Didn't end up shopping - I needed a mobility scooter but none were free at the time. I didn't have the time to wait for one to become available so I left.I don't often shop with S&S, but I have found it to have good selections & a well organized company in the past.I especially appreciate their Nature's Promise product line. However, I do wish the line included CHLORINE- & TOXIN-FREE eco-friendly feminine and incontinence products. I'd also love if the line used only sustainable & plastic-free materials/ingredients as well as like packaging.

I remember when double bagging was a perk . Now you pay for bags that are so cheap if you make it to the car it's a plus. Not just here but the shopping experience has changed so much .cheap bags only having a couple registers open. Isn't it enough with the cost of food now they want to make you check out yourself

I have always enjoyed my experiences with this establishment. Customer service, pharmacy, checkout experiences, and return services have been great. Most of all, I can take my time shopping.

Poor customer service. If a no star were possible I would give one.The lines were more than 3 carts long and no help was called to the front. When the pharmacy text you your order is ready not all your prescription are not all there. The tech even announce to the public the most common use of the meds; a huge embarrassment and a hipa violation.

I don't understand and very disappointed in this store. In the ad for last week there was a sale on Real Good chicken. It WAS IN THE AD for 7.99. Sent my husband he checked everywhere. Told him to go to front counter ask them and also bring them the ad showing this and the product. They couldn't help or find it at all. How can you have something in your ad that is not even in the store. Live in feeding hills and that is the store he went to. Does not make sense at all. Doubt we will go to this stop and shop again.

So sick and tired of having to use self check out and wait in a giant line to do so because the company feels one cashier is sufficient i don’t work here I pay retail and I’m definitely not scanning my own goods that’s what your in business to pay your employees to do I mean honestly half of them are write offs I will in fact be going elsewhere for my groceries either geisslers or big y from this day forward but definitely not here hire some staff ..

THIS Stop & Shop stays open to their Advertised hours. You spend 20mins+ 5$ in gas and get there at 10:51 pm to grab a cpl half gallons ice cream, THERE OPEN. UNLIKE SPRINGFIELD, BOSTON RD. STOP&SHOP who tries locking their doors as early as 15 MINUTES BEFORE (9:45) there "Open till 10pm" time.[As coming thru parking lot last wk @945 and thinking i was "safe early", i saw a employee walking away from door. I said "no way he already is locking it," but sure enough, it was locked! (Motion sensor turned Off) I said, "Screw this, Not this time!" And did the ol manual -pry open with fingers trick and went in. Bought my cpl things and was out by 1055pm]THAT'S WHY I had to go to a store 6X FARTHER because it would of been 9:50-951pm when i got there and didn't want to deal with the aggrevation of not being able to get in.This is obviously a management issue at Spfld, Boston rd store that wants to leave as early as they can get away with.

Gas station sign and google page says they’re open till 9 on Sundays, we pulled up at 8:42 and they refused to service, the new manager Stephanie wasn’t helpful either.

Above average compared to other S & S locations I've visited and friendly staff. I personally love self check-out and there's about a dozen terminals, I don't think I've waited for self check-out a single time and I go probably twice a week.Too many shopping carts just hanging out in the parking lot though, I always see staff collecting them so it's not on the store. Return your damn carts people!!

Took advantage of the free Chobani. Got a good buy on a discount orchid. I usually like their gluten free selection but was very disappointed at this visit. Not liking the precut deli meat. They're selling larger packages which might be fine for a family but not for a single person. So this visit was a short one.

I have been shopping at the Feeding Hills store for 6 years. I have been increasingly disappointed. I was there at 430ish today. A customer asked for help in the produce section. Someone was paged but no one showed up. As I left the section I asked a staff person walking by if he could help the customer. He told the customer there were no green peppers that were on sale. The pepper section was almost full of red peppers for$3/lb though. There were no green onions and the produce area with the lettuces was virtually empty. There was no basic stop and shop rice, quarts of lactaid milk or point size heavy cream. None. Most of the meat was vacuum packed rather than fresh cut. For that time of day there were only 2 open check outs. There was almost no bread left on the rack in the deli and no regular eggs.My visit was not all bad. Staff at checkouts, seafood and deli were very pleasant and capable.

I had just went into stop and shop around 9:25. It was me, this other guy and girl in self checkout. I’m completely appalled by the way we were all treated by the lady that was working the self checkout. She made a scene saying this poor girl had no money because her card wasn’t working at the checkout but neither was mine. Then she proceeded to tell me that I had no money on my card. Then another guy said his wasn’t working and she got mad at all of us saying our cards didn’t have the “right funds”. The other guy paid with cash and me and this girl are left standing there because we only had cards. I’m just mind blown by the service I had gotten today and the rudeness I’ve received from the lady working self checkout.

No place to put your own bags at self checkout! They have the bag area set up to use their plastic bags- very bad for our environment! They should be encouraging a clean environment!I tried putting my bag on the other side, but that didn't work because there is a censor that has to sense each item after it's scanned. The store in Granby CT change their set up to allow room for people to bring their own bags. This store should do the same!

Do you know what's scary?When my phone tells me I went someplace (the store in pic I've Never seen) and I don't recognize it. At All ! To clarify, I've gone to Stop/shop, there are 3, I visit accd. to what I need. But again never this place. So I wonder what kind of trouble I'd get into, say if... JUST AN EX: Police take your phone to see where you've been...(yeah too much Forensic Files) & my phone says I've been (several) places I have not. Now some of the places I've Walked by... & It wants my comment!!At times I want to write:" Too much litter~so I didn't go in" 😋Ok.I've shopped at S/S for yearsss on & off. Depends on what I need, etc, etc. Only One of the 3 stores carries the dog food my dog prefers, don't know why, don't ask, cuz I don't want them to not have it❗If you shop late at night @ Feeding Hills store will drive ya (Me) nuts, telling you [fyi-hours changed ]~from 9pm ~ til 10pm: every 5mins, maybe 8mins,person is semi yelling over mic "S/Shop is closing @' " " bla blah, use this door. ...... Not that door & we .... ".As a chain store I have no complaints, I didn't like making them mega size especially since the 4-6middle isles are not food related, so I just scout a few spots. I mean there are many people that likely think huge stores are great!So...🤨I have more I could say about the phone😠 stalking me. ❓ ✌️

Wouldn't do the online grocery pickup. I'm high risk/pregnant so I don't have a choice. Three of my recent orders have been messed up and not caught soon enough. Two of my orders were forgotten items, one was most of my order forgotten, just not loaded into my car. Today I was given 2 bags of my own order and 4 bags of someone else's. Each time they don't realize it until after I've driven 30 min to get home, and then tried to get me to come back to fix it. If I had all that time on my hands and wasn't high risk I would just go in and shop myself... talked to the store manager today and he was understanding but I still felt like I should've been given a credit or gift card or something to make up for the inconvenience other that being offered to keep the groceries I never ordered in the first place.

Great store very clean great prices and they carry butcher block rib sauce folks if you like teriyaki chicken like Chinese restaurants this is the stuff just buy boneless skinless chicken thighs this sauce bamboo sticks marinade for 3-4 days put on sticks and grill I'm a classical trained French CHEF I can't make it fore this price!! The best ribs full racks just roast covered ribs till meat shrinks about half inch on bone cool cover both sides with sauce fridge over night cook on grill 20-30 min brush with sauce low heat or sugar in sauce will burn trust me friends will go nuts👩‍🍳😋😋

There were several items that the price was mismarked. Also, the employees don't move if you are trying to get to something. I left without several items on my list due to this problem. Not my favorite store.

can tend to be a little higher priced for same quality at a lower price in other competitors, But the staff is helpful, friendly and store is clean and well organized. I do like the new dame day delivery. I,however do not like that those who need it can't use Ebt cards on their app.I have had issues with accepting a reg good check as I was waiting on my new card to arrive.But as long as you check expiration dates this is a good choice to feed your family a healthy meal. I wish they had chefs to show how to use ingredients not common to you. would help boost sales, try something new and we are all bored at home. Even Y T video's help, but s+s/Giant sponcered could help the bottom dollar. Even Showing new ways to use common ingredients. Just an idea.

Horrible shopping experience.. Self checkout was a nightmare. The two women monitoring the customers were rude and unprofessional. Also, the super obnoxious robot literally bumped right into my 6 year old while it was spying on us... I guess I'll only shop at Big Y now after this experience.
