Scheduled an appointment online with them, the other day, which was very easy. When arriving today, the woman at the pharmacy I spoke with was polite and professional, after answering my questions she had me go behind the little area sectioned off with the white screen divider, to wait for her to give me my shot. A few minutes later she arrived to administer the shot, which she did quickly and painlessly, Then I browsed around the store to see what interesting items they had.

Do not use this pharmacy if you ever want to get a prescription within hours. Every time I go here the expedite it tell me 15 minutes. I wait over an hour just from the tell me it's going to be 2 hours longer

The cost of one prescription was high so I asked Karen if they knew of lower costs of the prescription in our area? I had gotten that service in the State of Georgia recently. Karen said “ we do not have time for that. We do 20,000 prescriptions a day here” .

Since switching from another pharmacy I found two things one they dont have my daughters medications when she needs them and had to switch antibotics once already because of the inability to purchase it. The second is when you put in a refill request on the app and get a text that its ready its never ready. Also a 20 min hold time to get to the pharmacy is ridiculous.

Got lost in their deplorable phone system and rang thru to providers line accidently, the 1st thing pharmacist rudely told me was I was calling on the providers line. Awful, awful with nonexistent customer service skills. That short older pharmacy tech with the light frosted hair needs to be fired. Way to big for her britches. Go next door to Walgreens like I'm doing. Had to take expired rx for more than a week with pharmacy well aware of it. They didn't have the right dosage, so instead of working with me to fill a lesser dose so I could cut the pill in half and still get the right daily dosage; nasty female pharmacist tells me I have to contact my doctor she couldn't help me.

The two ladies that referred to themselves as the front and supervisors really need to be taught some customer relations! As my wife and I were sitting there waiting for five minutes and then finally reached over and rang the bell The young lady comes forward and says you only need to ring the bell once , sorry we rang it twice ! As the two young ladies were sitting in the aisle talking about how they run their extra care card instead of the company extra care card to get free points, ignoring the customers in the front waiting for service to clear off the bell from the self check out ! Then when you acknowledge that they should not be talking to the customers like that they vigorously defend themselves and tell you it’s time to leave the store. I have six children and spend over $1000 a month , maybe it’s time to do some Training

Walked inside the store to be unpleasantly greeted by a Madonna wanna be (lay off the eyeshadow) not 1980”s ! She was extremely high strung and rude. Tell her to lay off the pills ! She needs a reeducation on how to treat customers with respect. Don’t rush my copay or my experience there . I don’t care how busy you are! I treat all my patients with kindness and respect. You need to hire new people for prescription p/u inside.

This CVS is open 24/7, which is very convenient. They also have a drive through at the pharmacy. The best time to pick up at the drive thru is during the day, from about 8 am till about 3 pm. When people start getting out of work. I find going in to be easier to get my prescription, because the drive thru line is long. The staff is sometimes rude. The pharmacy staff is nice, though! Remember to wear your mask! it's crowded in there.

After spending all day in a doctor's office and being extremely sick, I went to the CVS in Gardner. Horrible experience. Short older woman, extremely rude. She was talking so quickly that I didn't hear her say that it would be a 15 minute wait for my prescription. So I had thought she was going to grab it... after a few minutes she opens the window and calls me by my first name and says , "Kalli you can't wait here it's going to be 15 minutes, you need to move, you can't wait here". There was no other cars behind me. If she would've asked me to politely move I would've had no issue. She snapped at me and I dont appreciate that as I work in customer service. I'm not happy and I hope she doesn't treat other sick customers like that , even though there's 5 other reviews on here saying , "the short old woman is rude." When I return to pickup my prescription I will be asking for a supervisor.

This cvs is horrid! The front end is ok but the pharmacist an pharmacy staff are extremely rude! I believe they discriminated against me due to my substance abuse history. I'm in recovery an I'm trying to stay clean. I've been clean now for many years an needed my medication to help me cope. I really feel they judged me based on the meds I am legally prescribed an recently refused to fill a completely valid prescription! Also would not give me an explanation. And treated me as if I was lower than them. I will never return to the CVS if any CVS at all because of this experience!

Asked for Cvs.com price match and was met with attitude. I asked for a manager. She also would not honor CVS online price and gave me an attitude. Extremely disappointed with service provided. Who doesn't honor there own online prices? I will be bringing my business to Walgreens now.

9 times out of 10 there is a complication with the prescription. Either they "didn't get it" they can't find it, there's questions, it's not ready etc etc...one night I spent more time trying to pick up an Rx here then I actually spent in the ER. This place is awful. Don't go here. If I could give no stars I would.

If I could give negative stars CVS Store 2098 314 Main Street Gardner MA would get -1,000 for their pharmacy chaos - rude, aggressively obnoxious pharm techs and Pharm Micheala and Steven are openly mocking customers, especially the older folks and those with disabilities. CEO LYNCH WHERE ARE YOU oh yeah, playing God with women's reproductive rights;

I go to CVS regularly. This afternoon I went in and dropped of a prescription around 640pm. They told me it would take about ONE hour. THREE hours later, I returned to pick up my prescription and they told me they couldn't find it. After calling my doctor who wouldnt re prescribe me this med, I am still without this medication and CVS has nothing to say except they're sorry. I will now have to go the full weekend without this prescription until someone can see me again to get a new prescription. This is RIDICULOUS and my personal information is on that script. I would NOT recommend this CVS.

I fill all of my family's prescriptions here. Sam the Pharmacist is extremely helpful. She provided excellent customer service to assist me with an issue with a high copay, and how to lower it. I reccomend them to anyone.

Been going here a long while. Staff at both pharmacy and front registers are consistently polite and competent. Store is not as large as the Rite-Aid nearby, but here both pharmacy and store are open 24 hours.

Time for customer service training, manager tells me to go look in the back of the store for an item I asked if they carry , No idea and too busy complaining to the two other workers standing there about messes at the register area. Nice!!

Small aisles make navigation of the store kind of hard, and the lighting is poor in spots. Better have a rewards card cuz every thing costs an arm and a leg.

Very descent prices for a small store have things that you wouldn't think would be there which makes this place one stop shop when grab medical supplies there is milk ..water...little but food just for quick something if in hurry and toys..to make up to. Presents to house hold items ....you would be surprised at what you would find there go n see
