This is my go-to Market Basket. They do a great job at keeping up with all the grocery carts, the staff are very friendly. I've been using this store for about 5 years now and have never had a bad experience. I come here with my five-year-old a lot and he's wild, luckily the employees find him amusing. There's always parking because the parking lot is huge. But yeah, no complaints here.

Probably the best New England based supermarket ever. Worked there as a kid and wouldn't shop for groceries anywhere else. Outstanding prices and the best meats, seafood/deli and produce,in my opinion. Also a fantastic first job that taught me more life lessons, created friendships, cleanliness and common sense in interacting with so many different people throughout my life so far.

Clean store and the cashiers are friendly and efficient. It was near Christmas and every lane was open. They were fully stocked and the holiday rib roasts looked amazing.The layout is a bit different than the one I usually go to so it was not as easy to find everything but still pretty well laid out.They have great quality meat and freshly ground beef and pork. The fruit and veggies are great heat colorful and fresh.

I just got home from shopping and felt the need to write a review. I had the unfortunate need to shop on the day before an up and coming snow storm. On a good day it’s my least favorite thing to do. The store was very crowded with check out lines that were very long.I was very impressed with a clerk named Margarita who was very patient and kind to an elderly customer who was having difficulty using the credit card/debit card machine. After helping her, the customer mistakenly voided out the transaction. The kind employee treated the woman with such respect and went over and above to reassure that everything was ok. The store manager then helped the woman to her car and loaded her groceries.When I got to my car another store employee offered to help me with my groceries. That young man was very excited to tell me that he was doing the Polar Bear plunge this weekend for Special Olympics because he is an athlete.I can’t say enough about the employees!

The 5-star is for the volume per customer-service. Thursdays around dinner time just expect a packed house. The cashiers are more understanding with "Profit-sharing" and more patient with customers. The only stores around is not why folks still shop here. Great team doing great work. That deserves 5-stars.....

This market basket always hands down as the best produce of any other grocery store in the area. It's extremely fresh and a large variety _ especially if more "ethnic" veggies and fruits.

I am disappointed that a super market that brings in the revenue that they do are so badly lacking in organic product line. Organic is a healthier choice, especially for those who have health issues. I hope that this is something that Market Basket can take a. Initiative in providing healthier options to the consumer.

The Marketbasket on John Fitch highway for my family and I who go shopping coz it's CONVENIENT as we have to walk so we have bags to put groceries in just like everyone else does and before I continue when I say that we shop I should say it's our 2nd home as we're always there and I want to be clear the cashier's, baggers,cart collection are GREAT and WELCOMING with POSITIVE ATTITUDES so when I say they I'm speaking ONLY UPON THE MANAGER'S who are EXTREMELY JUDGEMENTAL As THEY ALL FOLLOW my husband and I individually or together when we are shopping and it's All the time it makes us feel UNCOMFORTABLE UNEASY like we're going to steal and EVERY TIME we PROVE OTHERWISE,Now I have REPEATEDLY asked NOT TO BE TREATED LIKE A CRIMINAL when I am clearly shopping for my family or is it because my husband is Spanish and I'm white carrying backpacks to carry food back home,hmmm idk but instead of giving us a the benefit of the doubt and let us shop just like everyone else this Market basket would receive a 3 1/2stars instead of -1 Respect the customer's Have a blessed day everyone👉🏻Clean up on Isle for Management failure system malfunctionNeed to replace, maybe 🤔

Great store with excellent pricing and a super helpful and friendly staff of employees. Store is super clean and organized. Customer service is excellent I had an issue with a couple of products and called the store and had no issue getting replacements. I have tried all the stores in the area but none compare to this in all aspects.

Now this place has the nice prices. Sometimes when I buy the produce (peppers bananas and plums) will go bad very quickly I think they need to have there trucks checked for the cooling. It might be faulty. This place has excellent customer service. They really go the extra mile trying to make sure that the customer is really taken cared of before leaving. They made me feel welcome in the store. However outside of the store is a different story. The riff raft outside the liquor store is always around and begging for money not kept up very nice this is right next door to market basket. On a plus side Market Basket has a security guard in case anything really happens. Nothing really does though. Overall you can bring your family in for great deals and they do have restrooms and a great seafood department not to forget the markets kitchen where you can get fresh chopped salads caliber sandwiches pizza fried foods. This spot is my favorite in the store. The bakery is a great place to get birthday cakes and graduation cakes or whatever you need. They make fresh bread throughout the whole entire day. Making it smell yummy.

Produce is quite fresh, and great selection. Meat and poultry quality is very good. For a medium sized store they have a nice variety of products. Very rarely do we need to shop somewhere else

Pretty sure I've been to all MB locations in MA by now and I am never disappointed. Great selection of items, amazing deals, and just as wonderful everyday affordability on every single item in the store. I love the selection of latino foods. Stores are always well kept and the cashiers are a true blessing for how fast they get us out of the lines even when the line is long & I've got places to be. Thank you MB!

One of the items Market Basket use to carry were fresh cannoli shells. But for some reason they have dropped stocking the item even for the holidays. Very disappointing. But other products like their own brands are very good like their dairy products are exceptional.

I enjoy market basket. The prices are good, staff is friendly and they employ the people most places wouldn't. The ones with some kinds of disabilities. And they're right there to get your cart and help you to your car.
