Cream was absolutely delicious, however, I am incredibly parched and our server is yet to return. My daughters milkshake was mad watery is the only cream issue we had tonight :). As well, there are no salt and pepper shakers at our table. Thankfully, I’m used to lacking flavor because my husbands cooking is horrible (Lol!). I have to eat my friendly frank without salt and pepper tonight I guess. But that ok! I drove all the way from South dakota to hunt then experience this friendlys and after a long day of hunting, I am disappointed. After spending all day on the hunt in the woods in the hopes to provide food for my family, I just wanted a solid cream experience. Cream had solid flavor but the service put a bad taste in my mouth. I was just trying to celebrate gypsy roses release from prison after my hunt with a friendly frank and some cream. All I can really say is that I hope they’d give gypsy better customer service. #gypsyisfree #creamwasyummy #servicewasbad #hunting

Let's just start from the beginning. Pulling up, this little Friendly's is in a charming little neighborhood in a cute little building. Plenty of parking and easy to find the entrance.Our server, Eliza, greeted the 8 of us at the door. While she was getting the menus another employee (possibly the manager) got our table ready.Eliza was super friendly. The clam strips were great.BEST COLESLAW EVER! ORDER A SIDE OF THAT WITH ANYTHING YOU GET TO GET THAT AUTHENTIC FRIENDLY'S FLAVOR.Friendly's is a classic, and I hope they have many years ahead of them.

Recently, I ordered Friendly's for delivery.I was really happy with the quality of the food. The ice cream options are really good, and happily they don't melt in transit.Pricing was commensurate to food quality and portion sizing.All in all, it's a very nice local dining option for eating in or delivery.

We ordered the Bacon Cheeseburger. We even paid an extra $2.49 for extra bacon and this is what we got. We also ordered the Jammed up burger, paying extra for a second patty. There was no extra patty. Also, the fries were cold. Very disappointing. Hopefully the ice cream we ordered is better than the food.

This location has gone down hill real fast. I used to frequently visit here and the waitresses and manager were phenomenal. Now it's terrible, I've tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but this will be my last visit. A month ago I was handed a friend z that was half full, they forgot my soda and the icecream so after waiting I just took the friend-z as it was. Today see attached the photo of my wrap and fries which were thrown I'm a plastic bag and dumped everywhere and handed to me. I won't be surprised when this location closes soon too.

I’ve been here and ordered from here many times over the years. The food is up to par with any other friendlys location.This location is entirely staffed by seemingly like 6 people, they all are quite young and work so diligently, it’s quite impressive.You should be tipping these lovely workers generously. The staff aren’t paid much and you should take pride in helping to care for hard working kids.They clearly are doing the best the can keeping this friendlys alive which, as a new englander, I see as preserving history.Go to friendly’s while they’re still around! Someday they won’t.Parking: It’s generous and freeKid-friendliness: Seemingly after school children dine here without adults which is cute but I hope their parents remind them to tip ( I know I was bad at that as a kid)Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp. It does go up to a 90 degree turn tho. There’s also an outdoor window for pickups and orders which could be beneficial for someone with limited mobility.

Let me start with HEATHER WAS AMAZING!! Very attentive, fixed the one mistake that was accidentally made in the kitchen, ran every table on a busy rush. There were like 10 kids and multiple adults in 1 party. I heard one lady say they were going to complain about her. Management should have someone else to help serve as this was a packed house… Do better, management, do better. Food was great as well!

Friendly’s service is back! We’ve been here to this Friendly’s many times over the years. Post-pandemic they experienced a sharp decline in service, with incorrect orders and long wait times. But we went tonight and we were served our food within 15 minutes of walking in the door. Friendly staff, chefs that read the entire order for details, and attentive waiter. New management was the answer for this location!

I had the absolute worst service at this location. Took forever to have order taken waitress never came to check on us if we needed refills. Then when we finally received our food they got it wrong and when asked the said they will get rest of order and I had to go to kitchen to ask after waiting over a half hour just for marinara sauce for my daughter's mozzarella sticks. I will never go back. And we were only family in restaurant at the time.

Ordered via phone, arrived, waited as our order wasn’t done. At 45mins since ordering I asked to cancel our order. They were compiling it at that time. We ordered two Cesar salads, no meat, cheese sticks, and waffle fries. There were 2 cheese sticks in the paper cup, and barely as many waffle fries - luckily my 2 year old was happy with that. The last couple of visits have been just as disappointing for fribbles. Not sure it’s worth going back, as it’s gone down hill A LOT.

I came here once a while ago and I was very displeased with the service. I decided to give them another chance and now they are under new management and I couldn’t have been happier! The service was great, the restaurant seems well kept, and I will definitely be returning!! I went to Friendly’s over 30 minutes before their closing time, no one opened the window for several minutes after looking at us. When they did open it, they said they were “closed” even though they close at 9, not 8:30. they were visibly counting the drawer before closing time, and the server gave us a snide smile after we asked why they were “closed” apparently claiming the grill was off even though all I wanted to order was ice cream. we literally just saw two people walk away with ice cream before we walked up. there is no reason that because the grill is off, you can’t order ice cream. there was no reasonable answer they gave to why they were closed before 9, and didn’t even put a sign on the window saying they were close early.

I've enjoyed Friendly's for years and they've never disappointed me once, especially not here. The service was great and the folks really made you feel at home. I decided to try out their pasta, because I never knew they started serving it, and it was great! But, nothing could ever beat their ice cream. The Reese's Pieces sundae will always be my favorite!

Even when super servers and staff always are kind and always put so much care into customer service, you don't see a more hardworking team than the one at Friendlys here in Florence! Food and ice cream always super good, and everyone does a great job to make this the best restaurant. When I bring my family they have a great time and leave with big smiles, kids love the Monster Mash and servers always make them laugh LOTS! Keep up the great work.

The service was awful. They must be short-staffed because it was 2 teenage girls basically running the place. Our waitress got our drinks and side wrong, then I asked for honey mustard and she never came back to the table with it. At one point another girl came over and said she might have to put in our meal orders again because of how hectic it was. On top of that, it took absolutely forever for them to take our orders and for the bill. Our quick lunch turned into us sitting around and waiting

ONLY COME FOR ICE CREAM. Under new management. Horrible. Food portions are smaller than other friendlys. 4 waitress and none of them in the dining area. All of them were either making ice cream or attending to the outdoor booth. Appetizers came with the dinner an hour and 10min later. Offered free food to compensate but this is the third and last time.

I haven’t been to this location or a friendlys in years. A friend and I decided to get some ice cream late in the evening on a whim and thought of here. We had such a lovely experience. We both brought up some old memories we have of friendlys and it just felt nice to be there. We interacted with three different employees and every one of them was so sweet, helpful, and genuine. I normally don’t think to review places like this but these employees definitely deserve the recognition. They were just very pleasant and seemed to care about their job and didn’t act as though we were a hindrance on their night. Just a very lovely experience that I wanted to share in case you wanted to know.

Service was good. Our waitress was pleasant and tolerable of my father’s Dad jokes. Food was good. We waited a little bit longer than I’d expected for our meals but everything was hot, fresh and exactly as we ordered it. I wish the ice cream wasn’t quite as expensive but you’re paying for the novelty. That said, the sundaes were very good!

Everyone who works here is a child and the service is incredibly slow no matter how busy the restaurant is. My kids want to like this place because of the ice cream but even they know that the service here is too slow

The service and atmosphere was great. My waitress, Brooke, was very funny and nice, the whole staff was very friendly and speedy. The food and ice cream was great, as always. The Friendlys in Florence is by far the best one around.
