I have an unruly 100 pound beast of a dog named Angus that Petco wouldn’t deal with as a puppy. I’ve been taking him here for grooming for the past five years and never had a problem. And he needs a lot of grooming. These people are wonderful. Recommend them every time.

I’ve been taking my dogs to Flying Fur for years. Never had a problem. They do a great job and are incredibly kind to all dogs and owners. The owner, Vander, is wonderful and cares deeply about the care of the dogs and the quality of work. When my daughters visit from out of town we often take their dogs to Flying Fur too. 5-stars+ from me.

We have been customers of Flying Fur for 10 + years now. We have had 2 Boxers (Turkish and now Mac) under their care during all these years between them - and we couldn’t ask for better care for both of them .The grooming service is excellent, and the staff is friendly and welcoming !We feel fortunate to have a place to take Mac for fun and play - and he comes home tired !

I bring my adopted Shihtzu in for grooming. Blanche is a challenging pup due to her background and being mostly blind and hard of hearing. They do a wonderful work with her. She is always so beautiful when I pick her up. They are patient and kind with her. I highly recommend them.Side note: I watched the other day all the dogs being dropped off for daycare. They're excited to be there. A couple of the dogs were dragging their people to hurry up and get in there, lol.

I have a fairly anxious golden doodle that occasionally goes too long between groomings. Flying Fur handles him beautifully and gets him looking his best every time. We’ve been going here for several years now and I would recommend them to anyone!

We have three dogs - geriatric, midlife and a puppy, all different sizes, with different coats. Flying Fur always does an amazing job grooming all three of our dogs. They come home beautiful! They also offer a terrific at home “Van grooming” service that can come to our house when we are unable to find time during a weekday to drop them off and pick them up in Framingham. The dogs are just a beautiful! Vander has a real gift with dogs.

Vander and his team have always been great with Jimmy Chew, a nervous yorkie who doesn’t always like being touched. He comes out clean and handsome from grooming. He is well looked after when he goes to daycare and the staff greets him with such enthusiasm. He isn’t treated like just another dog,

Wonderful place. My Max has been going since he was 6 months he is now 3 yrs old. I have recommended to lots of furry parents. Staff is amazing and they show a lot of love to my Max🐶. My dog came home bleeding, limping and with an incomplete nail grind. I brought my dog there to get her nails grinned down. She was nervous, just like the other 4 dogs waiting because it is SO loud and for some reason there is a parrot in the reception area? The receptionist took my dog to the back, where I could see her working on my dog's nails through the window. The woman returned my dog, I paid and left. When I got her home, I noticed that she had been bleeding in the backseat the whole ride. She limped up to my house and needed to be carried up the stairs because she refused to put weight on her paws (65lb dog.) I called and asked to speak to a manager, not to get a refund or to yell at them but to simply inform them that the woman at the front desk is not qualified to be doing nails on her own. I didn't want another dog to get hurt. The manager responded by blaming the botched nail job on my dog cause she was "all over the place" and "wouldn't stop moving." Keep in mind I could see them working on her through the window and there was no unusual struggle. You are "trained professionals" we bring our pets to you because we expect you to know what you are doing. If she was so "all over the place" you should be trained to handle that, ask for help or simply come out and say that you are unable to do it. You don't hurt the dog and never mention it to the pet's owner. They must have known that she was bleeding, yet there was no mention. The manger was extremely defensive and offered me to come back to the store so they could put clotting powder on her "again." I declined the offer. My dog has been through enough for one day, there is no reason to increase the trauma. To top it all off, they somehow managed to miss 3 nails completely which might be a blessing because they would have probably been bleeding as well. Pictures are after I cleaned up her bloody paws.

Did a great job on my terrier mix of 30 lbs. At $64. My first time doing a grooming so don't know how that compares but I was able to get an appt. Same week. But they did forget to use the special shampoo I brought with my dog so was disappointed in that and they forgot to give it back to me so had to make another trip back there for it and that was inconvenient. Update in 6/21: I have been to this salon 3x now, sometimes they forget to do something in the package, so remind them, check the dewclaws too before you leave as another groomer in another place told me they forgot to do them. The second picture with the magenta halter on was recently and it cost $68 for this short cut on her, so dont know if they went up another $4 or if her old haircut was considered medium? dont know? Often this place looks for old towels, so if you have some when you go there, donate them! This place often has openings when Petsmart or petco does not, except for holidays when they are extra busy. This latest cut was done by Vader I believe, who did a nice job, think there are some new people here or ones I had not seen on other visits.n All in all, I would still go here so far.

I'm a first time customer. My dog was way overdue for a bath. They took her in that same day. I dropped her off and they called an hour later to say she was done. She smelled great, so clean. Her coat was shiny and gleaming. I was pleased and we will return.

My cat's hair gets so long and matted. Last year, I found them while living in Framingham, and they did an excellent job. This year we live in Middleborough and I drove the hour to get my Shaggy there. They did another excellent job. I love this place and the way they treat your pets. I would highly recommend Flying Fur.Only problem is the rate goes up every time I go now.

My dog had been to petsmart for grooming before changing him to flying fur. My dog no longer gets really shaky and he actually trusts the groomers. They also leave him STUNNING. I HIGHLY recommend this place. They have good prices & they treat your dogs like you want them to- with respect. Can't be grateful enough honestly.

I've been taking my dog here for just over 4 months now. He absolutely loves going there! The staff is amazing and awesome with the dogs. My pup comes home in a good mood and very tired. I would recommend for anyone. The hours are super convenient too.

Yesterday was my first but definitely not my last visit to Flying Fur. My very large long haired cat was in a desperate need of a haircut, and I had trouble finding a cat groomer in the area until I found Flying Fur.The appointment was scheduled approximately a week in advance. The front desk guy helped me carry the cage from the car and back when it was done. Everything was finished in about half the time than I thought it was take. The kitty looks trimmed and neat with a lovely mane and stylish boots.I honestly couldn’t be happier. Very happy I found them. I left them a generous tip and I encourage everyone to try them out.

I love this place! Everyone is always so friendly! My dogs always come out looking great! I’ve been bringing my dogs here for 2 years and always have had a great experience! Also, they are efficient! My dogs are usually out in about 2 hours, and they get all services !! Highly recommend!

I have never been so appalled by a grooming place. This is the first time I have been there and it will be the last. What made me so angry was how the dogs were being treated while being groomed. Instead of being given kisses and hugs, they were being screamed at. I was fuming the entire time. Dogs are peoples best friends. You treat them with respect and courtesy. ESPECIALLY, if you are taking their owners money. I do want to acknowledge that there was one woman who worked there that was kind and gentle with my dog. But save your dogs from trauma and go somewhere else.

Can only describe the management and grooming process as terrible. Took them 5 HOURS to groom our dog who is a Samoyed but at any other place takes a max of 2 hours. The person picking up our dog left in tears and when I called back and asked to talk with the manager I was met with utter disrespect. These people need to learn costumer service and how to PROPERLY run a business!
