People here are great. My bike seat hurts is all i had to say and got amazing service. I got a new bike seat and a panda "Bell" (it squeaks like a dog toy and is amazing!!) and they put it all on my bike for me right there and then. Great customer service and great personalities!

My husband and I brought our son into the shop for a new scooter. We were not only greeted and helped by a professional young man, but he was so personable and was eager to show my son all the inventory. He answered all of our beginner questions and made my son feel even more excited about his new scooter. The prices for a local shop are awesome. These guys are so great and helpful. We had two damaged bikes that needed estimates for repair for insurance companies to reimburse us. They did the estimates for free and wrote up how much new equivalent bikes would cost since they were totaled. They even took the wrecked bikes off our hands. After receiving the insurance money we happily went back . Their location is right off the bike path so you can really try out the bikes. Great selection of new and used bikes. Great service too!

I have bought 4 bikes and a couple of scooters from Full Circle and the customer service was outstanding. The bikes and scooters were top quality and fairly priced. Jason’s knowledge of bikes seems to be infinite. But more importantly is his honesty and integrity, he will never try to sell you something you don’t need just to make a buck. In my opinion this bike shop is top notch!

I stopped by the shop briefly today because of some trouble I was having with my derailleur. The folks at the shop took a quick look and fixed the problem right away and sent me along. I had been expecting to have to leave my bike for a while and was so pleasantly surprised by how quick this was done and how thoughtful they were. Another shop had suggested I buy a new bike altogether, so I'm glad I got a second opinion. I'll definitely be back!

When I asked for a specific tire size, I was given two different sizes and wasn't aware of this until I tried to put them on my bike and was in a different state. I was a few days away from a bike trip across the country and was not going to be in Massachusetts for a while.The owner picked up the phone when I called and the two of us disagreed on what was the right way to resolve the matter. There were many customers in his shop at the moment and he did not give me his full attention and he spoke impatiently, clearly wanting to get rid of me and move on to the next customer.While he could have resolved the matter in a more professional manner, he ultimately agreed to resolve the matter by taking the tires back and even agreed to pay for shipping if that was the only option.I'd give him 3 stars for customer service, but 5 for ultimately doing the right thing. Thank you.

Jason went so far above and beyond to help me fix my son’s bike in time for a camping trip. No other shop had a replacement part in stock, but Jason thought he might have something that would work at home. He met me with it the next morning, installed it on the spot, and now my kid has a working bike. Super appreciative of the service.

There is a definite influence of BMX here, but these guys have the skill and knowledge to work on your road, mountain, fat, or cruise-around-town bike. Very reasonable prices and GREAT attitude. You will never feel talked down to at Full Circle.

Full Circle Bike Shop is now my go-to bike shop in Florence and Northampton. Jason has gone above and beyond the call of duty on several occasions to help me, even going so far as opening a bike light off the shelf for its batteries to replace mine when the shop was already closing up for the night. He went out of his way just so I didn't have to bike home in the dark. Jason is not only a bike mechanic but a rider himself, family man, artist, and a real mensch. I'm thrilled with my new bike seat (kind to the perineum) and purple pedals on my commuter bike, which he installed for me on the spot (which turned out not to be easy because I have an ancient bicycle with weird bolts), he found me some old reflectors to tack on for free, and he only charged me for price of the materials! Now my bike is four times more comfortable to ride, I only spent about $50 total, and I'm riding in style. Clearly this is a place with the long view in mind, of real kindness and connection, not the quick sell or fake niceness by design. Highly recommended for price, generosity of spirit, and great service.

Great owner - I'm and old guy with some balance issues. We talked about an adult trike - now I'm riding one and loving it. So far the man is great. He did what he said he would do when he said he would do it. That goes a long way in my book! Off to get some much needed exercise.
