As always Aubuchon Hardware in Franklin had exactly what I needed. A snowstorm was forecast and I needed new quality snow shovels. A good selection was readily available. The store staff are always friendly and most helpful. A well run business which is a credit to the store manager. Once again I leave Aubuchon Hardware very satisfied!

I love this place. Reminds me of the old school hardware stores where you can get personalized experience when you walk in. They are always helpful when I have questions and they have just about everything I need.

Before going to Aubuchon for a propane refill, I called to make sure they provided that service. I was told that they did, and that I should come on in. I went to fill my propane tank, waited 5 minutes to speak with an employee, paid for my propane refill, drove around the back to have it filled and was then told that they were all out of propane. I then had to go back into the store and wait for a refund. Obviously, the information was never relayed from one department to the other. This should not happen and inconvenience a customer in that way. In all fairness, I will add that the folks working in store were polite and respectful.

Associate was quick to greet me upon entry to the store. asked if he could help to which I replied what I was looking to purchase. he showed me the display at the front of the store yet it did not have the one I was looking for so he proceeded to bring me to aisle that had the remainder of the inventory. I wanted 2 cans 50% Gas /Oil yet there was only one of the brand I was looking for. The associate then proceeded to show me a alternative product which had the same ratio I was looking for. Just as a additional, the associate tried to add on to the sale by suggesting leaf bags which I was pleased he did so even though I did not need them. Experience with this associate was awesome

This place is better than most of the bigger hardware stores in my area, I usually drive out of the way to go there.Their Customer service is great in my opinion, they go above and beyond to try to help you.

I was looking for a carpet tape to hold down a scatter rug. An associate and I looked at different tape and selected the one that matched my needs. It was $16.00. I got home, opened the package, cut off a piece and attached as directed. It didn't stick. I went back to the store to return it and try another brand. HERE IS THE RIDICULOUS PART! I was told I couldn't return it because I opened it and snipped of a piece. But how else would I find out it doesn't work? I was told the tape couldn't be resold so it's not returnable. To me the cost is part of Aubuchon's cost of doing business and it should be refundable. Ace Hardware, CVS and many other stores would have no issues with this. I'm just saying... Unhappy customer.

I already filled out the survey that came to me through text, but decided to do a little extra and give a review everyone can see. I picked up my order yesterday and received amazing customer service. It was the day after Christmas and I know employees there probably didn’t even want to be there, yet the two young guys that helped me were polite and friendly. One even carried the soil out to my car without me asking. Thanks again for the great service! Wish I knew their names 😊

I absolutely love my local Aubuchon! It's so convenient being next to the grocery store and then I don't have to Drive to Home Depot. The paint guy is amazing and very knowlegable. He and the manager have been there since I moved to Franklin 16 years ago. I am always acknowledged with a friendy smile and just love how they know who I am when I walk into their store. Always so helpful! Went in to purchase a leaf blower the other day and had no clue which one to get. I couldn't believe how friendly the staff was assisting me to pick the right one out. Came home tried it out and it was the best! Shop local my friends!

I've been to this store several times, and I am always so impressed! Everyone is incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. Whenever I go to the larger, commercial hardware stores, I always find myself feeling overwhelmed or getting lost. Never once have I had that feeling or experience here! You can tell that the store is pretty much one big family (shout out to Mechelle, the store manager/store mom), and they make you feel like you're part of that family, too. Keep it up, team!

Staff was not friendly, and laughed at me when I asked if they had a storage container with separate compartments. They made me feel very out of place. I'm not sure if it's because I don't look like someone who typically shops at a hardware store, but I will be taking my business elsewhere. I wish they were nicer, because I liked their shop.

I bought a Husqvarna snowblower on 1/3/22. It was used for about 20 minutes before the augers stopped turning. I called the store exactly 27 days after I bought it asking about getting it repaired (1/30/22). The first time I called on Sunday I was told someone would call me back later in the day when they got to work. I never got a call so I had to call them back. I was told the manager was not in and she would call me the next morning after 8:00am. By 10:00am the next morning I still didn’t get a phone call so I called back. The manager told me since it was used it could not be returned to the store (and they couldn’t repair it because they only did sales). I was told I would have to bring it to an authorized Husqvarna service center. So after paying $1376.24 for a brand new snow blower that worked for about 20 minutes, I now have to call around to find a service center and deliver it so it can be repaired. Nothing but time and aggravation on my end while the store just says “you used it so not our problem”, “just find someone who will honor the warranty and you should be fine”. I guess that’s what you get for trying to support local businesses. I would have been better off going to Lowe’s or Home Depot. I definitely learned my lesson!!!!

The new store is awesome! Nice to have the decorating center and hardware store together under one roof. The staff is great...very helpful when looking for that little piece that can't be found elsewhere. I've shopped at Aubuchon for twenty years. Very convenient and fair priced.

I very rarely leave p poor review but I asked staff which was better for weed barrier, metal or plastic. She stated she didn’t even know they carried plastic and didn’t know where to put them back. At the same time complaining to co worker how much she needed a vacation. I have been to Ace where the are so knowledgeable and treat you professional. I think it’s time for a team meeting

Worst customer service I've ever seen! Employees practically step over you while you're looking for things and never say a word...you know: like " Can I help you find something? May I help you?" I've been ignored and outright lied to about product availability in this store. There's no 0 for a rating so I'm forced to give them a 1.

A great store in a convenient location. Staff is friendly and helpful and will find just what you need. The selection is great for a store of this size, and unless you're doing a big construction project it'll have almost everything you need that the big stores have to offer, but without having to wander aisles for hours.

The person in the paint department was rude and extremely curt. We asked for samples of paint and he made no eye contact and was rude to the point of not listening to use when we were speaking. And he walked away from us. The man in the door handle section was very helpful and even measured something for us. Would not go back to the paint department if the other employee was working. We were prewarned about that employee being rude and we still went and tried to get paint.

Nice and clean store. There's a man named Cory that works there and is awesome at his job. He was the only one that could paint match a color that no one else could. Cory is a huge asset to the your company. Thank you Cory for making it possible to have a color i thought was impossible to have.

Not a bad hardware store at all. Nice new place very well stocked. Prices are nowhere near the big box stores, but they are competitive with other hardware stores in the area. I've generally found what I needed there with few notable exceptions.
