I had Andre and his team come out to my house in Gardner to sand and refinish my red oak floors. Andre was flexible and worked with me to set up a specific schedule given we had a big snow storm and the birth of my son. Andre is professional and the quality of his work is top notch. Over three days they sanded and put three coats of poly on my living room, dining room, stairs and upstairs landing area. The floors look phenomenal. I had some questions throughout the process and after the poly was applied and Andre was always available via phone and text. I would recommend Andre for any floor projects in your home and would utilize his services again.Service: Wood floor repairs

Beauregard Flooring did a beautiful job refinishing two hall way floors, one maple and one oak, while we were in the midst of repairing walls, ceilings, and floors, with many rooms masked off with plastic and tape to contain all the various repair work.Andre accommodated our scheduling needs by arriving a week earlier than we planned and everyone on his team was efficient, considerate, and skilled, with years of experience refinishing floors.It was great working with the whole team who really cared about the quality of the work, and our happiness — from Andre assessing and quoting the work and returning on the final days to make sure we were satisfied, to Deb listening and taking action in advance on our need to contain dust and odor as the work progressed, and to Silvio and Jose who revived the 140 year old floors by sanding, staining, and polyurethaning.They were responsive and proactive. They listened, understood, and took action on what we wanted to have happen and what we wanted to avoid. If in the future we are in the position to refinish more wooden floors, they are the people we will call.Service: Floor repairs & maintenance

Andre and his team removed an old carpet, sanded and polyurethaned the hardwood underneath. Part of the hardwood had pet stains so we had Andre remove the wood and replace and it blends nicely! His team is very diligent and shows up on time every day. Highly recommend AP Beauregard and would use them again if we decide to refinish other floors.Services: Flooring repair, Wood floor refinishing

After seeing pictures of Andre and his crew’s work on Facebook I decided to give him a call for a quote on floors that I knew hadn’t been touched in over 20 years.. Andre came over and gave me a very reasonable quote for the work so I was asking to be done and said he could be here in a few weeks to start.. When Andre and his crew arrived they were very professional and on time.. the whole process took a few days to complete between sanding the old floors and fixing a few spots that didn’t have boards from me having a closet removed and relocated in one of the rooms.. I am very happy for the work they have done and would recommend them to anyone looking to have their floors redone..Services: Install flooring, Repair flooring
