Our neighborhood store is great! The staff is very friendly and helpful. They are well informed and always glad to help if you have any questions. The cats are simply adorable. You come for merchandise and stay for the kitties 🐱 .

Bit of a bait and switch, and I am not happy about it. Website showed white Lasko 2510 oscillating floor fan at reduced price from $49 to $25. But when I got home from curbside pickup I got a 28" discontinued brand called Comfort Aire. Lasko is a reputable brand and a better product. Not shopping online here again. I called and spoke to the manager - told they don't carry Lasko. Keeping the fan but feeling duped.

I was greeted at the door by an employee who asked if I needed help finding something. I told him what I went there to buy, & he took me right to the item! Checking out was great, the employee ringing me up was very pleasant, he always is!I’ve never had a bad experience there at the Fitchburg MA store. All staff I’ve ever interacted with since I moved here a year ago have been wonderfully helpful & pleasant.

My knees where hurting and I was carrying a 20 pound bag of bird seed when your employee quickly relieved me of the bag and carried it to the car for me.He is always helpful and always finds the things I’m looking for.I wish I’d looked at his name tag.I will look the next time.

I went into the store with an idea of what I needed but the young man was quick to help me when he caught me wandering around. He escorted me to the product he suggested for me and even asked if I needed ancillary accessories like an extension cord. Full line of products and great service!

The staff I meet was excellent + very understanding. I went in for two items one you had the other nope. I was looking for two 3/8-16 Steel wingnuts I believe the price was around +/-$1.60 each. The only ones in stock were stainless steel at $3.14 each. I could have tried HD or ACE. This is not the first time I have gone in and tried to get specialty fasteners. Apparently the contractor who checks the stock doesn't always fully restock all the weird stuff or because the supply chains they use is still awaiting stock. Murphy's LAW always wins.

I purchased a flexible toilet braided stainless steel inlet hose at the Fitchburg Parkhill store yesterday. The sticker on the hose wall said $8.99. However, when I got to the checkout, it rang in at $9.49. I questioned the sales associate about the price. In response, the clerk dismissed my question and told me it’s $9.49. I challenged him to follow me to the wall in the plumbing department. Reluctantly, he came with me to see for himself that there was a discrepancy between the electronic price and the printed sticker price. Although he ultimately charged me the lower price, I was disappointed by his attitude.

Everytime I go into the store, I'm greeted in a friendly fashion, asked if I need help finding anything and if I need help putting things in the car, someone's always there to help. I've been there so often in the past year that some of the employees even recognize me. Love this store! :)

I came in looking for a couple things for a project, and left with much more! I love using Mrs. Meyer's products and like to buy in bulk, but those items are hard to find in-store. Today, I went to Aubuchon's, browsed around, and was so surprised to find so many Mrs. Meyer's items- some items I didn't even know existed! They have everything from dishwasher pods to dryer sheets to hand soap refills. This is the place to go for all your needs, from a closet renovation to stocking up on house cleaning supplies.... and more!Also, the staff was welcoming, friendly, attentive, and knowledgable. Great store!

we arrived at the store at 07:30 when it opened to buy paint, the 3 attendants were grumpy, dodging us after waiting 10 minutes (the store being empty), I asked if he wasn't selling Benjamin Moore paints that day, the Austin attendant came that a lot of ill will and with contempt to serve us, and still put 2 Gallons of solid stain to mix for 10 minutes and laughed at another employee with debauchery, and we still requested a discount from General Contractor did not want to provide us that all Benjamim stores Moore does. We will never shop with this Arbuchon group again.
