This store was a disaster. I stopped in to grab some drinks as I was at Domino's next door. I dont expect a lot from a discount store but, there was zero standards being upheld. There was open bags of food in front of the refrigerated drinks. Expired food on the shelves. Every shelf seemed to be completely messy. Waited at the check out stand for a few minutes. Dinged the bell and was greeted by an associate who made their body language clear that I was an interruption to their night. I learned my lesson, I'll go to market basket next time.

Frank sediel assaulted me physically and verbally he’s made inappropriate remarks about 16 YEAR OLD GIRLS that have came into the store he’s made disgusting racial remarks about anyone who’s African American he’s called girls “too big too be wearing that” “she looks gross in that” he’s followed people around the store harassing them if he feels there “suspicious” he’s had a regular make a racial report on him that he joked about because Glenn the district manager has let him get away with all of this he’s restrained a female customer in the store and when asked about the footage deleted it I’m a formal manager there and I’m pressing charges just keep your daughters out of there if you don’t wanna be racially profiled as well I’d recommend park hill

wow can’t believe how rude their employees are i went into the store to pick up a few things i checked out and seen i still had 15 mins before my uber would arrive so i proceeded to look for something i forgot the male employee was staring me down like i was doing something wrong so out of awkwardness i asked where would your products be to clean wounds or piercings he was huffing an saying i don’t know what you’re looking for so i repeated wound cleaner or first aid, i immediately said would it be these isles to walk away an he very snappy& very rude said we don’t have any first aid stuff at that point i gave up an decided not to purchase any more items an just walked out to wait for my uber

I don't know why this place most of the time looks messy, doesn't matter that the store has a lot of employees working there, most of the time the customers know more than the employees, they are always lost (not all of them). This is a good place to buy stuff when you are hurry but, needs a lot of work, a better store management and employee customer services orientation. -_-

The two women that work here are strait up rude, mouthy, not very helpful, and basically degrade every customer that comes in. One is a manager and the other I always there cashing people out. Family Dollar should send someone in undercover to shop in this store and have them stay inside during a time when it's busy. You will here complaining about no smoke breaks, no help, people calling out, complaining about people asking for help, making rude comment to people who want propane, or nasty comments to each other about a female who came in asking for a pregnancy test. Also the fact that this store is only 1.5 years old and looks the way that it does inside as if it instead ever clean and stuff all over the floor that needs to be put away but never does and always in the same spot but opened by customer. I feel bad for the guy that works there and before someone from family Dollar responds yes I am talking about the family Dollar right next to dominos and across from market basket

Alot of their products are not priced and yesterday I was told I could no longer wear my hood on my Columbia winter coat because "it looks suspicious." I think it is ridiculous to tell a customer who is simply trying to keep safe and warm during a pandemic that wearing a hood from their winter coat "is suspicious." Show me data that hooded winter coats are used in "suspicious" circumstances more than any other article of clothing.

It's ok, nothing special, need something quick, like tums, a last minute gift, some everyday things like paper towels, tooth paste, etc.. it's good to go to. If you're looking for groceries or a larger selection, its probably better to hit a bigger store.

Family Dollar is supposed to open at 8:00 when I get there at 8:00 the store is dark and the doors are locked what time do you guys actually open? Your hours should be posted on the door.
