Best Aubuchons hands down. Real friendly staff. Always quick to ask you if you need help and will always try and answer your questions. I love looking through their miscellaneous drawers of nuts and bolts which always have odds and ends you wouldn’t think they have like sliding door hardware or pins to specialty items.

The first order discount was a great motivator to give this shopping experience a try. I ordered a couple of items, they items were correctly selected and quickly the order was completed. I received a text indication order was ready for pickup. pulled up to the store and sent the link acknowledging I was out front. The clerk was quick to deliver the items to the vehicle, was pleasant and had stated thanks for shopping. If you are busy and can't find time I'm sure this is a great convenience. Myself personally will not be using as I prefer to go in and select as well as find other items I want to purchase.

"Rockstar Award!" I needed specialty hardware and was greeted, asked for needs, brought to and helped in getting items, and carrying to register. You don't get this service at "big box" stores. We are so fortunate here to have the "Mom and Pop" hardware stores. The Staff here are all great! Thank them when your there!

My only complaint is that I had to drive 40 minutes away to pickup the saw I ordered, it was the only store in my area that had it in stock. Other than that it was a painless transaction and the price was quite a bit lower than the big box stores.Edit- I saw that someone else in the reviews mentioned the smell in the Gardner store and I wanted to come back and edit my review to agree with that person. The smell is definitely strong and makes you not want to be in the store any longer than necessary.

Great store! I've been going there since I was a child with my mom when Aubuchon was located downtown Gardner. We have purchased our Christmas decorations 🎄 and everything else we needed there. I'm glad they are still going strong 💪. Very loyal customer, BT

i bought a sump pump when the freezing rain hit on 2/4/22 and it just starred to not work they said return to manufacture for warranty . I called the manufacture and they said need recept and and an RGA # I am going to give you and go to Aubuchon and swap out. I have been looking for recept 2 days cant find. I got home it stopped working today completely. I went to Aubuchon to see if they could look up recept they sure could however it couldnt be printed but they did my exchange. Thank you Gardner Store for your excellent Customer Service you saved me from a flood. Thank you truly I appreciated it, this was a team effort with the employees eveyone played a part .

The experience was fine. I find the prices to be much higher that the other stores in the area. Not a big deal foo things the screws. there is also a weird smell makes me want to get in and out quick. Maybe it's the cat.

She put the order in the trunk and just left didn’t give me the receipt or acknowledge I was even there. She shouldn’t be doing deliveries.I should get an acknowledgment I’m there at the very least.

Organized,clean store with a lot of inventory. Staff was easy to deal with and polite. I was able to pick up deck rail planters that will fit my rails. I have been looking for rail boxes for my deck for years and were never able to find ones that fit plus these planter boxes are well made/high quality. There more expensive than a big box store,but higher quality you get what you pay for. I was very impressed with the store.

Basically everything you need for small projects and quick repairs, without the endless walking of warehouse isles and hunting forever for help. While not the absolute bottom price of a big box store, I have found them to be reasonable.

I had a list, walked in. A woman at the counter asked if she could help me and in about 10 minutes (minus time to pet the cat) my list was cheerfully filled and I was on my way. I wasn't in a hurry and I was treated as though my needs were of the utmost urgency. Bravo, Gardner Aubuchon!
