Leach Animal hospital gave me the referral to Upper Cape Pet Services. Lisa came to our home and we discussed our need for services. She met our girls and together we put together a care plan that beat suited our needs. Everyone, who came to the house, greeted our girls with lots of love. They completed their tasks along with spending time with Lilly and Molly. The visit updates came in a timely fashion along with pictures from their visit. This is the first time we’ve used a service and they exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend Lisa and her staff!

Upper Cape did a great job on my Chow Chow, one of the most difficult breeds. My Buddy is a senior. They were most careful about his aging issues - warts and hip problems. I was very pleased, I’ve already booked his next appointment.I also felt the pricing was quite reasonable and good smelling cologne!I would highly recommend.And look who went back to Upper Cape Pet Services and even handsomer than ever!

Lisa was amazing with my two kiddos, Flat Stanley and Felix, while I was away for work. I appreciated very much the daily reports with pictures of them. They were well cared for. I also loved the real-time camera. Every time I had a break, I took a look and even spoke with them through the camera! I couldn't recommend more UCPS. Everything is super clean and organized.I'm already planning my next working trip, knowing that my kiddos will be in good hands :) I was anxious as I had never let them anywhere, but they enjoyed playing and watching the windows. Flat Stanley and Felix also gave Lisa five stars!

I highly recommend Upper Cape Pet Sitting! Lisa and her team are so wonderful I feel like they love my dog as much as I do! It has taken me about 1.5 years to find a good pet sitter on cape cod and I am so glad I found them! They send a report after every visit with details and lots of pictures. When they are watching my dog I know I can totally relax. I also recently starting using their grooming services and they are superb. I have received soooo many compliments on the way he looked after. I have not had much luck with groomers in the past and I am thrilled to have one that makes my dog look just the way I want him to! I can’t say enough good things about this business. Even the app they use to schedule/pay/communicate is very user friendly. :)

Highly recommend! I went to get my Maltese groomed at Upper Cape Pet Services this week. I was hesitant to change groomers because my dog is so nervous and can nip when she is scared. The staff were wonderful in the handling of my dog.My dog has never looked this good from any other groomer we ever visited. What an amazing experience. They worked out any knots in her fur without shaving her.Highly, highly recommend. 5 stars!

Lisa and the team at Upper Cape Pet Services are the best of the best! My two cats stayed at the cat resort for a little over a week, and I can’t say enough about how incredibly well taken care of they were. Lisa got to know each one’s different personality and they had so much fun with her that they probably felt like they were on vacation, too! The in-suite cameras and daily updates reassured me that they were safe, happy, and having a blast, and the facilities are top-notch. Hands down the best cat boarding experience I’ve ever had. Would recommend this place to anyone!

Recently had Upper Cape Pet Services care for my dog while I was away for a long weekend. It was the first time I have left my 8 year old doxie/pug, so I was nervous about leaving him. I have to say they exceeded my expectations! All the sitters that came to care for him were kind and caring...they obviously love animals! I received a note, "reportcard", and pics after every visit. Would wholeheartedly recommend! Even family members looked forward to reading the next Coal update! He was a happy pup!

I took my pup to Upper Cape Pet Services for a grooming today! I can’t say enough about how wonderful my little pup looks! If there was an option for ten stars, I’d give them that and then some. When we moved to the Cape several years ago, we needed a reliable, trust worthy service to take care of our dogs (our children really) at home since we have an older dog that requires special care. Lisa and her team have been a life saver for our family. It is evident that they are truly dedicated to what they do and they do so with unconditional commitment to exceptional service. I could not give Upper Cape a higher recommendation…we are blessed to have access to their services.

Cannot say enough good things about this place! My boys look GORGEOUS after a trip there. I’ve lived on the cape for 20+ yrs and never had a better pet groomer. They’re speedy, kind, and do a beautiful job. They are always so accommodating with my requests (super short on the paws to help with mud). Fantastic 👍👍👍

I have used Upper Cape Pet Services for pet sitting and grooming. The sitters are amazing and so responsive. The groomers did a great job grooming my two pups- one who can be quite nervous. All the staff are kind, compassionate, and definitely love dogs. Would definitely recommend!

My rescue dog has a lot of anxiety issues and normally has to get sedated to get her nails trimmed. I brought her here to see if they could do her nails and they were able to! It took a team effort of four people but they were able to do it and took the safety of my dog into consideration and gave her breaks in-between her freak outs of getting her nails done. We will be coming here from here on out every month!

I had an excellent experience with upper cape pet services. My pup was really well-catered to. They got to know him very quickly, realizing that his two favorite things are frisbee toss and back scratches. Lisa and her highly skilled grooming staff are kind and compassionate dog lovers! Karla did an amazing job grooming my Coton du Tulear, Cooper, and he looks fantastic! The immaculate salon is well located behind CVS in Falmouth, and you can park directly out front and walk just a few steps into the front door. I have used many dog groomers over the years in the past, and I give Upper Cape Pet Services my highest recommendation for friendliness and dog grooming! Our timid, shaggy 8 month old bernadoodle had her first grooming appointment yesterday. It took the groomer close to 3 hours to complete the process. I was concerned that Millie would be a overwhelmed by all the “newness”. Concerns that proved unnecessary - she was relaxed and happy when I picked her up. Clearly the groomers made her comfortable throughout and they did a terrific job. She lost half her body weight in hair and looks great. Thank you!

I highly recommend using Upper Cape Pet Sitting. They are extremely reliable! My 3 dogs received the best care. The visit updates and photos sent by the petsitter while we are away are so great and will have you at ease knowing your pets are being well taken care of. We have used other pet sitters in the past and always had problems-not this time though! I felt so comfortable being gone. All the sitters are great and treat your pet like their own. I can finally go away and feel confident my dogs are well taken care of!
