The store was generally clean. But as a company the prices are not any cheaper than anywhere else. I was expecting brand name house cleaning products to be a bit cheaper. They aren’t. Maybe some “made in china” products are a bit cheaper but overall, if you are going for lower prices, catch a sale at target or Walmart.

Terrible customer service, asked to use the bathroom for my child and I understand it was busy but instead of finishing up with that customer, he continued to take other customers. Ended up leaving everything we grabbed.

I was surprised to see how empty the store has become. Also, they have been re-arranging the merchandise, but they made the aisles too closed in that their shopping cars not get thru them. I understand we have gone to many months with the virus and not been able to go to the stores as before. I would like to suggest to make the aisle wider.

The store where merchandise is was fine.The cashier was friendly and helpful.The bathroom was HORRIFIC! The sheet on the door that is supposed to have employees sign off on cleaning only said in large letters, "This place NEEDS to be cleaned". The toilet had a dark crysty brown line all around the bowl at the water level. The rest of the inner bowl was brownish. The seat had pee all over it. The sink looked like someone had spit a large lougee in it with chewed up food. No soap. Only sanitizer. At least there was running water. Although, I would have definitely preferred to pee in the woods! There was toilet paper, but the huge holder was wide open so the roll fell out as I grabbed a piece. Nothing to dry your hands. 😵🤢

We are so pleased in getting the information about the furniture deals that Big Lots had, and we went and found a sofa and recliner, and we have them today, and are enjoying them now. Customer service was great, and delivery from Dolly was very quick and efficient. Thanks

Had never been to a Big Lots, found so many things and a great prices. I love their membership deals and rewards. The Fitchburg location was beyond clean and neat. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Will definitely be returning

Most of the stuff in here is basic retail merchandise, nothing fancy, they have good deals on seasonal items, and they have been expanding their furniture department. They look fairly decent for the prices... no better or worse than Bob's stores stuff, so with that being said, if it is like Bobs stores stuff, be careful of what the frames are made of.

I come here every single weekend. Their clearance section is some next level ish and their rewards program let's you stack rewards on top of their regular coupons. I never ever have left this place empty handed.

This is the nicest Big Lots we've ever stepped foot into. It was our first time at this particular location, randomly looking around. We ended up leaving with an entire living room collection. Besides the great prices, coupons, and quality of the items, the staff are fantastic. Megan, the store manager, and Pat, great worker, made our first experience at the Fitchburg Big Lots most memorable. I will never shop at another Big Lots after seeing how clean this store is, and how kind the employees are. I can't wait to go back again!

Great store with very polite and respectful staff I had bought some plastic Easter eggs and soap and was very happy with the prices and quantity . Has a little bit of a small selection of things but still has a lot to choose from the atmosphere is ok for a store clean and organize .. I did attempt to buy some furniture but where out of stock after calling and was told they had it but its ok

Christmas eve i forgot batteries ugh as always then ran out of paper always great always me.. Then tonight day after Christmas sarah thank you my heaters are on the frtiz they are open till 10.... 2 blocks away and amazing service.. Thank you all do much for seeing us through the holidays and after! Amazing customer service in store help and they help carry to the car tie down hold till you can come back and Sarah thank you for honestly answering a phone with respect and cheer at 8 at night! I recommend this place on john Fitch hway to all! Prices are great and the people Are even better.. Thank you honestly for all your help. Our crazy Christmas and after was so less crazy thanks to you id give you all 10 stars your people are great

great store lots of stuff from pools to furniture knickknacks you name it they have it you can buy pet stuff there you can also buy auto parts and stuff you can buy beds lots of cleaning supplies at all very very good pricesthey have a refurbished sex in that has refurbished monitors for your computer and small TVs Bluetooth devices like speakers and headphones lots of electronics to purchaseamong their other sections are there betting sections we can get pillows and comforters and sheets at very very good prices. and when it comes to gardening they have potting soil ,pots you name it for they got everything for your planting needs. And for the kids they have a decent selection of toys that are reasonably priced
