We love shopping our local Walmart... not too pleased to be asked for our receipt while we are making our way out. I'm not going to dig through my wallet to find where I stuffed my receipt, it's not going to happen. If you want to ensure I paid for all my items(which I do, every time, I'm not a theif) than they should hire someone to scan my items for me!!

Was never a huge walmart fan, but since moving here and visiting this location, my mind has changed. The customer service is always great, everyone is so nice. The store always looms clean and well stocked. Employees seem genuinely happy. Customers seem genuinely happy, too. I enjoy shopping here multiple times a week.

We had an appt for new tires to be put on, they took us right on time and had it done quickly as well. Staff was friendly, the store itself is very nice, clean and large. It's worth the drive there !

The store itself is fine. The grocery pick up sucks. They’re so slow and barely answer the phone. I usually wait for 20 mins for them to bring out my bags.

They have trouble keeping items in stock. I used to like pick up but now it's a 20 to 30 min wait for them to bring your groceries. Not enough employees for pick up anymore. Only one or two. I could have been inside shopped and gotten out faster than pick up.

Very nice staff. No cell coverage inside, which was odd as it comes back outside.. AT&T. Good grocery department. Like most Walmarts.. expect little help but crew huddled gossiping (yea, they were loud)..

One star for the fact that this location is well stocked and carry items that bigger stores do not.Zero stars for customer service.Racist employee decided to command me to fix a problem with a faulty item. I had returned a defective item three times. The last time I was told to call the manufacturer in order to get a solution for the problem. When I asked to see the manager I was told that there was no other manager to speak to. Even though the manager has a different name to the racist employee flexing in her/his privilege. This all ended with the employee using racist slurs. I reported the incident and nothing was done. For over six months I made calls to customer service and also sent emails. This was met with more unprofessional behaviors. This location condones and promotes racism.I wish that customers with similar experiences would avoid shopping at Walmart altogether instead of going to another branch. I do not patronize corporations that rewards racist employees.

What’s up with this place? Shelves all empty, grumpy employees?Also, when I was at self checkout. The attendant practically arrested me because I left a case of water on the bottom of my cart. I wasn’t even done scanning and probably would have noticed.And then when I’m making my way out the attendant at the door asks to see my receiptI said whyHe said because of the water on the bottom of the cartGood grief

Always an issue with pick up orders items missing, tried to call the store and was hung up on multiple times which unnecessarily escalated the situation. Complete incompetence with zero accountability. I will go literally anywhere else besides this location going forward.

Employees are awesome! 5/5 stars, but the manager having them check receipts on our way out should rethink that method. It is ghetto as hell and extremely uncomfortable. That practice needs to stop immediately. No other self checkout in this area has this weird distrustful habit.

Our go-to store for everything from apples to underwear (and then some). Store is clean; shelves are generally well stocked. Produce usually good quality; Deli has good variety of meats, cheeses, quick-grab items. App is handy for in-your-hand, middle-of-the-aisle, price checks, as well as looking up which aisle an item is located in. Several self-checkout registers, but we use the lines with cashiers.

They change the dates on their bakery items to save on waste. Absolutely unacceptable to do something like that. I showed the bakery worker and she shrugged and said I wonder who did that. Like, what?

Why cant they have the dairy case full of milk always empty and you have to find a manager to get your product also weekends delivery plus on the weekends are very poor service

Apple pies at the bakery here were not “family sized”. My husband says maybe big enough for two people. Frozen pies were a disappointment as well , no Apple except a sugar free option, & he wasn’t having that on thanksgiving. Someone in charge of stocking pie was slacking, 4 days before thanksgiving and couldn’t buy an apple pie here. Ended up going to price chopper & getting Marie Callendar’s frozen Dutch apple pie… since their bakery options were also pretty small.

The employees working in the goods delivery area are very slow, it seems to me that they are taking hard drugs or something similar because they behave inappropriately.

This Walmart has everything I need. It's well organized and clean. However, pay in cash. My debit card was skimmed. I called to report this; they were polite but I could tell they didn't really care.

Went to the auto center in this location to change 4 tires. Service was finished by the given time. Apart from the tires they charged $80 total for changing the 4 tires. Good costumer service.

I have had several bad experiences with this particular store. I've had to call corporate once, which resulted in a very weak attempt of management to "resolve the situation." Recently I filled out one of the surveys I got thru email. That particular shopping trip was just as bad as normal. I guess my survey made it up pretty high because once again, management called me while I was at work. They left a message explaining why they had called. I actually went into Walmart an hour after the message was left. I went to customer service and asked to talk to the manager in question. They were paged. I was at customer service for 10 minutes and they did not come. I know who this person is and I did not see them during my entire time in the store. It got 2 stars because it usually has what I need. But if there were any other Walmart in my area that is reasonable to get to, I would definitely bring my business there.

Used the bathroom and there was not toilet paper im not about drip drying. I had to wait till someone came it to ask for a piece of toilet paper. When I reported it to the courtesy desk she was giggling watching videos. She said yeah both bathrooms lights are on but we don't have maintenance well put the bathroom out of order or throw a roll of toilet paper in it. The guy at least said he would check it out so thank you to him

I have to be honest, I avoid shopping here when I don't absolutely need to, as it is out of my way. But when I do need to use their services, I am never disappointed. A huge range of products and services at a variety of price points, all typically very affordable. The employees are for the most part friendly and helpful.

I want to give Brian(Bryan?) who loaded my groceries an A+, 5 star review. He is a good egg. Most people load my groceries like wild beasts. Brian put them in my trunk gentle like I put down my 1 year old for a nap. He placed them perfectly in the trunk so they could not slide while I drove. I started to take corners sharper to try to jostle an item loose. I had no luck. Please give him a gold star and a crisp high 5. I repeat he is a good egg. I hope he moves on to bigger and better things than walmart.
