We got a budgie from here. Unfortunately, we found out at home that the longest feathers on his wings were clipped My boy is falling down during his flights and can not take off from the floor. I hope it grows backšŸ™šŸ¼

I needed a soft collar and surgery recovery suit for my dog. the soft collar is inflatable, has a nice fabric feel and has been great! I also bought a surgical recovery suit. I would have rated my experience 4 stars but the recovery suit was covered in dog hair, next time I'll open the package before buying

Just had the most awful and unprofessional experience at Petsmart with my cavalier King Charles, Rocky. Both the head groomer, Kevin, and store manager Jess, refuses to groom our dog at his given appointment time after accepting him gladly at drop off. They called us five minutes after drop off saying he was a danger to employees and himself and he had to be picked up immediately. Rocky is the most gentle dog, who has been groomed at this location for many years, boarded at the pet hotel there and banfield is even our vet. He has never posed a problem anywhere.Back story - Kevin had an issue with my husband and other dog last week and said he was only accommodating us today. He wasnā€™t accommodating, we had an appointment. Turns out they booked another dog at the same time and decided they didnā€™t want to deal with Rocky, which came out in our heated discussion with Kevin. They made up stories about Rockyā€™s behavior being dangerous. When we showed up to pick him up, he was sitting on a leash next to the woman at the register, happy as can be wagging his tail. Obviously not a danger to anyone if he was sitting there on a leash out of the kennel. Two other dogs in the waiting area and all he did was sniff them. Very dangerous.The store manager Jess did nothing constructive with the situation and claimed she was listening to our phone conversation deceptively without identifying herself. She said Rocky was a danger to her employees. Again, if he was such a danger, why did they take him out of his kennel and have him on a small leash out in the open when we walked in? When we arrived, they changed the story and never said he was a danger to employees, but a danger to himself, which was an outright LIE.Bottom line is they refused to take him for grooming because they double booked and were angry with us from last week. Completely unprofessional, disgusting, deceitful behavior. Kevin even continued to lie to our faces when we picked Rocky up. He was dismissive, rude and a disgrace to his profession. Take warning before bringing your pets here.Picture of my vicious and dangerous dog šŸ¶

The Dog training class was wonderful. Every class the instructor came in full of energy and ready to work with the puppies. Puppies are difficult students but she really was great at getting them to pay attention and learn. She also gave the owners a lot of great information.l Now my dogs recall is much better and she knows several new tricks.My dog stayed here and she had a great time. She was very happy when we picked her up and that was all the proof I needed. That said they sent me a photo and it was clear she had a blast playing with the other dogs.

I took my cat here for boarding while I went away on a trip. My cat was fine, the drop off and pick up was very easy. But, I dropped off my cat with toys, a blanket, food and a measuring cup for the food. When I picked him up I didnā€™t have everything he was sent with. Some of his toys were gone and so was my measuring cup. Obviously nothing valuable, but I expected to pick him up with everything he was dropped off with. And I find it annoying that I have to replace my measuring cup. Also, there was a toy that I didnā€™t recognize in his bag. It was super dirty with litter stuck to it. I threw it away.

i wish I could rate this 0 stars. this is the absolute worst grooming job I have ever seen. literally didnā€™t even recognize my dog when I went to pick him up. his face is horribly patchy, nails were not trimmed, and I was told he would not be shaved. never go here.

These places tend to get a bad rap and most of the time its hit or miss. I visited the grooming portion of this location and also shopped in the store and every employee I came into contact with was excellent. The groomers here are awesome and they bathed and groomed my two goldens and were informative, helpful and a pleasure to work with and communicated with me every step to make sure I knew what was going on. Plus the store portion has a lot of stuff and their prices are competitive. I would come back to this location over others any day.

My review is specifically for Marnie from the petsmart training. She was absolutely fantastic with my puppy as well as the other dogs in the class. I watched a big dog go from barking and lunging on day one to focusing and behaving by the end of class. I highly recommend the class and her as a trainer.

Three stars because the sales associates are always nice to customers. But i feel like giving 0 stars for their aquatic department. We go every week and without fail their aquariums are full of dead fish and creatures. Dead frogs, crabs, snails, bettas. Today the fish were eating other fish and there were 5 dead bettas. I bought a 25 dollar betta out of pity for the filth in which the poor thing was living. This store exists to cater to animal lovers; clean up your act and treat these animals more humanely. ALL the bettas in attached pics are dead.

Truck ā€¢ Delivery ā€¢ Dock ā€¢ Receiver ā€¢ ShipperWhen coming here to deliver the dock will be right where it says PETSHOTEL. Youā€™ll see dumpsters right in front of the concrete dock and the regular dock will be next to it with a white door tucked in kinda. I was able to do a turn around when I got lost, but be careful if there had been heavy activity I would have been in a pickle.

I Was In Framingham , Massachusetts. Pet Smart , Picking Up Some Medicine To Bring Back To Florida, For My Dog Who Was Sick . Picked It Up In Massachusetts Because I Had A Late Night Flight Back To Florida So My Dog Would Have The Medicine When I Got Home. My Wife Called The Framingham , Massachusetts Store And Spoke With The Manager Named Marquis, Told Him How Our Dog Was Acting And He Recommended Some Asprin And Probiotics . Got Home From Florida, My Wife Gave Our Dog The Asprin Along With The Probioctics. Then Again At Noon Time . By The Time Our Dog Was Ready For The Third Dose He Felt Much Better . He Had No More Loose Stool And Was Running Around And Barking Like His Normal Routine. He Seemed Happy Again. So Thank You Manager Marquis. For Making Our Dog Better . We adopted two of our cats through second chance rescue at Petsmart. They are the best felines anyone could ever have. The staff seems to care for the kitties well and treat them as best they can being in a shelter which is so sad on its own. They take their time and make sure the cats get adopted out to the correct families. Wish I could take them all home!

It's pet smart. Eh People usually frown about the big chains.BUT recently I got a puppy and had training classes here. Julia is an awesome dog trainer.I had a trainer who came to my house for basic puppy training before this. It was ok. The trainer was ok.But when I signed up for the advanced puppy training at pet smart, I saw an immediate change for the better. My puppy caught in better. Everything about Julia being our trainer was a plus. She knows her stuff!I recommend them to all for puppy training!

Roo was happy as ever to go to the PetsHotel. The only thing that bothered me was hearing a staff member in one of the camp rooms yelling at the dogs. The dogs were being loud, but I never heard anyone yelling at them. Hopefully that person was coached on a better way to handle things.

This is a very nice clean store. Employees are friendly and helpful. They sell dogs cats fish and other reptiles and amphibians. There's tons of parking in the shopping plaza parking lot.

The lead male groomer was impatient with my dog and caused her to have extreme anxiety with future grooming sessions. I picked her up after 2 visits back to back to finish her grooming only to be given her with multiple places on her that were not touched or brushed through. He never spoke to me about the spots, but just expected me to pay full price. When I calmly brought her back in after noticing the spots while standing in line to pay, he gave a pore excuse and tried to place the blame on my dog. I asked to speak to the manager to ask for a discount because I didnā€™t not feel comfortable paying full price for only a fraction of the service being received. In the beginning, she was resistant to accept any accountability on her groomers behalf, but after about 10 minutes of me asking to speak with the store regional director, she approved a discount. I was never told that my dog would not be allowed to come back from anyone in the store. I had to find out from trying to schedule her at another store (because I have always had a great experience at PetSmart and wanted to give them another chance to right their wrong), that they put a lock on her account and a note stating she was ā€œunsafe to groomā€. I can understand if she needs special attention due to her anxiety (that only presented itself after working with the male groomer), but to lock the account and put a false statement on her account is unprofessional and a lie. I was willing to move forward from the situation because I understand things happen, but Framingham grooming will no longer be getting my business and I will share my experience with locals so they understand the level of professionalism they will be dealing with.

The staff at the petshotel are great!!! I try take my dog once a week to daycamp. They always remember me and my dog which is welcoming. Heā€™s always tired once I bring him home.

We booked a grooming for our dog. We were ok with signing all the papers and answering tons of the questions. However, when we got back to the store to pick up our dog, we were told we abandoned our dog at the store.I am pretty sure we didnā€™t arrive late for picking up our dog. Since he is old, we guaranteed he behaved well.The previous services were really nice. But for this time, the new male groomer, I advise you quit your job if you donā€™t like. At the same time, you donā€™t deserve that job either.

Staff was nice and greeted us upon entering, but I was completely horrified of their aquatic department. Al the fish look extremely unhealthy, and each tank had several dead ones in there too. I couldnā€™t bear staying there any longer. Please treat your animals better.

They do a great job grooming Buster. He's an old man, so he's had to have some teeth pulled. He is not a fan of letting people near his mouth but lets these folks brush his teeth! He's all ready for Thanksgiving now!

Everyone was helpful. We were greeted, helped finding the proper collar and leash for our particular dog we just adopted. The groomers were helpful and did a good job. We also spoke to a trainer and manager who were great to deal with. Everyone was very friendly, and helpful!Mike the one who runs the training class, has been great and very helpful.

I had no problem with Petsmart before, my Charlie has been bathing there for 11 years, and all the experience been great. However recently all my appointments been canceled for all kinds of ridiculous reasons, either all the groomers canā€™t make it to work or my dog is too big for them to handle. And worst one is that after I dropped off my dog for my appointment, they called me said Charlie is too big for the groomer, and we abandon our dog at Petsmart, I donā€™t know if he got too many shampoo in his brain or what.

Bad Groomer! My dog has been groomed many times on diferente places far from my city and I divided to find something closer to me and after this experience I would never bring her back to this location. She came back with half of face done I pay for groomer , bath and teeth brush I got nothing done , and my dog was very scary and sad . Sorry but horrible experience with that place I never recommend šŸ‘ŽšŸ»So expensive for nothing done ridiculous.

Pet stay was a bit of chaotic this time; my dog was bleeding in one of his paws and was not sure how it was done. They made up on keeping me informed about the course of action and making me feel comfortable and allowing me to trust them to leave my dog with them and even repeat the stay. Customer service was great and provided communication all throughout the incident.

We would really like to share the wonderful experience we had with Petsmart here in Framingham, Massachusetts.The grooming salon was extremely helpful and accommodating. The young lady that took care of our little Frappy Chino, and the wonderful young Hispanic gentleman, definitely need a round of applause. They really made us feel welcome and was extremely helpful, I apologize for not retaining any names. I do remember that the young lady had either pink or red colored hair and she was so sweet and so kind to our little Frappy. Not only did she discovered that there was a tagalong tick on our little puppy, she also bathed and cut our little Frappyā€™s hair very nicely. It looks great! You have a wonderful staff in the grooming salon. Please give those people a raise. The young Hispanic gentleman, took me to the aisle where the tick and flea collars were located and assisted me in choosing the right product. I am very pleased with Petsmart here at this location. We thank you and Frappy thanks you!!!
