Place is a hot mess. Went in for a return for an item that had a receipt. They wouldn’t return because it was from another store. Told me to drive 5 hours to return it, but I could order the item there. I won’t be back. The people that work there are nice but don’t seem to have much training. The manager couldn’t be bothered to help. I was going to be buying a bunch of power equipment but this made my decision easy to go elsewhere. If they won’t help with a 35 dollar item I’m not spending hundred or thousands at the store.

Rocky's has practically everything! The store is well organized and fully stocked. The staff is very helpful. The huge selection of hardware clearly displayed in all sizes makes tinkering much easier. The location is convenient and there is plenty of parking. The staff can cut keys while you wait and there is a large selection of Yeti brand mugs, coolers and accessories available.

I bought a midnight navy, they sold me a regular ulgy blue, the girl over there doesn’t have no ideia about colors. Never going to get the navy color. Now I’m in at home buying the color that I want. Don’t wast your time, don’g go there

First off Ace charges a premium. You should get good service. I asked three separate times where different items were. The employees didn't help me find anything. They just told me what aisle they thought things were in. They were wrong twice. It took a half hour to get three items. I had to find a manager to get the last one. Doesn't make me want to go back. Next time I'll just go to Aubuchon or drive the extra few miles and go to Lowe's or Home Depot.

Good for grabbing a few quick things, the prices aren't as good as some of the larger stores, but the people are nice and helpful. They have a rewards program too, so if you go fairly often it's not bad to have.

This store has everything as well as helpful friendly cashiers and workers. Told us where everything was and helped put it in our car. Great prices. Better than Amazon no wait for delivery. Try it out. You wont be sorry.

My husband's number #1 store to go to whenever he needs something for a home improvement project. ( Even though the prices are a little bit more, it's worth it ) Just wish they would keep their employees long term, every time we get to know one or 2 of the employees really well, within a year they are no longer working there. They would always greet us by first name every time we walk through the door is a really nice thing, it's like your small town Mom and Pop shop not the big home improvement store's that has zero knowledge about any of the products they carry or what isle a product might be in, and that's if you can even find help. My only suggestion is to offer the employees much better benefits and/or perks so they want to stay there and want to climb the ladder to go as far as they can go. The greetings and very helpful employees they had is what has keep us coming back for anything we may need. If our local Rocky's looses that great part making you feel like family, I doubt we would continue going there. We miss the personal help for anything we are looking for. They would walk us to the isle and product each and every time, sadly & unfortunately the last 2 visits we have made there we had zero help and not even a hello as we shopping.

In a day and time where it seems that big box stores have taken over the world; it's refreshing to have a hardware store like Rocky's to go to. Sure, maybe they don't have the volume and prices that the monolithic companies have, but the variety of items that they carry isn't just what you would expect to find at a big box store. They carry a myriad of things besides just hardware. Things that you actually need and want. Not just a bunch of shiny trinkets to hypnotize the consumer into buying something that will sit in their basement/attic/garage until next summer's yard sale. Coupled with the friendly, knowledgeable and helpful customer service; you'll find yourself going back again and again. Just to be clear, I have no affiliation with Rocky's or it's employees. My opinions are my own and genuine.

Nice local hardware store. Some prices better than the local giant hardware chains. Also some better quality products than the giant chains, e.g. solid brass toilet bolts, garden hose made from rubber instead of plastic.

Worst place ever. I had the MANAGER make a copy of my car key and he screwed it up sooo bad. He kept making it wayyy too narrow. Took him 3 times to mess up till he ran out of keyes to make copys so he asked me if i wanted him to special order another one so he can mess up again! I had this done before at this place with the same key and there was no issue. He just didn't know how to so his job. I think his name was Roy. He was such a douche. I will never go there again

The sales associate new what row it was in. And they were around if I had questions and did not follow me. Very courteous, and when I was ready to leave waited in right away.
