This was our first visit. My pup had a scary experience with another dog a few days before this bath and the staff was very accommodating to make sure she was comfortable. She looked beautiful and I loved that they sent me a picture of her before I picked her up!

This place was fantastic! My sweet boy was going on vacation with us and wanted to look as handsome as possible and so we needed a last minute bath with all the basic cleanings done. I called and explained and they had me come down right away and fit him right in. The women behind the counter were very delightful and had great customer service, and you really couldn’t beat the pricing on his service. To top it all off, when he was done I received this picture of him in a text letting me know he was ready to go :) I would 100% recommend!

Our 1st time there. The owner was polite and fantastic with my kitty... We were there for a nail trim... she was fast and very professional... my cat (Bibi) was treated like a queen... I highly recommend this establishment.

Oh my gosh! Right from the initial contact with Cassandra, I felt so confident that my rescue dogs would be in a happy and safe space. She noted that my dogs were breeders at a puppy mill when we rescued them. She had me come in first thing in the morning when the place was not as busy to ease my dogs in to this new experience. Cassandra and Melissa did an excellent job on the girls. They truly understood what I wanted. They are both kind and great with dogs. Their pricing is very reasonable. I just moved from out of state 2 weeks ago and am so happy that I already found my dog-groomer. Will be using them every time. Thank you, Cassandra and Melissa!!

There was a time several years ago when their service left something to be desired. However, we decided to give them another try about a year and a half ago and they've been great! We bring our two dogs and a cat to them and they're always pleasant and professional!

Self service for cat: the only straps we're a collar attached to the wall. I left with tons of deep scratches on my arm. They need to have a better system for keeping cat still when it's only one person doing the job. Free soap, towels. After 45 minutes, half of which I was fighting with my cat, the employee was rushing me out, saying she needed the space😕

Bark & Bubble Is amazing. I have a pitbull who doesnt allow anyone to touch his paws, she not only clip his nails but she sits on the floor and talks to him and plays with him. This is the only place I would trust with my dogs.

This place was terrible to my dog! Whenever I went to pick her up after her appointment she would practically be screaming in the cage wanting to get out of there. I take her to a new place now and she loves it, always excited when we pull in to the drive and jumps into the groomers arms. I don’t know what this place did to my dog but I hate to think of any animal going here

I just came back from using the self wash for my GSD. Being the Holiday Season they were VERY busy. Melissa set me up. Best of all she owns GSD’s herself and understands their personality. Bonus!!! Melissa set up the stairs into the sink and with coaxing and dog treats the 3rd time was a charm. Why is it when outside with your dog any mud puddle, stream or lake is a treat? But water from the shower is sooooo horrible causing them to do the doggie jig? The staff was wonderful, helpful but not intrusive. Will use again.
