I brought my dog here because of the great reviews, but they ruined his fur. I don’t know if it will ever grow back the same honestly. I asked them to keep it long if possible, but I said I understood if they needed to cut down extra on some spots where he had some matting. The groomer agreed he would need extra taken off his legs. But, this is what he looked like when we picked him up. We didn’t even know it was our dog. And, they had the nerve to charge us extra for this saying that it was a lot of work! I don’t understand what happened

Love the staff at elite Pet Groomers. We had 3 and they knew each one and what their quirks were. Always felt comfortable leaving them in their care and they always looked perfect when they were done. Highly recommend them!!!

They are flexible, did great job grooming my shiatsu . They have more than one staff so they accommodate you quick. Highly recommended!

Best pet groomers I've ever experienced. I come from Connecticut. It's always a beautiful drive going and when I pick up my dog it's even better because he looks like a million bucks. And no they do not give you a different dog. 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣..

Went here once and had a good experience. Since then, I have called 3 times all different weeks and haven’t gotten a reply. Their voicemail, website, nor social media says anything about being closed or anything. Seems they don’t need anymore business.

Brought our Frenchie in for his first spa day. He came back Absolutely wonderful. He looked great and happy. Great job.
