Pharmacy techs at this location lack basic phone etiquette/courtesies. Very rude and unpleasant. I’d utilize their website/mobile app more but the information provided on medications prescribed are limited which forces me to call after a long day of work, wait on hold for 10-15 minutes just to speak to someone who doesn’t have the patience for me to finish stating the reason for my call.Another time, i received notification that one of my medications was ready for pick up. i drive down there and they told me it’s too early to refill this medication. I take 2 separate doses of this medication, 1 morning and 1 in the afternoon. I had to explain this to 3 different people in the pharmacy but they could not for the life of them understand. Eventually I called a CVS in Leominster, someone there confirmed and understood what I was trying to tell CVS on Main in Fitchburg. I’ve experienced so many problems with this Pharmacy and i’m too tired to deal with themTL;DR use a different pharmacy

Definitely the worst CVS around. Saw and overheard a legit SCREAMING MATCH between pharmacy employees! Dude was right in his female coworker's face calling her a b***h. Obviously they can't get anyone to work there if they can't even get rid of little dog.

Nice &quick in &out visit. Staff were very nice &professional &they knew exactly where the item was located ghat I was looking for. &They were aslo able to answer everything I needed to know about it. I'll def come back to this location in the future.

Even if your doctor called in a prescription they hold it until they verify it with you. Defeats the purpose of calling it in.
