I don’t like how they try to upsell you into purchasing stuff from them because I went to school for dog grooming many years ago and I know how to groom a dog and a cat I made it very explicit when I called them and set the appointment. Don’t try to upsell me. What did they do put in the note you need to get them used to grinding and brushing the teeth. I was upset with them on that because I made it very clear not to do it. They still did it anyways.The only reason I’m bringing him to the groomer so we can get his bath because I can’t do it in my apartment or I would. I don’t like the fact that when you tell them what you’re looking for they still don’t listen to you. I plan on calling the store on Monday and letting them know my experience about the grooming because that ticked me off, I know how to trim the nails I know how to file down the nails, including cleaning the ears out. Also, I know how to brush the teeth. This was very lousy on the grooming shop. I may look into another dog groomer that I can feel comfortable with because what they did was dishonored what I was saying it might be PetSmart company policy to do that I am not sure but I will not recommend this grooming shop Other than getting bathed and washed. Because they don’t listen that also shows me their grooming manager Kevin very incompetent and also Rachel is one of the one who groomed my dog is a idot for not following my wishes. I actually can grind down my own dogs nails and smooth them down myself which I did do anyways because I know what to look for. Don’t let this grooming shop upsell, you on things you don’t need. It’s ridiculous. Maybe Kevin and Rachel should be fired from the store. That’s how I feel about it. I was also walking my dog today with my wife and I met a couple who also had a bad experience of PetSmart when it came to the grooming their dog. All of this company is looking for the dollar they make a big production when you bring the dog in room they do a complete check up and they wanna make themselves look really good but in all honesty, the grooming shop sucks! As far as I’m concerned, they were a bunch of morons who have no idea what they’re doing, and that manager Kevin is besides being incompetent. I also think is an idiot, because I spoke with him telling him what I want I also made it very clear to somebody. I think her name was Brittany who works there put it on the notes and that dumb idiot Rachel still did what I did not doneAnd the reason I believe they did it that way it’s because they knew if they told me right to my face I would’ve told him off being a army veteran, retired staff, sergeant I don’t take no crap and I screwed up. I have decided I’m gonna find another groomer that will listen to what I want and also I’m gonna clean my own dogs ears since I know what to look for and I’m also gonna take care of his nails And his teeth I don’t need some incompetent idiots just trying to make themselves like this super Duper when they’re a bunch of clowns. This reminds me of the clown in the rest of the little clown idiots that are clueless to what they’re doing because they’ll sit on fires and climb up a ladder. It’s like Tweedledee and tweedle dumb.If you remember the cartoon, it’s old George what do I do George? What do I do? Next George George is Kevin the manager who’s also the lead munchkin length Wizard of Oz and all these little munchkins are just following the lead munchkin well guess what you’re not gonna tell a US Army veteran who has 20 years in the service I feel like I see bottom and belly circus. There was all the clowns in a little munchkins at the grooming shop seriously Tweedledee and tweedle dumb I’ll put together in one package. I wonder if they can really think for themselves? if I could give them a zero star I would but I wouldn’t trust my dog there again with them for nothing because I do like to. We’re gonna do an assessment on the dog. anyway stay out of the shop. Don’t trust your dog or cat there seriously.

I have been very happy with the quality of care that my dog has received, but had an issue regarding scheduling. We made a reservation a month in advance through the online service for Fourth of July weekend and had assumed that all was well. However, only a couple of days before the date that we had scheduled to drop her off, we received a call that they could not honor our reservation. As it's a holiday weekend, we have not been able to make other arrangements and had to change our vacation plans. It would have been nice to have heard from the beginning that they were overbooked, as we are now left with no options.

Great place for Doggy Day care or if you need a pet hotel for the night. Staff is friendly, place is clean and the price is right.

I love this location. I bring my dog Stanley four times a week for doggy day camp and he’s been going for a few years now. The staff knows him by name and is extremely friendly, and it is always clean. Tara at petshotel is great and always calls me by my name. I also buy his food there and go to ban field there for all of my animals. It’s so convenient

Paid a lot of money and tipped well. The appointment took over 3 hours. My dog didn't smell clean and his nails definitely weren't trimmed. Disappointed.

We love this location! Our two dogs are so well taken care of, both during day camp and overnight stays. The staff are flexible to what individual dogs need and give loving attention to all of them. We drive out of our way just to bring them here when we need to board the dogs, because it's always been so great.

Pues mi perrito lo dejamos en el hotel y fue lo peor que pudimos hacer cuando lo buscamos tenía diarrea y dolor le llevamos la comida de nuestro perrito y parece o q la orino un ratón o algo que la tuvimos que votar. Mi perro llegó con los testicular pelado y le pedimos que lo bañaran y lo recortaran y fue terrible no olía a limpio y le dañaron la cola. No lo recomiendo la peor experiencia
