So much missing off shelves in freezers. I went for blue scrub-sponges they have 2-for $1.25 and the cheapest I have found around town. I would give a 5 but under-stocked for complete honesty as the man that I am.

This store is always a complete mess. boxes are stacked up with empty shelves everywhere. Outdated food items mixed in with new merchandise. In the past year nothing has changed. Annoying music always playing as well. The shelves not empty are usually a mix of merchandise as well.

Literally a joke of a business at bestWent in to find some quick allergy relief for the kiddos and the aisle was completely destroyed, boats for the employee left everywhere only to finally give up and ask the employees if they could help find anything only to be told they knew nothing by the old man and the other one sitting down doing nothing

The store has barely anything on it's shelves, the new store manager is extremely rude! Almost everything has gone up to $1.25 and in my opinion, I'd rather spend my money at market basket and Walmart! Not because of the price change, because the store manager "Phil" , is a rude person that treats the customers as though we don't belong in his store. I spoke to someone named "David" he told me his name was. "David" is supposed to be an official person on the corporate stature of dollar tree and he treated me worse than the store manager! I can honestly say Dollar Tree has gone down hill immensely since I first started shopping there 2 years ago! I will never return!

The cashiers are always very pleasant and helpful. Great prices for what they have to offer. The parking lot is covered in trash and the trash can is overflowing. For more than one time.

Cashier was very polite and knowledgeable as she usually is ... I can't remember her name but she was working day shift yesterday morning and she's an older woman who is always very nice! The store had everything I was looking for . Usually when I go to the water street store it's empty . They are busy all the time and the lines are so long but yesterday was nice and there was actually product.

The prices are really $1 for just about everything, nothing higher (sometimes cheaper). You can find 2-liter drinks for example for $1, which is pretty nice but something the quality of certain products (like hair or body products) aren't exactly the best. But then again, don't expect the best from $1. Still a great store to purchase from when you're living by the penny.

Looked like everyone was late for rent. And so were the employees. Hella dirty. They need some milk! And PLEASE give y'alls employees a raise so they have something to work for! 4 stars cause it's not their fault...........

There are certain things you should buy at dollar tree and others to avoid. Glass is glass.. buy plates, cups, and other glassware. Spices are also cheap as well as arts and craft supplies. Avoid non-brand name food and makeup products, 'cheese' shreds (minus any actual cheese) and junk toys.

i think it’s crazy you can’t return something here like a food products that are unopened it’s ridiculous if someone bought the wrong item same day like just 20 mins ago it should say on the Store receipt and it dost not specify that And you could really use a better manger or whatever the gentleman was he was extremely rude about the whole issue even after I explained so nicely that it says nothing of that on the receipt. He was rolling his eyes huffing and puffing the whole time... no need to treat someone that way

It's a dump!! Shelves are such a mess you can't find anything. Merchandise still in boxes stack 5 boxes high in the middle of the isles. All the dollar stores are dumps!

Wow i was there at 750am cause i took bus 2 and it didnt open until 835. Cause only 1 employee was there and the excuse she give was the cashier wasent there yet. But when we got in she was a cashier. I know for a fact im not gonna go there again i had my kids and wife with me and it said it open at 8am... Terrible experience. And everytime i go there i spend at least 50 bucks but for all that wait is not worth it..oh i ask if they were hiring and she said no. So if they are not short staff they shoulf open at 8 like they it says

Terrible experience. Staff was very rude and unprofessional. I asked for the manager and he was even worse. Never shop at this store unless you want to have a terrible experience. I will never go back to this place unless I’m desperate

I'm from Worcester and made a quick stop in DT for a couple things while passing through. It was the cleanest and most organized DT I've ever been in and the staff were friendly and helpful!

This store has great staffing there workers are Always on the move to get there products out onto the shelfs plus there customer service is amazing I felt welcomed and appreciated by all workers for my sale definitely the placw to go where everything is only $1

It's a Dollar store, well, $1.25 for most things. Great for cards and special occasion door decorations. That's really all I purchase here.

Everything for a buck or less, how can you go wrong? Lots of stuff that you need. Name brands and some brands you never heard of. Great place to stop in and make a quick gift basket.

This is a nicer version of the franchise chain of dollar tree. With it be a larger location and all, but the selection is not all that great. Because of its location the store is messy and not kept tidy like other chains are kept.

My favorite go to store for miscellaneous items like birthday wrapping paper, cards and office and school items and everything is a $1 or less. I always buy more than expected and still got away for <$20

A patron (woman) started a fight with a dollar tree clerk(woman). Then the patron started punching her and swearing at her. None of her fellow employees intervened to help and everyone in the store just stood there & watched What a sad world we live. in! I won't be shopping there again and you couldn't pay me a million dollars to work there!!
