I have been going here, since they opened. I love it, they are so caring, friendly and kind. The employees all have smiles and seem happy yo be working there, that says a lot. I have never had a bad experience with their male groomer or their current female groomer.I have sent my daughter there with her dog and she was so happy. She told me the girl was so patient with her 100 pound Bernese mountain puppy.Pam H.

Eddie , my senior Cairn Terrier and I go here at least once a week, the staff here is phenomenal especially Breonna. They all give Eddie live as he rides in the carriage...We loove this placeThis place is the best, they were so nice when my Eddie passed so when I adopted a senior Coco I went back it's been 2 and a half years and still the best, The groomer Rylea is awesome, 6 weeks after my handsome man still gets compliments

I love to patronize new businesses and support local businesses especially one that is Veteran owned. This location is pretty good, has a good stock of pet supplies and the prices are competitive and the staff seems helpful. The reason I cannot bring myself to rate this business higher is the time I wasted yesterday trying to pull up my rewards on their atrocious website as they dont have an app at all. I spent about 10 minutes and had to step outside to pull up their slow, crashing website that included a $10 rewards to use since the staff could not pull up my rewards on their systems at all which was odd. The website is always slow, crashes at home as well and its a little odd, if you offer a rewards program, why would you not be able to pull up my rewards? I will continue to patronize this store, but it I will think twice since both Petsmart and Petco offer a streamlined app and rewards program.

Extremely disappointed in the grooming of a Great Pyrenees. I was told 1 12 hours but everywhere else was alway 3 hours. She was still wet and I could not understand why she was running wildly and then sitting frequently. Then I saw the horrific shaved butt and the underside of the tail. She is in agony from the razor burn and the skin is raw. She had large matts in her tail that I had to cut out and spots of pure white fur were yellow. Never again. Wish I could give ZERO stars. And I was assured that she was the head groomer and she knew what to do. I talked on the phone and then in person. Never thought my dog would leave there in pain.

Such an excellent store with great customer service. The workers in store are always super helpful with questions, and very friendly at checkout. I’ve also ordered online and done the delivery option. Today, some of the cat food I ordered was out of stock, they texted me promptly to let me know and I was able to quickly pick some replacements, and my order was delivered the same afternoon. Highly recommend!

Pet Supplies Plus Franklin always has what I need in stock. Auto ship is an awesome service because my pet food arrives on time every month right to my door. No need to place an order every time! They even include handwritten notes and sometimes free samples and toys! Highly recommend

We have been going this pet supplies since it open using the self- wash with our doodles. Doodles take a very long time to bathe with shampooing, conditioner, brushing and blow drying. We were there for about 50 mins. We received nasty looks, staff making jokes with customers in line, and manager coming over to us. We were rushed the entire time we were there. I am so disappointed with our experience. We have 70 lb doodle - it’s going to take a long time. Baths are very fast for dogs that have short hair (you can even bathe them fast in your bath tub!) there’s been multiple times that we have waited or came back when we saw doodles. So disappointing in the community and the workers.

Great local pet supply place,have everything under the sun. We were looking for a deworming pill for our kitty and they had it! We have also taken our puppy here to give her a shower in the self serve bays they have,it work out great! I would definitely recommend stopping by and see what they have for your needs.

The staff is beyond friendly and honest with their knowledge. They are the kind of store you can’t help but want to support, you never wonder how you’ll be treated!!!!! It’s always so clean and well maintained. They are our go to for everything now. My dog and I love being able to go 5 minutes up the street for all our needs instead of waiting on a delivery. All the employees were very welcoming and pleasant, all gave me a hello. I was just shopping for some feeder fish and a few aquarium accessories. I had a nice conversation with the two sales employees and they were well versed on all the aquarium items. The premises was very clean and the pets are well taken care of. I love this store!! I did an online order and my pets food was delivered in just 2 hours! It was amazing! And when I opened my package there was a cute little handwritten note inside to say thank you for my purchase. I am so impressed and will definitely be coming back! I am thrilled to have such a great pet store in my hometown. Everyone has been super friendly, helpful and courteous. A cat tree was delivered to my home for free, which was incredibly helpful and nice. Great selection of cat food and toys! Will definitely be back!

Gone a few times, customer service was excellent. Love that it's in Franklin. Good selection... but one suggestion would be to add Full Moon treats, especially the pork. My dog is super finicky, (chihuahua mix) but loves Full Moon treats. 🙂

I won’t lie when I first found out that this store was coming to my area I was like ‘another store with sky high prices!’ Then one night my husband and I went and was blown away that the prices were by far the CHEAPEST the around. The employees are all lovely and the food variety for our kitty is a lot more than the local market or Walmart. We will be regulars weekly for our ‘piggy’ kitty food and other things we need for her. Thank you 💜

Friendly & knowledgeable staffers. I was visiting my sister from NYC and i had my little doggie with me, we were attending a party next door from pet supplies plus. I went in to see if he cld get a quick wash, the gentlemen in grooming department was with a 🐕. He took a minute to ask me what i needed, eventho he had a full schedule he said he had some time after he was done with the current client till the next one would come in. I was pleasantly surprised and happy 😊 only down side was that i didnt have his medical papers with me! Needless to say he didnt get a wash. However I still would like to thank him for his courteous customer service, next time im down that way I will definitely be back to get that wash. This time ill make sure to keep his records in the car:)

i love my local pet store that is owned by a local person. i like meeting the owner and being asked what do i need for my dog. the place is brand new and super clean and they have FROMM which is what my dog loves. plenty of parking and just a great friendly place to shop and support my neighborhood

Nice people and helpful. Unfortunately they don't seem to carry my dog's food so a trip to another store is still going to be necessary. They seemed to have a decent selection of other items.
