Matt, the director of operations at this location waited on me. Great service thank you! Great selection of cannabis at a super affordable price. Store was clean and bright with lots to look at. Buds are displayed in spyglass, magnifying the bud so you can see what your selection may look like. My first experience was good! We'll see if they are consistent!

Never a bad experience coming here, but seeing HEATHER and having her help me get everything I needed is the best part of driving 30 minutes! Not to mention this store is the best around, pricing, atmosphere, staff, everything is top top notch 11/10!!! I will continue to refer everybody I know to come here it’s that great!

Usually love going to this place but this time wasn’t nearly as pleasant due to the cashier I dealt with. Not sure his name because he didn’t even give me my receipt but stand offish and not friendly compared to the rest of their staff. Just handed me my things and didn’t say a word so I wasn’t sure if we were done or not with the transaction. I never expect anyone to be super bubbly when going in but at least be friendly

place is a last resort not worth buying any of the top shelf from here because it’s the same price as 10x better from anywhere else in Massachusetts. I never buy anything under half or oz usually and the fact that this pre ground comes in bags and not containers is ridiculous. Nothing over 7gs should be put in a plastic bag?? Matter fact should just ditch the bags in the first place.

Came here this week for the first time in two years. Had been a while because my two Tishri experiences here were bad. Hay smelling weed that barely got me medicated, both products nearing a year since packaging.Well, last night I got an eighth because it was one of the few stores open when I wanted to smoke. The jar seal was already off of the product, it weighed 3.34 grams, and there is no smell to it- if anything it smells a bit like hay.I called to ask for an exchange and they said technically it doesn’t have to be sealed.It’s never worth it to shop at Botera

HORRIBLE customer service . Especially via email. Product is moldy or super dry. A few good staff members and a lot more ignorant ones. Website and actual menu does not ever match up. And they will tell you it’s not there problem when they mess up prices and signing up.

Selection is good, and they have decent prices, but lately they have been slipping in quality. Have been going here since day 1 and as of the past 6 months it’s noticeably declined in several ways.For one, stop listing items you don’t have in store, has happened to me on 2 separate occasions.Second and more importantly, if you are going to be cash only, MAKE SURE YOUR SITE IS UPDATED!!! I checked to make sure your site said it was accepting debit cards and 8 minutes later when I walk in I am turned away saying that you are cash only.Lastly, some of the staff are very rude, not all of them, but enough to be noticeable.Frankly I’m becoming disheartened with botera and will likely be moving to another dispensary soon.

I visited for the first time, I had to ask the girl serving me her name, she mumbled something like Christine? Very un professional, kinda rude actually and not knowledgeable about what they carried. Did not have what I was looking for. I do not know if they carry thc drinks? They do not carry WANA products. Don’t waste your time going, I won’t be back!

Today was the first and last time I plan on shopping here, I ordered a 1g cart of purple punch and a .3g disposable of mixed fruit. I didn’t noticed till I got to my friends down the street I was sold flower instead of a cart for the purple punch and I only noticed it by opening it. I tried to go back and see if I could exchange it or maybe be compensated in some way since it was their fault, the bud tender didn’t even go over with me what I got which they normally do, and I was told nope and that I shouldn’t even have brought open bud in there. I’m just asking for them to fix their mistakes, until then I’m never going back.

out of all the dispensaries around (about 5 within 20 min drive now) Botera is my go to. cannot beat the prices. good quality too. love the tiered pricing! helpful and friendly staff & comfortable environment. also love the goodies -pipes, papers, etc- they have for very reasonable prices at the counter. definitely give it a try if you haven't!
