customer service.
