Since the removal of the automatic teller now there is know one paying attention to the register so now every time you go you have to scream assistants , this has happened on my last three trips to your Feeding Hills store , it's a ridiculous way to shop when you have two registers and know one working either one , also I suggested a bell at the counter but the manager says corp doesn't allow it, again ridiculous to make the customer yell out they need help every time they go shopping , this isn't the employers fault this is poor upper management. You could and should do much better .

I am not a big fan . The store always looked trashed . Things are everywhere . I'm not sure they clean the store, and this is a brand new building . The people who own Dollar General should be more accountable for their stores . Hire managers that are going to make sure the place is clean . I should not have to dust things off before I buy them . The arles are small and cramped. Everything is just shoved in, and it looks like someone is going to get hurt if they don't clean up . There are boxes on the floor, which is very easy for someone to trip over . I just can't believe they keep opening more store when they can't care about the ones they have . You can do better, Dollar General

When this store opened it was clean and organized. The cashier at the time was great. She was friendly, upbeat and helpful. When we go in there now, there is no cashier and the store is a mess. Boxes to be emptied are everywhere and the aisles are a mess. I hope this store gets better because it’s not pleasant to shop there anymore. I’ll go elsewhere until I hear things are better.

This store is very messy. Should not be like this especially in feeding hills. Management needs to get on their staff. I’ve been to dollar tree on suffield st and it’s immaculate. No need to trash your store you shop at. Respect!

Always a mess in here. Only ever have the self checkout running, but even that breaks half the time. No one is ever at the register, you never see any workers in the whole place I have to call the store to get people to come out and help check out. They definitely need help at this location, I feel bad for the employees cause most of it is not their fault and uncontrolled by them but place is going downhill very very fast

The Asst. Manager & Employees are always friendly & helpful! The store is always clean with no boxes stacked up for people to trip over. I prefer this store over other dollar stores in the Agawam/Southwick area!! You can get in & out quick because there is always someone at the check-out!

Staff was great, super friendly and helpful. Shelves looked well stocked and organized. Store was cash only at the time, and the sales associate that greeted people as they came in made sure everyone knew. If I was in the area I'd definitely be back

10/6/2021@ 430pmThey have a great staff here. The woman at the register is an angel. My empty head forgot a bag at the register and this woman literally RAN after me to the street to make sure I didn't forget my bag and was all around nice.10/10, give her a raise.

Was a nice store till they changed managers around. Its dirty the employees are outside smoking while customers are alone in the store. Corporate should step in and reevaluate there stores

The new Feeding Hills Dollar General was very neat and organized. I thought they had a great selection of things. I walked out with everything I needed and more! I find most all of their prices are cheaper than the other area big name stores as well.

This store woz fabulous! I cannot believe the variety that they have and how clean the store is! I had just gone to the other Dollar General on Springfield street and they had such a smalle selection and it just is not as clean. Love love love this new store and their selection

I was at dollar general shopping when I was checking out the manger said you cant buy this because I was to fat so I threw water in the engine of the mangers car and it blew the store up I hate that place a sent out a hitman to kill the manger I’m not that fat

Stopped at the Springfield St. Agawam Store . Smaller Store . Much more personal . Really nice staff . Can't beat the pricing .
