My in-laws have lived here for 20 plus years and love this place.Their oyster selection is phenomenal, and the cuts of tuna are so good you could open your own sushi restaurant sourcing from them.

I wanted a nice shore dinner for Father's day, so I stopped in to the fish market at Forestdale Bait and Tackle. They offer a wide selection of both seafood and shellfish, with it's origin clearly marked, and mostly from Cape Cod. The lobster selection was good, and they had some lovely steamers. Yummy, this is this freshest seafood that I have ever eaten!

My wife and I stopped by and had one of my reels spooled up and bought a few artificial baits. The two men working there were very helpful and nice to do business with. On my first cast into the Cape Cod canal, I caught my first striper with the White top water poper I purchased from Foresdale Bait & Tackle. One of them told my wife that I had picked a good one and he was right!

Reviewing the fresh fish - they have fresh fresh at a fair price. They often have hard to find fresh wild Alaskan or Pacific king salmon, and scale it completely. Would highly recommend over grocery store seafood counters.

The seafood is top notch and priced less than other local fish Markets. I put an order in for 18 lobsters an 18 lbs of soft shell clams a week prior, no deposit, Sean said I’ll take your word for it and that was that. When we arrived today they were all packed up and on ice. Didn’t even need our coolers. Delicious! They are our GO TO place now. Thanks Sean.

On Sundays they close at 5pm not 6pm. Fresh Seafood, High quality and great prices. Will cook your lobster free of charge.

There is also a fantastic little fresh seafood place here now also!It's about time so we don't have to drive almost 1/2 hour to get fresh seafood!The guys are really friendly and helpful and the prices are very reasonable. For convenience if u don't want to cook they also have precooked shrimp and sometimes lobster tails and in the fridge is thick clam chowder, lobster bisque, stuffed quahogs and clams, and the also tried seafood stuffed filet of sole with the cooking directions on the glass if the cabinet.The fresh selections vary, but always see salmon, lobster, swordfish, cod, clams, shrimp and also saw sushi grade tuna once!Definitely a gem worth trying, and I'm sure the bait and tackle side is cool too!Welcome to the neighborhood guys!

They have a large selection of fresh fish. As there are not many other fish markets close by, we usually stop in when driving by, the stuffed cohoags were full of stuffing and not much cohoag. The “organic” salmon looked identical to the non organic salmon, but $10 more per pound.

Their fresh seafood is the best and the prices are comparable (and even lower) to fish markets around. We especially enjoy the lobster meat, super fresh! And the stuff quahogs are delicious!!

Great tackle shop for salt and fresh water. Live bait!New fish market side is amazing! Chef Marc runs a tight ship, super fresh fish and lobsters. Lobster rolls made to order are amazing. Stuffies, chowder and dinners to go too. Definitely stop in.

I love this place!!!My kids have always loved to go there for all things fishing but now I can go buy the freshest of seafood or prepared foods. Little known fact: the owner was Cape Codder Seafood from W Yarmouth! What a find!

Great little bait and tackle shop. Owner Mark is a super nice guy. Asked him to set me up with what I need to fish the Canal. Got a nice combo rod and lures at a very reasonable price. I'll definitely be back.

Incredibly helpful staff. Super knowledgeable about what's biting in the area and best rigs/bait/lures to use. Won't push something you don't need as some of the big stores do. I'm a local and I'll be going here again.

Small but they have a great variety. They also can give great advice on what is working. Stop in and then you can get on the fish with the right bait. Well worth the trip

Went for a Mass. State salt water liscence, they don't do them there, the town hall sent me there, lol, and the Mass state website sent me to the Town Hall, big cat and mouse chase, Wallmart sells them.
