Grew up as a kid loving west marine and marveling at the clever gadgets and supplies for my dad who kept a boat afloat. He was excited to come with me so I could fix a few odds and ends on My new(used) boat. I approached the staff with my repair needs who advised me to walk 10 feet to aisle 3. Aisle 3. Plumbing and Electrical. No 5A, 10A, 15A breakers. Only five marine rocket switches at $35/each. Very few hose-clamps (no simple worm-gear, only heavy duty and and even then- few sizes to choose from). Empty bins of through-hull fittings. Lanyards but no standard or Suzuki kill switches. The staff came over and asked if I had found what I needed… I simply waved my hand in front of the empty displays and he nodded slowly and said, “I know, not much there… it’s been a problem. We do get a delivery on Monday and it may have some of what you need.” Quietly we both listened to the dripping of Air conditioning condenser water slamming into buckets and trays behind me… hand-held garmins not powered. Staff were apologetic and said they hoped things would get better at some point. Love West Marine and disappointed with this location.

Great staff and corporation. The staff is very knowledgeable, polite and will help find anything you need. I not only have shopped with West Marine for everything from fishing gear to clothing, but I also worked there for a couple years. They stock everything you need to get out on the water. Oh, and by the way, if it is out of stock, they will still most likely find a way to get it for you. So, there is rarely a longer wait than a day for anything you want. The employee discount and royalty points you receive just makes the job that much sweeter! The shopping and working experience with West Marine is awesome!

Sue, the manager, has always been extremely kind, patient, and helpful. She has advised me on countless projects and her knowledge and experience in the marine industry really shows. EJ was very helpful both on the phone and in the store the other day. Things were slow in the store so he advised me on how to safely secure my WM bags onto my motorcycle rack. There are some great people employed here; people who really care about your project and not just making a sale. Sue is fantastic.

Everytime I've needed something for my boat, West Marine has always come through. Sylvia Jacobson is like Houdini, if she can't find it, she'll get it. Like magic! Incredible service and personal attention is what sets this West Marine apart from any competitor.

A plethora of items for all kinds of water sports, and all kinds of needs, from the fisherman, to the paddle boarders to the yachting crowd. Clothes, electronics, sunscreen. The only thing they don't carry is the beer and ice. That's next door at the Market!
