Things aren't like they used to be, very clean store and helpful staff. Price is what you would expect but selection of things are lacking. Hit and miss on cool stuff to buy.

Great selection with the Halloween and Christmas merchandise taking over what was left of back to school.Found some great vintage look movie theme tee shirts at excellent prices. Soft soap the best price around. Awesome flashlight too.Helpful staff and a Veteran discount made the visit complete!I will have to spend more time browsing next time.

This place is a nice place to shop around when your waiting for you movie to start next door. It has some nice items to check out especially furniture in the back and several different sections of items. Definitely worth going inside to see what they offer.

Very nice store fairly good size with a good selection of products. A workers willing to help you find the items your looking for. With all big lots they good product at a price that won't kill your wallet. If you live around the area stop in and see for yourself.

Dan is fantastic. I have never had as much information about programs offered before. Presentation of articles and furniture ideas was great. We went in for a bed frame and came out with other items for the bedroom.I am definitely going back to big lots and see Dan's pleasant smile and helpful attitude.

I went in to check out the movies they had on sale, and ended up looking at mattresses. They didn't have what I was looking for, but that didn't stop the manager Pam from trying to find it for me. Unfortunately they are discontinuing the mattress I liked so she couldn't find one, but she tried real hard. I ended up getting a store card and found some of the things I can't find anywhere else. They do have some of those hard to find items.

Just got home from buying a 6 pack of diet Pepsi and they're all flat. Checked the expiration date and it's Feb 6, 2023, guess that was an estimate.

Usually very good customer service and things are a bit cheaper than department stores. Tonight I tried to go in to the store as it was nearly to closing I needed one thing and knew exactly where to get it I would have been in and out in 2 minutes...I walked in at 8:57 and they were nearly out the store closing the store! If you are supposed to be open till 9 you take anyone until that time hits. I was really annoyed

Have been waiting over 6 weeks for a piece that is missing on our hard cover gazebo . We have it up . When we had put it together on the 2 nd day noticed pieces missing. They keep telling us piece on its way here's tracking order number. Still hasn't been sent. It gonna be 90 degrees today and no shade. It 'll be winter be they send us anything. Better business bureau here we come. I've never had a mess like this from them before. We usually send good money there and buy lots of big money items. Needs to be made right!!

I agree with you Drew ! I myself have dark skin and I too were followed by a lead team member. I felt humiliated as well . I'm new to the area and she made me feel so unwelcomed. I rather spend my hard earned money else where !

Same store different check out lines seems a little more pricey for household items ect. But friendly staff clean store
